Located in the food hall off White Street. You can order on the screen, however I was helped by someone that assisted me with creating my own burger. She was able to provide suggestions on meats and sauces. They open at 11am and I stopped by for lunch so the area wasn't busy and there was plenty of seating. They do not provide a buzzer but they take your phone number down and they will text you when your order is ready. I think she must've have entered my number incorrectly because I never got a notice that my food was ready and I had to go up to the counter. We recently visited Goodazzburgers, and the experience was great overall! The brunch burger was absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Brussels sprouts were super tasty, though a bit on the greasy side, nothing a napkin couldn't take care of, and we noticed that our portion was much smaller compared to the couple we were dining with. It would've been nice to have more consistency there. I love that if you don't eat bread, they have options like lettuce or mushrooms to customize your burger. The flexibility is a huge plus! Service was great as well. They have a kiosk to place your order but periodically someone will come out and keep things moving. It's in a food court but a very nice one. Lots of seating options. They're located inside of the Lee & White food hall. You can take it to go or eat inside of the food hall. I tried the Good Azz Burger, Cajun fries & the Ocean and Pasture burger. The Good Azz burger was an okay burger it did the trick to satisfy a burger craving however, for the price it didn't have as much flavor as I'd expect. The Cajun fries are separate and they were fine, seasoned well and crispy. The Ocean and Pasture burger has lobster knuckles on it however they aren't as big as advertised and the flavors weren't throughout the whole burger only in certain bites. The only this place has high ratings because Atlanta loves this "for the culture " movement. As far as the food the don't sell any "good azz burgers" We spent $50 for 2 burgers that took 30 minutes to receive. The meet is nothing more than two golf balls on bread that have zero seasoning and somehow they manage to serve them luke warm after waiting so long. The cashier didn't know anything we asked and I wouldn't be surprised if she was confused about her own name. They try to justify the poor experience from "short staffed and new" but they have been operating for a few years as a pop up. It takes one person to make a burger so since the price didn't reflect "the chef not showing up" then I don't want that excuse. Nothing about the experience indicates this business thriving for very long. Def not at the price point they have of $20 for a solo burger. 1st time experience Good Azz Burgers and it was just that!! The Good Azz Burger was very tasty! It also was a healthy size of two, 1/4 lb patty blends of short rib and brisket. The boom sauce gave it a nice flavor that didn't warrant any other condiment. The tomato and onion was fresh and sizable which I typically don't like but this went well with the burger. The sweet potatoes fries were fantastic; sweet with seas salt making them a nice, surprising, contrasting taste. I would recommend them over the Cajun fries (which didn't have a strong Cajun flavor). I left a text message per the suggestion (a.d a photo) and the owners followed up to apologize and offer a refund for the meal. I gave them my information to locate and confirm the order was placed. Sadly, it has been months!! Still no follow up. I even reached out again to as a gentle reminder and received no response. We speak of supporting local small businesses and make the effort to do so and expect to be met with the same diligence and customer service to accommodate an error on the business's part. While one review doesn't make or break a company's overall success, it puts a bad taste in the mouths of those around and in the community regarding their failed efforts and lack of integrity.
