Stopped by this location since my boyfriend hadn't been here before and it had been 2+ years since my last visit, so we were decently anticipating what they offered. During the exchange everyone was very kind, however post visit was not what we had expected. I opened up my meal to adjust the contents as they melted a little off center, just to find a piece of the person who served it to me. Service was quick upon order. Place was very busy since early in am. Got the maple special and a fresh oj. For 13$ for both that's a pretty hefty price tag. The sandwich was tasty has a maple drizzle but the cheese was t melted and the egg was cold in middle so a little hard to eat around it. I would think they would toast these, but if it was toasted they didn't do much. Needs a better foundation for all that stuff to sit on. I needed coffee while out and about and Finally decided to try Einstein Bros Bagels. I've been walking around Riverside and kept telling myself I should try it and finally walked in. They have a wide selection of bagels and toppings, took me a minute to decide on what I wanted. I finally decided on the avocado toast, great choice...it's delicious! Once you choose the type of toppings you then choose your bagel, I always go with Asiago when I can. I loved the creamy avocado and it had just the right amount of seasoning with the crispy bagel. I visited this location to redeem my free breakfast sandwich with a purchase coupon. I have been to this location once before, but used to frequent a different location when I was in college. I know I like these bagels, but I don't usually go out of my way to go here. I was greeted right away when I went in at 12:30 pm on a Monday. I didn't realize that they closed at 2 pm. I planned to get my breakfast sandwich for lunch. I was greeted right away and both men working were so friendly and wished me happy birthday. I had to make a purchase, so I went with a giant chocolate chip cookie. My boyfriend and I split it. So good! I ordered the garden avocado egg sandwich, but they were out of everything bagels. I tried their recommendation of the garlic bagel. Even for an Italian garlic lover like me, it was too much. My breath was kicking after! lol! Otherwise my order was ready quickly and tasted fresh. On Saturday, September 27th, 2025 I went to the Einstein Bagel location at Margaret & Riverside. I ordered was for a simple Blueberry bagel, toasted with extra plain smear. After 28 minutes, watching other guests getting thier food, I was done. I requested a refund, told the gentleman that it was inexcusable the wait. He didn't offer to try to fix the situation, but he did remain professional and courteous, if not with excuses that I don't believe he should have tried to give. So good! This is right down the street from my house. One morning I didn't feel like making breakfast, so I came here. I ordered a Chorizo Sunrise with a medium coffee. I was told to go to the end of the counter to pay. On my way I saw a window with pastries and a whole bunch of different bagel flavors. My medium coffee was humongo! It was caribou coffee. I enjoyed my breakfast here. I ordered a sausage bagel. They have a new French toast bagel taste just like French toast definitely worth a try if u have a sweet tooth. What made the stars go down. There was a manager going off on a worker who decided to come into work like nothing happened but sounded like she called in the day before and was a no show. They had the audacity to have this conversation inside the establishment while I was with a young child listening to the whole ordeal. They must of seen my mama stare like this is so inappropriate and took the conversation outside. I was practically done eating by then. I went into my favorite Einsteins today, only grabbed a coffee this morning. Saw there was no Sweet&Low or Splenda, (generics would be fine) so I asked for either and was apologetically told that they no longer carry either of those "products", only Equal( which tastes like aspirin), and regular sugar. I, being borderline diabetic avoid sugar. I did not ask for a refund or remove my tip from the jar. I said politely, well, this ends my doing business here and placed my cup by the register and walked on out. I will pass this on to all my Einsteins loving but Equal sweetener disliking friends. PS, Stevia is also on most people's dislikes list. It leaves a bitter aftertaste for most. read more

Einstein bros bagels. Ever since we moved here we have been here probably more than 5x. We usually go on weekend morning and we truly enjoyed going here until I went here yesterday. So, I did uploaded the app and they're offering $8 for a dozen of bagels but the bagels flavored are already picked which is fine with me since I am going to bring it at work, it was my first time ordering it and didn't know I was just supposed to grab it so after paying I was just waiting and waiting and the cashier didn't even bother to tell me that I was supposed to grabbed the box because she said "I was texting". So the other lady asked me and told me just to grabbed the bagels. So that kinda changed my love for them. Anyway, what we usually order is the signature bagels which is what we love! To be honest I completely forgot what I order but I recommend for you to try their signature bagels. I also love their coffee since it reminds me of home (Virginia) because that's what they serve at the airport and I love it! My most recent discovery was the hashbrown breakfast bagel. Yes, there's savory hashbrowns ON TOP of the bagel. It's just crazy and so yummy! You can pretty much customize it anyway you like. Also, I am in love with the California Nova Lox which is only available for a limited time according to the yellow star next to it on the menu. And while I will usually pick up their Nova Lox on an Everything Bagel, this bagel is kicked up a notch with a little bit of wasabi to tickle the taste buds and avocado for an added creaminess to every bite. Overall, I enjoy this location and love the outside seating area. They get pretty busy mornings and weekends so don't be surprised if you experience a bit of a wait. I personally think they need to add one more staff member during peak hours as the cashier couldn't possibly take all of the orders AND make my latte at the same time. I realized it was not her fault, but she redeemed herself by up-sizing my vanilla hazelnut latte to a large and all was good again. :) read more

I hate that I have to write this review. I really love this place and the most recent experiences have not been the usual. I come here fairly regularly as it is on my way to work and one of the few places I can get a lox bagel. The staff are always really nice and I wish they would open the dining room. The last THREE times I have been here, they have missed something on my order. I get it, staff is hard to come by with COVID etc but it's getting annoying. I always order the exact same thing and it's always wrong. It's still good, don't get me wrong! I love the flavor of the salmon and their bagels are really good, but it's frustrating to get to work, open my box and once again the order is wrong. Fist time, I get to work and there is only cream cheese and toppings on one half of the bagel. The other bagel was toasted and bare as a newborn babe. So I made a sandwich and went on with my life. Second time, I get to work and there is barely a single piece of lox on both sides of the bagel and no capers. Ok, still tasty. Third time, this morning, get to work and there's no onion. Does it matter? Not really. It's still a GOOD bagel but I order exactly what I want and I NEVER get it! That part gets old fast. It's really not that difficult of a bagel to make. I don't ask for it to come a certain way, I don't ask for add this minus that, I want it EXACTLY the way it's supposed to come and it never seems to be that! I could understand if I asked for it to be different than what it is on the menu but I get it how it is and they still can't manage to get it right! As much as I hate to say it, I'm going to have to find a new breakfast place. I love this store, but if you can't even get something the exact way it is on your menu, there's a serious problem. read more

Coffee is hot and tasty with free refills while you are dining. Obviously the bagels are spot on and the fixings, sides, desserts, pastries, salads, and snacks are equally delicious. You know you are in a great place when you can arrive before the sun rises, order your breakfast, drink your coffee and get a lunch to go. My favorite is the Everything thin bagel (toasted) with salmon, light cream cheese, onions, and tomatoes. (Hold the capers) Oh.... and they also offer breakfast sandwiches in addition to traditional lunch varieties. They offer indoor and outdoor dining, have wifi, maintain a clean environment, and have some cool specials you should check in to. The business is located across the street from Memorial par,k next to the St. John's River, so it's always nice to have the option to enjoy your food and drinks out in the fresh air, by the river, shaded by trees, and near a cool fountain. . read more

Have been in many times. Love the bagel sandwiches, especially the breakfast ones. I always take a Bakers dozen and 2 schmears with me to go. If you choose to do the same, I suggest you do not have them sliced. They stay fresher longer not sliced!!! These bagels are more like donuts!! You can grab one out of the box and just eat it! Had an errand to run in the 'hood and thought I'd drop by to try their bagels. Thank goodness I did. I like bagels very much and rarely find any that I LOVE. Well, I LOVE these bagels. Not too heavy, not too light. Not too bready, not too airy. Just the right toughness outside and soft enough inside. Perfect amount of toppings on the onion and the asiago bagels that I tried. Oh heck, just call me Goldilocks because these bagels were JUST RIGHT. The cream cheese ("schmear") was pretty tasty too. The location is wonderful. Right on the corner of Margaret and Riverside, with a lovely fenced in area outside to sit with just enough shade. (I noticed a lot of people got their coffee from Starbucks across the street and then crossed over for the bagels. LOL) Inside was roomy, bright and clean. The two ladies that helped me (one took the order and the other rang me up) were super cheerful, but not in a fake kind of way. They seemed like they really like their job. Panera's used to be my go-to place for great bagels - no more. Einstein Bros. is not only closer but definitely have better quality, in my opinion. TIP: You know those RedPlum ads that get stuffed into your mailbox? Delicious bagels! They have every kind of bagel imaginable but I usually stick with the everything bagel. Huge portions when the bagels are stacked super high with whatever you might want. I love the outdoor seating options. It's sad they close at 2pm though! read more
