I have gone to this location many times in the pass with no problems. It's been quite awhile but me along with MANY MANY people seen the red light on for fresh donuts. The line was out the door, the lobby was FULL FULL, but we didn't care the red light is on and we're getting some fresh donuts.....actually NO WERE NOT GETTING FRESH DONUTS!! We were told that the 30+ boxes of donuts were not for sale...as I said the RED LIGHT IS ON...which has done what the red light being on does, it attracted a very large crowd. BUT as I also said, we are told "NO you cannot have ANY of the donuts sitting here"! We even had a lady, who had purchased online, be very unhappy because they told her ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE CROWDED LOBBY that we had to wait 30-40 minutes for fresh donuts!! She asked for the manager and unbelievably the manager told us THE SAME THING! Now remember there is 30+boxes of FRESH DONUTS just sitting there to be sold, because again THE RED LIGHT IS ON!!! This is for the owner or at least the GM of this store, IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?!? I've owned my business for 24yrs and I take pride in my quality of products and quality of service, I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS IF I TREATED MY CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!! I'm almost always tempted to stop at Krispy Kreme whenever the Hot & Fresh sign is on. Those donuts literally melt in your mouth--pure perfection. Served with smile and quickly in and out. Some stores even have drive through windows. Occasionally the filled or specialty donuts could use a little more filling, but honestly, even a few-day-old Krispy Kreme donut still outranks most bakeries or food court desserts. I always like Krispy Kreme but today got frustrated. Went straight from work today at 0730 to get special July 4th donuts and with dozen of glazed with promo. At the counter, I asked the lady said not available already the special donuts. Gosh so early to be out of your special donuts! Well, I decided to get other flavors for a dozen then asked the server to get me a dozen of glazed too but when I am about to pay she said their glazed is messed up. Woooowwww should inform costumers ahead or close the store. Did a mobile order and went to pick it up at 9pm and they had a lobby closed sign up and to go through the drive through. I knocked on the window and the lady gestured to the drive through. I get there and there's a sign saying that the drive through is closed so I knocked on the drive through window and everyone in the building looked at me and then ignored me. Some even took selfies of themselves. One guy was sitting playing on his cell phone. So I don't recommend ordering anything online from this location due to the fact it's not promised the store will be open for you to pick it up even though the store is supposed to be open. read more

On May 23, 2026, at approximately 4:52 p.m., I visited the Krispy Kreme location at 11117 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida. My receipt number is 30179, and I was served through the drive-thru by Host #179. Before placing my order, I asked the employee if there was a buy-one-get-one-free promotion available that weekend. She informed me that there was not. As I proceeded to the pickup window, I looked up the promotion on Facebook and found an advertisement stating that customers who purchased one dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts could receive a second dozen for $2.00. This promotion applied to the exact product I had purchased. When I mentioned the promotion at the window, the employee responded rudely and stated that she could not honor it because they did not have enough doughnuts available for the promotion. She then abruptly closed the drive-thru window while I was speaking. I was very disappointed by the interaction and the lack of customer service. I considered returning my purchase because of how I was treated; however, I was accompanied by my son, who has disabilities, and I did not want the situation to upset him. This experience was extremely frustrating and did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from Krispy Kreme. We left with 3 donuts and 10 donut dots because that was literally all they had. How can you be a donut shop and have no donuts at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning? We were told they wouldn't have any donuts until 10:00 a.m. It's a donut store! You have one job! Make donuts! Not to mention the girl waiting on us acted like we were bothering her by being there. As I approached window I tried to get someone who was pouring ice in ice bin attention , she looked at me than ignited me, the other lady while waving three times finally decided to open the window, I asked if this was my order( I am the only customer in drive thru and a lady walked in mid way thru my trying to get attention. I know now why people use their horns in drive Thurs. But I did not use my horn. I asked for my order, cancel coffee. She began to talk. I said I will still pay for full order, no coffee. Again . This location has disappointed me three visits in a row. Each time I stopped by specifically for the classic glazed donuts, and each time they were completely out. That's the signature item people come for, so it's frustrating to make the trip and leave empty-handed. I even tried going at different times of day, hoping it was just bad timing, but the result was the same. Staff were polite, but the inventory issue needs fixing. The absolute worst service I have ever received. I ordered online for pickup. When I got there they ignored me for at least 5 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. They were out of 4 of the donuts I ordered and didn't know when they would have them ready. There was a lot of confusion over what I could substitute for the more expensive donut I paid for and they were out of. Tammy raised her voice at me twice and Tom was extremely rude as well. Attached is what I paid for and ordered and the picture is what I got. It also took 15 minutes longer than it should have. It's magical how my endorphins go wild putting me into a surreal euphoria state. Sometimes you I need your chocolate covered glazed donuts that are complete heaven.
