As expected, the doughnuts were delicious. They were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we've come to love from Parlor. The coffee was decent, although not quite as good as we've had at other locations. We were also a little disappointed that this location had a more limited breakfast menu than Jacksonville. The shop itself was clean and had the same fun, modern atmosphere that makes Parlor such a unique place to visit. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. The staff didn't seem very welcoming, and the interactions felt rushed. Since not all of the doughnut flavors were visible, we asked if a specific one was available, and it felt like our question was more of an inconvenience than anything else. We also noticed similar interactions with other customers while we were there. Our coffee order wasn't prepared quite right either, and the overall experience just didn't have the friendly, upbeat atmosphere we've come to expect from Parlor. We'll definitely continue visiting Parlor Doughnuts because the food is consistently excellent, but this particular location didn't leave the same impression that Jacksonville has. We're hoping we just caught them on an off day.

They're light and soft instead of overly cakey, with the perfect texture and just the right amount of toppings. Every bite was worth it. The prices are reasonable, and if you pull up and see a line... stay in it. Trust me--it's worth the wait. I can't believe I left without taking photos because that's how quickly we dug into them! This will absolutely be one of my first stops every time I'm back in the Destin area. Highly recommend!
