So pathetic, just close this location already. I would give zero stars if I could. Just stay away. At 07:30 am on Sunday they say they only have original glazed, frosted strawberry, and frosted chocolate donuts. Nothing else. I pay and they give no receipt. I ask the girl for a printed receipt and they give you a look like you're from another planet. I get handed my donut box through the drive up window with a stack of napkins on top on a windy morning, so of course I was just able to prevent the whole stack from blowing away with the exception of the top napkin by quickly putting my hand on top, something I'm sure most people wouldn't have done. Then they hand me a receipt and I see that I'm charged an extra $2.69 for "New York Cheesecake." This is why to always ask for a receipt. Knowing I did not order this, I ask the girl if I received it in my order. She says yes. So I look before driving away, and just as I thought, no "New York Cheescake." I asked for the cheesecake so that it would be easier for them to not need to deal with the refund process and some other girl had to come to the window and say they don't even have that here. So if the first girl really wasn't sure when I asked if I received it, why just tell me yes? Hoping I'd just drive away I'm sure. Trying to be helpful and in a polite patient tone, I asked the second girl for a replacement item so they wouldn't need to deal with the refund process. Her response was if I was arguing with her and if they were annoyed with me. She gives me a dirty look and says I'll be refunded. Then, to no surprise, they had no idea what to do to process the refund. A third woman, who appeared to be the donut maker, needed to come from the back to instruct them. Sorry I was just trying to make everything simpler for everyone by just asking for a replacement item! This whole order of a dozen donuts and medium coffee was way too complicated obviously. Yet, these workers demand higher wages all the time. How about earning it with fulfilling basic orders of donuts and coffee?? So glad I went to school, worked hard, and have a nice comfortable job So that I don't need to deal with mindless morons like this all day. Please please please don't breed and have children!!! DISAPPOINTED. We drove an hour to get the free Graduate Dozen only to wait another 30 minutes to hear that they were no longer giving them away. Was told to order online, so we tried for 15 minutes until they said there were no longer taking online orders! Those managing the store were uncommunicative with a crowd of about 50 all waiting to order online and overall unhelpful. I'd give a zero if I could. Worst customer service, the employees were joking amongst themselves giving friends free donuts who walked in after me, than being attentive to customers in the lobby. I ordered, then 6 other people came in, ordered, got their boxes of donuts and left. There was 2 of us left waiting. She mentioned waiting a long time for two boxes of classic, she got called finally then I realized they were not putting together my order, I had to ask. The young girl who was putting together the lobby orders kept looking at me the whole time so I know she saw me waiting. This place is a joke. Went inside to order, and despite looking directly at the donuts I was trying to order, I was told they didn't have any. I was told I could only pick from the display case that contained about 4 options, and not the ones that were on the rack by the drive-thru window. If the donuts are in the store they should be available to anyone trying to buy anything at the store, not just people going through the drive-thru. After a few minutes of confusion I decided to leave and not come back to this terrible location. Today I finally had enough and stopped my relaxing Sunday morning to drive back to the Hillside location and return the ice cold doughnuts. Got to the drive thru and requested very politely a refund. The crew member responded, "WHAT DID YOU ORDER!" I responded 6 of the new Carmel frosted...before I could finish she stated harshly..."When you order Carmel iced doughnuts they will NEVER be hot. I said ok politely and re-stated I like a refund please. She continued to debate why I wanted a refund as I pulled to the window. Once at the window Oh Boy, the manager was so mean and threatening regarding the refund for my purchase. She proceeded to curse my mother and slam the window as I was speaking to her. I ended up having to call Hillside police to get the credit receipt from the Mgr. of the store. She of course banned me from ever coming to that location per the police that I called. Krispy Kreme Use to be more thorough about their donuts. After I received my donut an bit into it, the donut was was very hard. When I went back they provided me another donuts that was stale until finally they give me a donut they said was baked 2 hours ago. If they are getting hard after two hours come up with a different contingency plan. read more

I was there just an hour ago placing my order at the counter and it seems the host didn't know how to take an order or use the register because she had to get the manager to show her. To top things off their computer system went down and we were stuck there. The manager seem so confused and didn't know what to do! She even said this never happened before. I had never experienced something likes this at one of their locations, This by far was the worst experience I have ever had with Krispy Kreme. It was my first time at this location and the whole experience was horrible, the girl that was taking drive thru orders was completely rude she kept telling us to hold on we could tell that she was laughing and didn't even let us finish our order just told us to pull up to the window and told us they were out of the donuts we had ordered that I understand their busy but her attitudes was uncalled for. Went yesterday to try the new Reese's donut. I ended up getting a dozen, which is not cheap. This is not my first time at this location or first issue. Anyway, the staff does not want to be there at all. No personality, smile or drive. Really puts a damper on a business when you get service like that. Went through drive thru, got 8 of glazed cream filled, best donut out there and the rest of the Reese's . Got home and was so, so disappointed. The cream filled was basically hallow with nothing in it. Maybe a teaspoon of cream and a hole. What the heck is that!!! I personally thought the regular donuts with the cream and the hole were better. Not sure where those went. Anyway, Reese's donut was bad, just bad. I was not the only one to think that. They also seemed like raw dough inside mixed with the cream. Basically at this point, I would have had more fun flushing $15 down the toilet then dealing with this experience. They still owe me money! They messed up my order, I was charged regular price when they had a promo for 2 dozen for $13. The cashier drive through called the manager us he knows he had messed up. He gave me a receipt saying he'd refund my money back. I left. 3 days later I called, nobody can help, no managers. Next day I called the lady manager answered to tell me to call my bank.
