The customer service is very poor. They do not smile, say thank you or you can greet you politely. The girl just said yes and I had to ask her if she was talking to me. That's when I went into the store. No I did not When I pulled up to the window. They said what do you want and then when they were giving me my doughnuts, she said here and shoved the doughnuts at me. No smile or thank you or have a good day. Now I was the foolish one to sit in the drive through for over 30 minutes....but why did it have to take 30 minutes?? There were four cars ahead of me!! Basically what all the other one star reviewers said. You'd be lucky if they have glazed donuts... forget even trying to get anything else. They turn lights off over an hour early before closing. Bad attitudes from the workers who act like you're a huge inconvenience to them and disrupting their social time. Have the app, get alerts of coupons etc. website says 24 hours. At 7am on a Saturday they are not open but plenty of customers trying to buy. I called store while at drive thru and the employee says 'we open at 8am'. Really? Go to Donut King, you'll never be disappointed. read more

Bought a free dozen donut card from a school fundraiser. I drove 30 minutes to this location due to where I currently reside. The women at the drive thru window was extremely polite. However my issue is not with her. I handed her my free dozen donut card and she tried to ring it up in the system and was having issues. She called her coworker over, Marcell, to help. He argued with her and told her to decline the promotion to me because I had already used that coupon. Crazy how I still had the coupon if I already used it considered once you use a coupon the workers take it from you. I could hear Marcell through the window cussing and causing issues. This place is always out of items. Coffee not made in the morning, speciality coffees sometimes not available, but MOST of all the doughnuts! What doughnut place constantly run out of doughnuts. I went to get the specialty doughnut on February 18. When I ordered, there were TWO TRAYS of them in the case. I placed my order, and the girl behind the counter told me it would be 20 minutes. I pointed out the trays in the case, and she told me those were for display only, and they had no filling. I pointed out that I could SEE filling coming out of them, and she just shrugged. I love Krispy Kreme donuts but they almost NEVER have what the menu says. I have never had any of the short term holiday donuts because they are always out. Then by the afternoon you can barely get a mixed box because they don't keep making them. At this point going to Dunkin' is more worth my time. Horrible Customer service , wrong order went for the hot sign only to be given cold and old doughnuts.

I have come to this location may be a handful times times. The last time that I came, I asked for warm glaze donuts. And they gave me the regular cold donuts.. I called the store and I asked them if they no longer make warm glaze donuts. The manager then proceeds to tell me what do you mean we don't make anymore? And I replied saying well the other time that I visited the donuts were cold so I'm assuming you guys don't make them warm anymore or fresh.. and she told me no she goes we do make them fresh she was like I don't understand why they didn't give you warm glaze donuts so she told me to turn around and she would give me a new set of dozen donuts OK I turned around she gave me two vouchers because unfortunately they don't have any warm glaze donuts.. OK whatever I let time go on today I happen to drive by and see if their sign was on and it was well I asked for three warm glaze donuts and did I get three warm glazed donuts? No I got three cold donuts. The whole point is to me going to get a warm glaze donuts or I even like Krispy Kreme is because the donuts are warm.. This place is ridiculous. They deserve a zero rating and this business should close. Hours say they are open in drive thru 24 hours and store is open til 10. We got there at 9:40 and the door was locked. The girl employee was sitting in a booth playing on her phone. The guy was leaning on the counter playing on his phone. We went to the drive thru and the girl says "we're closing." We said "so we can't order? Your supposed to be open in drive thru 24 hours and in the store til 10." She said, "we ain't got no donuts." "We ain't got no glazed or no other kind." As we drove around the two employees were still in there playing on their phones. No wonder they ain't got no donuts! Whoever owns this place needs to close it permanently. And they need to not pay the employees for doing nothing but playing on their phones. There was a long line of cars they turned away.
