We ordered and paid for our doughnuts online and when we arrived we had to wait in the drive through lane to get our doughnuts. The line was wrapped around the building. What is the use of ordering online if we still have to wait in the drive through. It has been 3 years since COVID, not sure why Krispy Kreme hasn't made adjustments. If the lobby is not open, which is wasn't then they should have a curbside pickup option or a spot for customers to grab their already ordered and paid for doughnuts. Tried to order here multiple times. They either don't have enough staff to make doughnuts or they just don't make doughnuts. The ones they advertise on tv they don't even have. Pulled through the drive thru at about 8:15, the hours say they close at 10 so I'm not sure what the rush was when we were trying to order but we definitely didn't feel welcomed. We ordered a variety dozen, as we were picking the ones we wanted, the girl was very rude & short with us. After every donut selection she would say "is that all?" even though we hadn't picked a full dozen yet. We pulled up to the window & she did not say a word to us. Just took the card, basically threw us the box of donuts, and then handed us a receipt. Not a single word. i wish i could rate this place 0 stars because i'm not understanding i got up to the speaker and waited 5 minutes to take my order. then he kept telling me to hold on i ordered two donuts and i had a coupon code for a free one i gave him the code and then he rung me up for three donuts. took my code and my money which i still had to pay for two. when i should've got one for free then he act like he didn't know what i was talking about. so he asked to see the coupon code and took my phone for five minutes and called his manager over there and his manager looked lost and confused not to mention the drive thru window kept closing as i'm trying to talk to them. i just wanted my refund at that point then he asked to see my receipt so i gave him the receipt he freaking snatched the receipt out my hand. i asked for my refund and they act like they didn't wanna give me one. then they tried to give me these stale ass donuts so i went inside the restaurant and demanded my refund the manager finally came over there after sitting on his phone for three minutes the drive through packed and the inside. just horrible service i will never in my life come back to this nasty ass restaurant. they suck and have the worst attitudes for no reason to only be getting paid freaking $2/hr definitely calling corporate!! read more

Not only were the Doughnuts a big hit, but being able to watch them being made really made this a treat for him. I wanted to surprise my office with Green donuts for Saint patties day. They advertise these amazing green donuts for the past two days so I went and noticed there's only two cars in line so I was very excited. By far the worst service ever. We had a woman take our order through the intercom as we went through the drive thru. We gave her our order repeatedly through the intercom then as we pulled up to the window she had everything wrong and asked us three more times what we ordered. She forgot to give us our drink in the mist of all of this and started to get an attitude.
