Donuts were delicious! Probably the best blueberry cake donut that I've ever had!! Cinnamon Roll donut was delicious too! Stopped by here on a midweek day morning and was able to get in and out quickly to get to work on time!

Stumbled on this cute little donut shop when looking for a quick bite after my dr. Appt and I'm glad i decided to go in.. Staff was friendly and welcoming.. Didn't try any donuts this time but they looked delicious.. The breakfast sandwich i tried was amazing.. simple sausage and egg on a croissant but it was packed with so much flavored it tasted homemade with a touch of grandmas love. Will definitely be back to try other items..

Pulled into the lot and thought it was outrageous business. So cars in the lot at 9am. Inside is fine. Basic . Donuts all looked good. Friendly staff. Donuts seemed very high price wise. The 4 items pictured was over $12. But they were good. I probably wouldn't go out of way for them. But if you haven't had them yet. It's worth a try.

This little hidden gem is tucked away and you might miss it! Stop in and grab some donuts for the family it sit down & enjoy. They have a great variety of donuts, kolaches, eclairs, etc. I was only there a few minutes when the crowd hit! So it's a popular place. They also have a good selection of coffees.

Love this little spot. I finally able to stop in while on the Southside of town. This is the first place in Jax to have kolaches like o remember in Texas. The steak and cheese kolache was amazing. I also had the bacon maple doughnut which was to die for. My friends ate the Boston Creme doughnut and strawberry crumble. The doughnuts were soft and fresh!

Picked up Donuts for the office to start of St Patty's day right and let me tell you. The office was happy and they didn't last long and now we have 2 full box's of Lucky Charms just laying around cause they donuts blew them outta the water. We got 2 dozen donuts. 1 box of Glazed and 1 box of assortment. I will say the assortment was gone pretty quickly so I can't really give any review on those but I did try one of the glazed which were for sure fresher than most Krispy Kreme's I've ever had. Plus I also kinda love that they all weren't perfect circles I like the character of them. They were warm and very thick and fluffy. If you're looking to get some fresh donuts from a great local shop with a friendly staff, this is the place to go.

While on a trip to Jacksonville, Florida for work, my office manager ordered donuts to the office and said we had to try this local place. The donuts were well received in the office as who doesn't love to sit back, relax, and enjoy a donut on a payday Friday?! I tried their Boston creme version and really enjoyed! Definitely love to see them in the office again if I'm set back to train Jacksonville, and I could see myself even checking out the store front to see the ambiance of the cafe interior if there is one.

I've stopped by here a couple of times and will be back many more. The gentleman at the counter has been very friendly both times. I've tried a couple of different items. The apple fritter is very good (and very sweet - lots of glaze). Other customers there mentioned that they stop by ever day of the week and really enjoy everything. There are some tables for seating and a small TV. It has a local feel not your standard coffee shop feel. They have a great assortment. They have kolaches that I've not see anwyhere else. I'm looking forward to future visits and trying different items.

We stopped for the donuts but the Mahony was the star of the show, the peppery sausage tickled my tongue and was a nice balance to the cinnamon roll. The donuts were fabulous as well. Definitely worth the quick detour.

We accidentally saw Bunny's Donut Shop when we were about to park and visit Senorita's. Of course we had to try them! So glad they were still open since it was already past 1pm at that time. Place is pretty big with tables and chairs. There were so many options but we ended up buying their beef kolache, which was reheated and became our appetizer lol. It was good! We also got glazed, red velvet, oreo, and eclair. All were soft and tasty!

Delicious random variety box. Came in just 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Absolutely delicious! Cannot wait to try more.

Stopped by 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday and just put together a random variety box of what they had left. The owners were so sweet and I got a great variety of flavors, even some of my favorites. Store was clean and organized and the donuts were clearly labeled, clean trays, clean glass and even had seating inside. Cannot wait to return to try more flavors

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Bunny's on Saturday. It's a clean and friendly little shop. Cute decor and scrumptious donuts. I stopped by at 11am on a Saturday and many options were already sold out for the day. I went with the S'mores and the Oreo donuts and they were very tasty.

Eureka (I have found it)! Hollywood in Florida!!!!…read more JUST like Dr. Indiana Jones combing through the jungles seeking his ancient museum artifacts, I was navigating the curvy wilds of the Jacksonville Southpoint area, located near I-95 and JTB. The best things in life require some effort to build your appetite, and whereas I did not collect a golden idol like Dr. Jones, I was rewarded instead with a cheerful new friend and one of the absolute FRESHEST sandwiches in JAX! Nestled between the sparse woods and surrounding offices you will find happy, loyal diners who fill Hollywood Heroes and Subs each lunchtime to the point where the line stretches out the door. I had just seen the last of the lunch crowd smiling and saying goodbye for the day to our energetic and upbeat host, Founder, sandwich artist and Jacksonville native Kevin Porter, an actor turned restaurateur -- known for roles including "Lazer" in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, plus appearances in Daredevil and General Hospital. Something that cannot be "acted" around was his genuine welcome and desire to roll out the red Hollywood carpet for all who make the journey (yes, it's a REAL red carpet)!! This sweet shop is the perfect size, and has a significant amount of Hollywood memorabilia all around to keep you engaged while chatting with Kevin as he works his magic. And what he produced was a treasure of cheese and meats that made me forget about whatever might have been chasing me through those woods to get there! J/K In between wonderful conversation with Kevin, each bite of my MASSIVE "The Towering Inferno" hot hero (pepperoni, Genoa salami, cappy and melted provolone) on fresh baked Village Bread made me realize just how huge and delicious this thing was. Kevin promised that the one pictured is exactly what every customer will get...he prides himself on highly generous portions at fair prices...and man, did he deliver!! I would have been completely satisfied with HALF, but NO!!!! There sat its twin, begging for sacrifice to the stomach Gods. I was only too happy to oblige! The owner Kevin = engaging, friendly, talented with his craft, makes you feel like you drove through the woods to come home to your happy place. The ambiance = bright, colorful, great memorabilia, puts you as the star of the show. The sandwiches = creative in name and product with fresh being the operative word, this sandwich hit above its price point and I can't wait to try to the rest of the menu! So no, I didn't get chased by a boulder, or leave with Dr. Jones' golden idol, but I did get a Golden Belly from my experience, and the knowledge of why hundreds of hungry lunch- goers seek this "Temple of Delish" every day!! Crack the whip and corral your family into the car for this absolute treat in the core of "ancient Jacksonville!!"

Ordered at the front counter and was greeted by a friendly young lady... good start. I went in planning to get the muffaleta off the specials board. They checked on it, but no luck... they were out of the cuts needed. I was pointed toward the Italian, but my buddy already grabbed that and I felt like being different. Noticed another special on the wall, a smoked brisket sandwich. Can't remember the exact name, but that's what I went with. Instead of chips or their homemade tots, I grabbed the balsamic roasted brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Tables weren't the cleanest and were a little wobbly, but nothing deal-breaking... we made it work. Food came out pretty quick and looked solid. Flavor-wise... a little mixed. The brussel sprouts were very flaky and leafy, almost crumbled apart. You really had to work your fork to get a bite. I was picturing larger roasted halves. Sauce was fine, nothing bad, nothing special. I'd give those a 3 out of 5. The brisket sandwich was interesting. The meat was very fatty and kind of tough to chew through. Not sure if that's just the cut or the prep. I ate about three-quarters of it. It wasn't bad, just didn't hit the way I hoped. Probably still thinking about that muffaleta. Another 3 out of 5. I'd come back, no doubt... but next time I'm sticking with what they're known for. Those cheesesteaks always look great, and that's probably the move. Today was about trying something different, and I'm glad I did... even if it didn't knock my socks off.

This is one of those places that we love but haven't been to in far too long. We both tried things that were new to each of us tonight as well, which was cool. I ordered The Ole Smokie, with everything on it and choose cheddar cheese. My first thought when it was brought to the table was "oh, I'll probably have to go at this with a fork & knife" but I decided to give it a shot as intended. I'm glad I did because the bread held up surprisingly well! As far as ingredients go, the brisket was good and smokey. There was a good mix of everything else and more than enough cheddar. My wife ordered the Chicken Cheesesteak. She also had a choice of cheese and she picked whizz. The thing that separates this from what people might expect is that it's chunks of chicken, not shredded chicken. She said that's not a bad thing at all, just a change from what some might exoect. She thought it was a welcome change. She liked their cheese whizz a lot and liked the roll as always, so she was glad she tried it. It's worth noting that both sandwiches were big enough that we both took half of each home. I didn't get the name of the two people that were working there this evening, but I'd still like to give then a shout out. They were both incredibly patient with the customers ahead of us and they didn't make us feel rushed even though we were there fairly close to the time they close on Friday evenings. Another good visit to Clarke Bros. Here's hoping it doesn't take us so long to get back here again for the next visit!
