The spring minis are here!! Oh.....so is Spring This Krispy Kreme never offers fresh glazed and that is their signature. Usually, I go to the Gambrills, MD location - their HOT light is always on. Their glazed is fresh and it is not too far off from this location BUT they don't have as many selections....So, I stopped in here... When this place first opened, it was really fun. Inside dining was small but nice and watching the donuts being made was fun. In the last few years, it's become drive-thru only. I guess that's fine but they haven't kept up the outside very well. Looks sketchy. If I want Krispy Kreme donuts now, I just go to Royal Farms. I believe they're made at this location anyway. I was a little worried about the ratings being low for this location but it's still a good stop. We stopped at around 2pm so the donuts weren't super fresh or warm but still really tasty. We had a little of everything and we did call in advanced to make sure they still had the ones we wanted. I think there was maybe two employees running the entire store but the girl who helped us was very nice. The lobby is closed but the drive through is just as good for us on a trip. Also I've seen a lot of reviews about the speaker box not being easy to communicate with but she could hear us clearly and we could hear her perfectly. Ok I guess They have a lot of orders going out to other stores (Royal Farms) so the place was filled with donuts heading out. The staff was great ... well most of the staff was great. There was this one worker who must have just finished cooking. She was working on boxing up those orders headed to other stores. She had a mask but it wasn't coving anything. But the worst thing was she kept biting off skin or batter from her fingers and spitting out the what ever it was on to the floor. That would have to be my only complaint, too bad it's a pretty nasty one. read more

Dining area was closed. Drive thru only. Sign was broken. 3 of the donuts were not available. Waited 2 minutes before were were even greeted. Person taking the order and handing our order was rude. Several large pot holes in drive thru. Trash everywhere on the property. Broken wet floor sign in from of the serving window. The donuts were mushed and hard. $10 for 6 mushed hard donuts. Stopped by on my way through town to get a simple half dozen. After repeating my order 4 times, I got completely the wrong order, and one less donut than I asked for. Also wanted to use the restroom, but had to wait 10 minutes because an employee was just loitering in the locked bathroom, after I knocked several times. Another employee had to come over and tell her not to take her break in the bathroom. As she left the bathroom, employee 1 made a snide comment about how I could have just used the men's bathroom. I love Krispy Kreme, and I do not leave bad reviews, but this is the most unprofessional interaction I've had anywhere. I've worked in food service, and I don't judge people for not always being 100% on the ball, but this is beyond what I will excuse, which is a lot. read more

Stopped by today for the first time, wanted to celebrate National Donut Day. First, the business looks deserted and dilapidated. All doors are locked and windows are covered. Sign in window saying lobby is permanently closed. What?? Got into drive thru line. Waited 10 minutes WHILE SMELLING RANCID TRASH! Tons of litter all around the dumpster, which is right beside the menu. Pulled up to finally order. Speaker wasn't clear and the employee was all but unintelligible. Ordered the mini donuts. Was told there were none. Asked to pull up to window to order. Mentioned we were there for free donuts for National Donut Day (3 of us in the vehicle) and added 3 donuts and a chiller drink to our order. Was given the drink and the 3 paid donuts and ONE FREE DONUT. BTW- the donuts were not even warm. Totally room temperature. The worker, who obviously could not have cared less about all of the ads and hype for Donut Day said, "one free donut per vehicle!!!!" Again, what? With the lobby closed, I mentioned that we should have circled the drive thru 3 times and ordered a donut and the free one per person. She seriously said, "Yes." You have got to be kidding me! What a ridiculous policy. We will never return. What a disappointing first Krispy Kreme experience for my two children. Would not recommend supporting this business. I was in Salisbury yesterday and was so excited when I saw this Krispy Kreme. I walked in around mid afternoon to find a filthy disgusting disaster. No one was at the counter when I walked in and there were crushed donuts all over the floor that were laying in a large amount of water !! It was so beyond disgusting and unsanitary looking, I walked out immediately. SO GROSS I'm not sure if the Health Dept checks Restaurants in MD, but this place would have been fined for sure if they did. read more

Let me begin by saying I had one simple request. I went through the drive thru with a very small, basic order: one donut. Guess what I left with...NO DONUTS. I attempted to order one "cruller donut" (which was on the menu) by asking if they had any. The girl in the drive thru had NO idea what I was talking about. After repeating myself about 4 times I decided to drive away. When I drove by the drive-thru window I felt as if the staff were laughing at me. I can not be the only one that feels once Krispy Kreme's started popping up all over MD the quality and desire decreased significantly. I have only been to the location in Salisbury twice this year and both times I had to return because my order was incorrect or the donut should have been thrown away. The coffee is not even comparable to Wawa which says a lot but is quite expensive. They have no flavored creamer and their coffee is strong but without the robust pick me up associated with coffee. They are always out of raspberry and lemon filled at this location. So twice I ordered the custard filled instead which never and I do mean NEVER has any custard. When I brought this to their attention they gave me another custard donut with no bag just handed it to me in a napkin which also had NO custard. Just shut it down already as this location can not possibly be making any money and is bringing a negative persona to the Krispy Kreme name. read more

Went back again today, May 12, and guess what? No glazed donuts! "Machine isn't working" is what they said. This place is an absolute joke! Donuts are great, IF they have them. I also tried to pay with their app the the worker told me I can't pay that way. He said the app can't make payment. When I asked him why I could load funds if I can't pay that way he just looked at me with a confused look on his face. This place definitely needs new management or ownership. read more

Went late at night after getting sushi. They were out of apple fitters which was a bit of a bummer. The kid waiting on us seemed infatuated with one of the ladies working there and messed up the order a bit. Still a big fan and the few donuts he messed up on were still good. Super great customer service! I stopped by today, my dad had gone here the other day and had something missing from his order (a dozen glazed doughnuts) and didn't realize it until he got home. We live a couple hours away so he couldn't just drive back and pick them up. He called them that evening and they said if he came in they'd happily fix the problem - great! I was in the neighborhood today and stopped by, was greeted warmly by a gentleman at the front (Keith I believe) and explained the issue to him and he ordered me a fresh dozen no questions asked. While I waited we chatted, he was very friendly and accommodating, the girl who brought me the doughnuts was very sweet as well (didn't catch her name).
