Man these reviews are brutal and I'm not sure why!! The people at this location are very clearly trying their best, maybe not the best customer service but they are polite and I had zero problems going here. The donuts are as they should be and I got a frozen mocha which was also very good. Specifically asked me if I wanted whip cream as well. I can't tell you why others have said to avoid this location but I would chalk it down as one bad experience. I would come here again.

Late review Picked up an online order that my daughter placed for her Christmas party Arrived to find all the lights off and staff hiding I say in the parking lot for about 30 minutes and noticed people going up to the drive through window?.. Some were getting orders and others weren't I jump in line and pull up to the speaker and someone is in there I give them the order name... Pull up to the window and the guy tells me he only has half my order ??????? I tell him I need my money back and he tells me I have to request it through the app Now I'm pissed..... He closes the window and walks away I had to drive back around and tell him I need my whole order Funny thing is they are giving customers whatever "They" want you to have Now I know I'm not the only customer that was given the run around This is crazy How do they stay in business

I used to think Krispy Kreme was the best place for doughnuts. Actually, I still feel Krispy Kreme is among my Top 3 Doughnut spots. There's just something about walking in a Krispy Kreme, seeing the light on and receiving a warm doughnut. I'll have coffee on occasion and you can never go wrong with a dozen or half a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

Yes I do love a good ole Krispy Kreme but every location doesn't live up to par. This location was slow inside but still were taking forever to take orders so the small amount of customers that were waiting inside were wondering why. Thinking maybe the drive Thur would be better....think again, it's even slower. I was in the drive this line over 5 mins with cars wrapping around because they were going so slow. Not sure if they are short staff or if they are just slow. I have never witnessed this type of service at a Krispy Kreme's so I was just shocked. Beside the wait the two dozen of original glaze I order were hot and fresh when I received them. So that was quite positive! The employees were pleasant for the most part but one of the guys you can tell isn't a people person. He was very short with me and no expression at all. Not everyone enjoys people as much as I do but I would suggest he smiles just a tad! Hopefully the service can quicken up a bit, especially since you are one of the last standing Krispy Kreme's in Maryland!!

Got my lips all fixed for the caramelized cheese blueberry croissants which I plan to pick up next week. Those things are decadent. Stopped in this lovely little bakery to pick up a couple of items instead. I got a PB&J donut and a Boston Cream. Met the owner, Mark, and he and I had a chance to talk for a bit. Nice guy. Lovely donut shop. We talked about wiggly cakes and scones...and Crumbl. They have a few more donuts I plan to try - including strawberry with coconut next time. The donuts are larger than the grocery store variety. They sell other breakfast delights plus coffee too, and have been there for a while. Terrific member of the merchant community. The service was friendly and the ambiance is warm. They are in a strip mall that's essentially empty but for them. Parking on-site and abundant.

We asked about the prices on the donuts and were a little concerned, but honestly figured they must be boutique. We decided on a half dozen donuts... regardless of the type of donut you got the price was the same. By noon, there were about 15 different donuts left that they had stock of. 4 vegan ones. The donuts are about the size of a baseball in circumference. Nowadays, social media is all about size and color, this place is extremely lacking in the size department. The best donut we tried from here was a vegan coconut one, and the bake on it was a slightly different texture than the other donuts. Honestly, the only reason this place got a second star is cuz of the coconut one. Texture was actually correct and not doughy. The other 5 donuts were as follows in order of taste and textures and actual baking: cinnamon n sugar, then everything with bacon, then Homer, then pandan, then Boston cream. I should have just made donuts at home with this place being as expensive as it was. The Boston cream custard was runny af, so either add a starch slurry or slow heat and actually make it simmer to make the custard cook correctly. Like you all know this, but you CANNOT charge 4.25$ per "specialty" donut and have very bad technique. The texture of all the donuts were somewhere between a light cake-like donut and a ball of raw dough. The Vietnamese coffee was meh. We will not be back. Next time, I will just go to Safeway and buy a half dozen of day old donuts that are randomly placed in a box and slightly better baked than this place and be reminded when I only pay 5$ for the box that I won't be as disappointed as I was on kevins birthday by stopping here. No pictures, I dont like having terrible memories on my phone. Waste of 31$ for a pick your own 6 pack and an iced pint of Vietnamese coffee. Jake n kev

The woman who checked us out was an absolute delight, warm, funny, and exactly what you hope for at a local farm stand. Unfortunately my experience in the herb section was the opposite. When I asked about strawberry plants and was told they didn't have any, I mentioned I was a first time gardener and asked if she could recommend something beginner friendly. Her response was essentially "just pick something, all you have to do is water them." When I explained again that I was new and looking for guidance, she told me she couldn't help me. As a first time gardener trying to learn, that kind of dismissiveness was discouraging. If it weren't for the lovely woman at checkout, I likely wouldn't return. I ended up going to Ed's Plant World in Brandywine where the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful to a beginner. The difference was night and day. That said, I'm giving 4 stars because the place is really awesome in terms of selection and variety. The woman in the herb section may have just been having a bad day. It's absolutely worth checking out.

Trip two and three through their drive-thru have cemented the decision to not visit this location again. Trip two resulted in a 5-min wait at the speaker where you wait, and then proceeding to wait an addition nearly 15-min before the line moved at all after that. After trip number three today, honestly not sure how they're still open. Ordering wasn't an issue, but literally ended up sitting in the line behind two other vehicles for 10 nearly 15min to the point where I could see the vehicle two in front of me put their car into park. I even tried giving the store a phone call twice to see what the hell was going on. The first call literally just ringing non-stop before an automated message asking for a code (not sure why). The second call literally didn't connect at all with an automated message saying it couldn't connect, when the phone number dialed is the phone number listed within the Dunkin' app. Messing up orders, and not being able to run a drive thru this many times is a reflection of the owners/operators of this location.
