Ordinarily, I would have somewhat fair reviews for this particular Krispy Kreme location in Bogart on Athens, Ga. However my last two visits left me feeling very poor as the customer service that I received was with attitudes when I asked for help with my app that I had placed in order for over $25.00 and was refused my donut of my choice simply because it wasn't included with my app order I was told told by the representative that assisted me with a very " not so sorry"sorry," as I was leaving the store. This is not the first time these employees made me feel this way, no smile, or have a nice day as other restaurants and places that you pay for the food and service. I just felt that even if nothing comes of this review, it needed to be noted. The donuts are extremely hit or miss, I always see the workers giving me the unfresh glazed ones. There is this one worker who has the biggest attitude and is a suck up to a corporation that couldn't careless about her. There was also a manager lady who was a bootlicker and didn't want to give away an extra precious donut that they're gonna toss in the trash anyway. Not sure why but for whatever reason the girl behind the counter decided to give us all the misfit donuts. One had a portion of it missing (I thought it had a bite out of it but after looking closer it was pinched off somehow). Also the chocolate glazed donuts were bumped, scratched or poked. There was plenty to chose from and no reason to offload them all on us. Next time I will inspect them all before leaving (assuming we ever go back to this location). read more

The workers are very disrespectful. A few days before this incident, I drove though the drive-through and I was told that I could get a free donut because the hot light was on. Now, a few days late, my friends and I went inside and I asked if we could have a free donut for each of us and we were aggressively told no. After this, we asked if we could just simply pay for our donuts and we were allowed to. A few days later, my friends and I went back and the sec that we walked in, we were told that if we ask for free donuts then they will call the cops and kicked us out. We asked if we could pay for our donuts (like we intended to) and we were told no. In my opinion, this behavior was not needed at all. read more

We were literally blown away by our experience cruising through in a hurry before church on Sunday. From the moment we walked in, until the moment we left, everything was perfect. Excellent, excellent service at the front counter, attentive & friendly. Our 5 little girls needed to go potty and wash up before we left. The bathrooms, floors, lobby, VERY clean. I literally asked for the manager which came out from behind the counter working. I thanked her & explained from our side how everything looked & seemed & that we really appreciated such a great experience. She was warm & friendly & thanked us for the feed back. read more

Funny thing , I have been wanting to make donuts for quite a while. Just ordered a donut cutter from Amazon. I even have watched several videos on YouTube. I really have nothing better to do. It's Saturday morning . Well here I am at Krispy Cream ! Lived in Athens for nearly 20 years and this is my first trip here. I ordered a glazed regular and one chocolate and a raspberry filled and a coffee. It is very clean and the staff are happy and friendly. You can watch the donuts being made through the glass window. The donuts are so good and to my surprise so is the coffee. This is a spot where grandparents and parents in general take there kids for a treat! I enjoyed my self here ! Great place to be this Saturday! Yay for me ! Glad I was to lazy to make donuts! read more

While the service here is always polite and the store is clean, I can't give them more than 3 stars. I always order the kreme filled chocolate iced. They are my favorite and I have a distinct preference for them over the custard filled variety. Twice I have ordered the kreme filled at the drive thru window and taken them home to discover that they gave me custard filled. It might not seem like a big mistake, but when you are looking forward to something different, it can be a real letdown. I have resorted to only ordering inside the store and making sure the donuts I order come from the correct tray. read more

I'm not a big doughnut guy but on rare occasions I'll get an original glazed if I see that red, neon sign light up at Krispy Kreme. If you've had a hot original glazed before, it's what you'd expect from Krispy Kreme's signature doughnut. If you haven't had it, it's pretty much a warm, suped up version of a traditional glazed. Yikes! What happened to KK? This outlet was a total disappointment. The selection was abysmal. They put several trays of the same donut out to make it look like they have a better selection. The donuts I got were not very good. Barely any custard in the one donut. The rest tasted weird. These donuts are not cheap. You're better off getting donuts at Kroger. They're cheaper and taste better than KK. Never again. read more

This the best doughnut shop in town. I've been to Krispy Kreme shops all over the US. But there's just something special about this one. They are always promoting all kinds of doughnuts that I never see at any of the ATL locations. I order fundraiser from here before as well. They even Deliver them! This establishment might actually be run by people with little to no intelligence at all. I came today for a free doughnut, seeing that it is National Doughnut day, and after arriving, the experience went down hill quite quickly. I understand that the place was busy, but there was little to no organization at all. I went to register after being summoned, and I ordered two chocolate ice glazed doughnuts, assuming one would be free. I also ordered a water, seeing that I hadn't had anything to drink today except Diet Coke. I then proceeded to check out, fully aware I would have to pay for one of the doughnuts, but instead, I paid for both. The lady at the register then said, "You can go get your free doughnut, too," and I responded "I thought that's what I was doing," and she just looked at me with a blank face. When she gave me my water, there was . big black thing floating in it, and she saw me look at her and then at the black thing and then back at her, and still gave me the water, which I paid for. I proceeded to throw the water away and left with my two doughnuts, one of which, should have been free. Needless to say, if you value common sense and a semblance of human intelligence, I would not got to this Krispy Kreme. read more
