So this place is beyond slow! Literally, these employees do not move with a sense of urgency at all. How hard is it to put donuts in a box? I'm watching all of the workers and they are moving so slow. I've been in the same spot in line for over twenty minutes before I moved. Most of the donuts look sloppy, especially the holiday donuts. I Love these doughnuts! Really I do. Just between you and I, Fellow Yelpers, I dream about the HOT light being from time to time. But lately this location has been making me want to go Zone 4 up in this mug! I see the HOT light on in the AM. I stop and I get the doughnut that I've been craving for al l night long. But in the afternoons it's a different damn story and I'm not happy about it. Four times now over the past 2-3 months I have stopped after a hard days work because the light was on HOT and I have received warm azz doughnuts! Wait...Why is the light showing HOT and not LUKE WARM! I mean, I'd like to know if my doghnuts are West End Mall KK HOT or Kroger heat 'em up when you get home if you want Hot. If this continues to happen, I am going to take a bite out of all 12 doughnuts and return the ones that aren't Hot! And why shouldn't I? They playing with my emotions! You would think at 8o'clock in the morning the drive-through line would move a whole lot faster. Shouldn't the donuts be on the fast line? Unfriendly service and still in line for 20 minutes and I was only the fifth car in the line. Hate coming to this place but love Krispy Kreme Donuts. Great donuts and friendly staff. The parking lot is way to small for the promotional donut releases. We went for the eclipse donut and we were stuck in the parking lot for almost an hour. Other than that it easy to get in and out and there are several different options to choose from. Check their website and see if the hot sign is on before you go. read more

Wish I could give this place a zero rating. 5 people behind the counter and only two of them doing anything yet somehow I still couldn't get any service even after waiting at th counter for several minutes. Visited 6/15/19 As I am driving by leaving Navy Federal Credit Union.. I swerved over into Krispy Kreme because I saw the light on. (Not literally). The line was sort of long with 3-4 cars ahead of me The wait was even longer at the window, as I looked inside to see several of the Employees just standing around talking among themselves instead of servicing the Customers. The donuts were fresh as I ordered 1 original glazed and 1 New York Cheescake Donuts. So lemme tell you about my experience here. I just experienced one of the best customer service ever. She was super friendly and very polite and knew how to sell! I came here for the blueberry glazed doughnuts and she gave me some samples without me even mentioning I wanted some. Soooo we come here often since their donuts are always on point so that's why they get 3 stars. But today the girl Jessica at the drive thru window was a hot mess! First off she opens the window and continues to have a full blown conversation for at atleast two minutes. She then tells us the total with no hello, good morning, or a simple sorry. Then it gets worse! This girl starts to sing at the top of her lungs while we waited for our donuts and receipt. Talk about ghetto fabulous! I have no problem with the young people working here. They always seem to be working hard to fill orders and provide good customer service. My issue is that whoever decides how many of which type of donuts are made is way off. Everytime I order chocolate iced glazed they are out of them in the afternoon. It would seem they are everyone's favorite. The owner needs to review what types sell best and set the par levels to that. Just now because they were out of them I got 6 with sprinkles and 6 chocolate iced custard filled. They had tons of these two and the yellow iced cake batter ones. The custard-filled ones are as old and hard as hockey pucks.
