He took my name and number and said he would call me back shortly. I never received a call. The next day, I went on DoorDash to request a refund for the missing items and saw a denied claim on my account -- one I never submitted. That means the restaurant had to have entered something on their end. I requested a review, and it was denied again. At that point, I had to dispute the full charge with my bank, which was approved. I'm not sure why I never received a follow-up, but this is completely unacceptable. I was only asking for a refund for the food I didn't receive. On top of that, one of the meals I did receive was missing a side, and the salmon was dry. Even if someone had called back and offered a replacement instead of a refund, I would have been okay with that. But no communication at all is poor customer service.
