Haven't had great luck @ this location over the years. We can never seem to catch the Hot Light on, for starters. Latest problem: not quite mid-October (10/14/23) & no more pumpkin spice doughnuts for the year! They said they have those from July-end of Sep! What? Who wants pumpkin spice in July in Georgia? And to end before Halloween (or even Thanksgiving) seems crazy. On the good side, Mgr didn't charge us for the 1 consolation doughnut we ordered for grandson, so we appreciated that. read more

Terrible place. We wanted to buy 4 dozen glazed doughnuts for my son to take to GHP for his birthday and were told they were out until 5pm. It was 3 pm. Just came from Krispy Kreme in Rome Ga, First the door was locked with a sign stating no help so please go through the drive through, went through the drive-thru only to be told by the employee on the intercom that they were out of glazed doughnuts and pretty much all the doughnuts oh except for a lemon filled one. Just don't understand why, please explain to my family why there was not even 1 glazed doughnut. First off this establishment is NOT open 24/7. We pulled into the drive-thru at 10:02pm with 2 other cars into the drive-thru. I asked politely if we could still order just one donut and was denied service. Three stars for this location because I've had a handful of really good experiences with fun and cheerful staff working the drive-thru. My most recent experience was less than spectacular. It's understandable to not immediately have hot and fresh original glazed when the hot light isn't on- that's what Krispy Kreme is known for. But to have no original glazed at all, and to then take the time to print out signs for the drive thru and lobby entrance announcing a lack of them is disappointing. We settled for a variety dozen and frozen coffees. The dozen were boxed in front of us and were passed off upon purchase. The drinks took fifteen minutes between the time of checkout and the moment they reached my hands. Other customers who ordered similar beverages after us received their drinks before us. I had to return to the counter to ask for our order to be completed. When I finally got my frozen, it was too sweet to consume, and I threw away a half consumed drink. A nice batch of glazed original came rolling off the belt though, as we were leaving forty minutes later. In a word; unimpressed. read more

Just a couple of questions 1) HOW do you run out of the product you sell the most of and, 2) WHY were you not making more, since you were depleted of your ENTIRE stock? This is the WORST Krispy Kreme I have ever been to! I have been several times when they are out of food, even the original glaze! I went to pick up doughnuts from the location above and was not allowed to use my coupon for a free dozen along with the certificate. The manager kept insisting that I had to pay for a dozen in order to get a dozen. I paid for my dozen when I bought the certificates. I did not get them free....I had to purchase them. I don't understand why I could not use coupon and certificate together. I understand on days when you can buy one and get one free, they do not alert customers of this either. Today June 7th, 2019 at 9:00 am I'd came to get a free doughnut at Krispy Kreme with a purchase of one in east rome and the dirty blonde head woman behind the desk was acting rude. She didnt want to touch my hand and slid my box of doughnuts and receipt towards me. She also did it with the Black African American woman in front of us too. However when a caucasian family had to pay she greeted them with a smile and greeting and handed them their doughnuts and receipt in their hand. I just had to laugh and walk away.
