Constructive advice for this location's manager: Please give the customer what they paid for. After shopping at Home Depot, I felt the need for a cup of coffee, and hey, why not a donut? I went through your drive-through, ordered a small drip coffee and that donut (plus an extra for the kid at home). The coffee wasn't just lukewarm, it was room temperature. So, I drove back around and explained that my coffee was cold. The girl took the cup, and I believe said have a great day. No hot coffee offered. Am never disappointed when stopping in for some sugary goodness. Made a couple "St. Patty's Day Boxes" with their green and themed donuts, which were a hit with those that received them. Will do again in the future, for other 'holidays'. I have had to wait a few times, but I'm usually undecided on what to try (seems they have new creations every time!), so I'm never really bothered by it. I hate leaving such a sinister review, but I have had my patience tested twice now. Before I get to the service though, let's talk about the donuts and their coffee. First off I felt like it was overpriced, $16 for two coffees and half a dozen donuts. Secondly, the coffee was literally not drinkable, and I absolutely hate wasting anything that I pay money for. I asked them to hold off on any sweetener or caramel for the coffee, and I swear she must have doubled the amount of caramel she normally would've put in there. The drink was literally one quarter caramel, the rest sugar, and maybe an espresso shot in there somewhere. Like I said, not drinkable. Both coffees got thrown away exiting the drive-through. The donuts were all good, we ate them anyway, but still way too much sugar and we got sick. (Definitely our fault, we knew what we were getting into) Now to my favorite part about the entire experience... the god awful stoner chick behind the counter. I understand as a relatively new business that there are going to be glitches, bumps, and things that flat out aren't going to work the way they should. With that being said, please at least treat me as a human being. I'm not partial to being told to "hold on" redundantly, without ever being given any explanation as to why. Literally after every individual item that I had ordered, she would follow it up with "ok hold on". Even after the gratuitous amount of time that was spent making an order for three varietals of donuts, and two of the exact same coffees without added sweetener, she still managed to botch the order. Not only will I not be coming back, I will strongly advocate against them. Honestly, it's not even because of my two mediocre experiences, it is the fact that these people creating a pipeline of sugar. As if Americans aren't bad enough with our diets already. Just left your establishment waited 10 min in line with out service. There were 3 people ahead of me I asked the counter person "are you the only person working the counter." He replied yes, there was a person making coffee and the display case was nearly empty. I left without purchasing anything. Very disappointed. read more

Got brave and went in on the day that Washington schools announced closures for Covid-19. Two girls simultaneously helping customers and working drive-through. As we waited in line I pointed out to my husband that the staff members were touching their head-sets and hair with their gloved hand and then touching the donuts. When it was our turn, this happened and my husband politely asked her if she could please change her glove and she rolled her eyes at us and had an attitude while we proceeded to spend $40. Delicious doughnuts! Way better than store bought! The cake batter doughnut was delicious. I ordered a strawberry lemonade frozen drink when I was there the other day and it was VERY potent. I ended up having to dilute it with half a bottle of water before I could drink it. I am quite disappointed that this location does not serve the new Reese's Peanut Butter Cup doughnut. I understand being peanut free for fear of lawsuits, however that is easily solved by placing advisory signs and stickers throughout the restaurant stating that peanuts are used in the facility. There are statistically fewer Americans with peanut allergies than those who do NOT have the allergy, so I am confused as to why this location has chosen to cater to a smaller percentage of patrons. read more

Stopped by this morning- only car in the drive through. Waited for my order to be taken- only ordered 6 donuts, ddnt matter the type. Waited and waited at the window. Saw one girl glance at me then disappear. Sat in my car for 10 mins then honked, cause i was gna be late for work. Honked again, nobody. Left with no donuts. Completely rude & unprofessional. Stopped by to pick up some donuts this afternoon around 3:15 and entered the location with my friend. There was only one employee working up front. He helped several cars in the drive thru while we stood waiting in the lobby. He never once acknowledged our presence even though he had to step right in front of us numerous times to retrieve donuts for the drivethru orders. After 5 minutes of standing there unacknowledged we left. Had he even said I'll be with you soon we would have waited as it was clear he was busy. But it's pretty unacceptable to ignore us completely. read more

If you like your donuts tasting like sugar then this is your place to go. I think the donuts have no flavor (beside sugar) and taste very very sweet. I don't understand why people like this place so much. Me I would pick any other donut place in town over this place. I went to the Richland, WA store today to redeem a coupon they sent to my registered email address. They refused to accept my coupon because they couldn't find me in their stupid computer system. I am registered with Krispy Kreme and I gave them my phone number that is registered to my account. Why do they have to look me up in their computer to honor the coupon I handed them?? The Staff is friendly and work quickly, both of which are appreciated with a busy store! There's been a huge line each time I've come or driven by, but it seems to move at a decent pace. The only reason I docked a star is because both times I went the "hot and ready" light was on, but the donuts were not hot/fresh. The donuts are light and don't feel heavy in your stomach. Yummy! Being loyal Spudnut fans we swore that we would not darken the door of this national chain but it was father's day and my hubs wanted a donut. The drive thorough was packed the interior was empty. We chose the two featured donuts, a strawberry sprinkle and a cream filled chocolate covered. My son got a cinnamon donut too. They were the overly sweet, air filled husks I had read about. Luckily we had cups of water and strong coffee to wash the sugar out of our mouths. One trip we shall not return. Very expensive too. Six donuts and two coffees costing over $16. read more

This was my first Krispy kreme experience since I was a very young child. The donuts were fresh and soft but they weren't warm and were way too sweet in my opinion. The service was okay... but they ran out of coffee at like 10am, which is annoying. Overall, not impressed. read more

Went here after a dissapointing lunch at Hop Jacks. Walked in and had some warm donuts. the owner was there and she talked to us and gave us some free donuts.. From what I understand, the whole concept behind Krispy Kreme was always you get and should expect fresh warm doughnuts...not cold and what seems day old dry doughnuts with zero service. You guys wanna serve old, dry doughnuts then cut the price in half and let us know what were getting isn't warm, freshly made doughnuts. Winco/Safeway, so much better and cheaper. I am a major Krispy Kreme fan...so I was very excited to learn that a new store would be opening in our area. (I have frequented both Portland stores numerous times) I have been to the Kennewick location 3 times and ALL 3 TIMES the donuts were very stale. I would say some at least 1-2 days old... My wife went there this morning with my son for a breakfast date. After waiting in line for 10 min she gets up to the order..... The kid behind the counter looked at her holding my son waiting, then looked over her and started helping the person behind her. She then Said to the kid "I guess you are just going to skip over me"! He looked at her and continued to help the person behind her. She then walked to the cash register and said I guess I will order here. The cashier asked what happened and then put in her order. If it were not for my 3 year old with her, she would have walked out. But she promised him doughnut so she paid and left with him. Never again will we step foot at this location. The doughnut was fine as you would expect from Krispy Kreme, but with service like that this location lost our business. Veras Bakery in pasco double the size doughnut and for less money. read more

Our first experience at Krispy Kreme was a pleasant one. The kids throughly enjoyed watching the donuts being made on the conveyor belt. The staff ended up giving us 6 fresh glazed donuts, which was very generous. The donuts were light, fluffy and delicious. The cost of the pastries is more than we would normally pay, but this was an experience the children would never soon forget. read more
