Burgers with a special sauce! I stopped by this spot inside Halidom Eatery and had a good experience. The staff were super cool and made ordering easy. I went with the smash burger and Cajun-seasoned fries. I'm usually not big on sauces, but I decided to try their special sauce on the burger and was pleasantly surprised--in a very good way. The Cajun fries were decent; I think they'd be even better if they were hand-cut. Overall, I'd recommend giving this spot a try, especially if you're in the mood for a straightforward, flavorful smash burger.

FNF Hot Burger recently opened in Halidom Eatery. I was hesitant to try it at first because I've never enjoyed spicy food and even though I love cheeseburgers, I wouldn't want a spicy cheeseburger, but after talking to the Chef, he assured me that I could choose my spice level and if that meant zero spice, then I can get exactly what I want. I ordered a double cheese, Smashburger and Cajun fries and it was made to order pretty quickly. The burgers are served on a Martin's potato roll. First bite I was amazed. The Smashburger was seasoned with nice crispy, edges and melted cheese. In addition to the potato roll. The flavors just went really well together. I wasn't a fan of the sauce or the sautéed onions so I will order it next time without the sauce and just get raw onions but overall it is a very good Smashburger.

The burger. My goodness it is good and it is HOT! Be aware to order only the spice level you can eat. The burger was delicious and deserving of 6 stars but the fries were a bit underwhelming, hence the 4 star review.

Food: Looked great! Would if tasted better had I not got the caramelized onions they loaded on my loaded chili cheese fries. They didn't put the hard onions & had I known the sauce teed onions were caramelized. I plus if told they no cause I only thought it would be a few on top sadly, I couldn't enjoy them like I normally would. The onions were on top on the side under the cheese & chili so, its was the too sweet taste...I didn't enjoy! Honestly I would try the place again just just get a cheeseburger cause the burgers looked delicious! Service: Quick & easy. Only took a few minutes for my to go order. Ambiance: You can eat there but, it's a really small food hall so it's about 6 sits at the counter next to the order line.

Was at the Halidom (great food kiosks), and wanted a hot dog. Just Dogs is closed, and found FNF Hot Burger... and glad I did! Tried the Flaming Dog and Chili Dog. The Flaming was good with a nice heat level, but not hot. Very good. The Chili Dog was awesome. The grilled dog with just perfect hot dog chili. Excellent flavor! Marcus did it up right putting it all together. When at the Halidom and not sure what to try, I recommend Marcus and FMF!

This is in the Moreland food court, so the place is nicely designed for small group seating and a variety of food options. The service was decent, and the food was okay. The Cajun seasoning on the fries was good, the burger was just okay for me. Especially given the price. To me, it was a touch dry.

It's the kind of place that calls your name, taps you on the shoulder, and whispers, "Yeah, you. Come eat." Perfect for a quick bite, the munchies, late‑night cravings -- honestly, just COME. Youre official summons. The food? Ridiculous. I'm talking "had a dream about it later" level good. It was my first visit, and the staff -- patient, friendly, and they know that menu like it's scripture. They pointed me in the right direction, and wow... they did not miss. I grabbed the Sinful Slidrz combo with a drink and a side. My pick: the Sultry Salmon Slidrz. Exquisite. Simple. Seasoned like somebody's auntie was in the back. And that honey sriracha mayo? A whole love story. My guest went for the Bodacious Brisket -- tender, juicy, melt‑into‑your‑mouth type brisket. We were both sitting there like, "Why is this so good?" And then... the Shrimp & Crab egg roll. OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Savory, satisfying, dangerous in the best way. I could honestly eat here every day and never get tired.

I've visited countless times, often multiple times a week, with friends, family, and colleagues. We consistently ordered generously and tipped well. Unfortunately, a recent experience has led my husband and I to decide we will no longer spend another dollar here, personally or for business. While sitting on the bar side, minding my own business, I was repeatedly harassed by a visibly intoxicated woman who deliberately sat next to me to start trouble. She stared at me continuously, and made unsolicited, offensive assumptions about my marriage. My husband was sitting to my left, completely unaware of what was transpiring as he was listening to some music through his Meta glasses. I initially ignored the woman's behavior and tried to laugh it off because I simply came to eat in peace. However, the situation escalated when she began directing inappropriate questions toward my husband and attempting to provoke him. Despite her continued escalation, other patrons jumped in to defend her and one even threatened my husband, portraying her as the victim. When we attempted to explain the situation to Jason (who I believe is the bar manager), rather than hearing us out, we were told the police were being called on us. We were not the aggressors and did nothing wrong. It was deeply frustrating to be dismissed and treated as though we were at fault when we were only defending ourselves. What makes this experience especially upsetting is that we have always been respectful, trouble-free patrons for 13 years! The bar staff that evening was dismissive and, at times, rude. There was no apparent effort to address how this intoxicated individual was disrupting the environment, continuing to insult my husband, and repeatedly putting her hand in his face to provoke him. To my knowledge, she was never asked to leave nor threatened with police involvement. She left only when she chose to. Only the server who brought out our food showed any level of concern or professionalism. The bartenders and another staff member in the back (a bald person, don't know their role) made it clear we were not welcome and ultimately called the police. We are owed an apology. While I don't expect one, I'm leaving this review to warn other customers (especially people of color) to be mindful of how quickly a place you've supported for years can turn on you and how we're quickly seen as the problem just because we get loud when we've been disrespected. I would strongly advise going to another place in the neighborhood like The Beverly if you want to avoid situations like the one we experienced. After more than a decade of loyal support, we understand the value we bring as customers and as people. Respect should never be conditional or situational. When a business fails to protect that basic standard, it's our responsibility to set boundaries and take our patronage where it's valued.

When I saw they now offer an oyster night on Wednesdays, I decided to give it a try. As a South Louisiana girlie, hearing zydeco music playing as I walked up instantly set the tone. It added a touch of home and fit perfectly with the Louisiana aesthetic they are going for. It was a welcoming start. I have visited before and was previously let down by their Boulevard location, so I walked in hopeful but realistic. The oysters were a dozen for fifteen dollars, which is a great price. Once they arrived, I understood the cost. The seasoning and flavor were truly good, but the oysters themselves were extremely small and a bit tough. The meat was tiny and often stuck to the adductor muscle, which took away from the experience. I also ordered a side of corn. Unfortunately, it was a zero out of ten for me. The cobs had no flavor and were served with only a bit of fake butter and crab boil pooling at the bottom of the plate. I did not finish them. On a brighter note, I tried the Zulu Punch from the happy hour menu. For five dollars, it was a solid drink and definitely worth the price. I will probably return because there are menu items I do enjoy. I just know that the next time I come here specifically for oysters, I will need to lower my expectations.

First, I tried to see the menu online but quickly found there are a lot of menus and they change, so you can't really know what they're serving. They had just five entrees to pick from, and none were very appetizing. Each was over-engineered, too. They were good about asking about allergies, but if you're traveling and careful about introducing new things to your diet, maybe this place isn't for you. They do have a steak. At $200, it's made for the entire table. You can't just get a steak, even though they clearly have steak. Frankly, a lot of the menu was just gross. Sweetbreads, steak tartare, veal. We picked a chicken plate with potatoes. The potatoes were fine. The chicken was very dry. I asked for iced tea. "We don't serve tea products" was the response. WTF? And while the cocktail and wine choices seemed numerous, the beer was extremely limited. We just stuck with water. Then there was the service. The staff were polite and prompt, but some of the habits were just deeply weird. They kept coming by and folding our napkins. Like, you get up, use the bathroom (an unmarked door adjacent to the kitchen), come back, and somebody has picked up your napkin, the one you've been touching your face with, folded it with their bare hands, and left it there. Look, servers roll silverware and I'm no germophobe, but we really don't need more people touching my napkin throughout the meal, do we? This carried over to other staff who would randomly stop by to clear plates and wipe the table down while we all had to stop talking, watch them replace perfectly clean silverware with new perfectly clean silverware, and then leave. Always with new people. None of this makes it a bad restaurant. It's probably exactly what some people are looking for. It just isn't for me.

It's in a food hall so where it's at you have free parking. It's a really nice building and it looks like it was a food hall building that won some awards for aesthetics so it's very nice to look at. You'll come in and there's nobody to greet you, but there are people walking around and people behind the stalls and you have plenty of options to pick from. And it's kind of a multi-room situation because one part of the establishment has a lot of the food hall stalls and the other part of it has a couple stalls, some rooms you can probably reserve, and a very large bar. They have plenty of specials on some signage screens so if you go in just be aware of that. They have events like happy hour and music being played on a live situation and some other thing so just keep that in mind. Anyway, specifically about the hot dog situation, I ordered and got a beeper when it was ready. I got it and it was okay. It seemed like it was more chilly than it was dog. And because I'm from Michigan, I'm very critical on what a Coney dog should be like. Do you want the hot dog to be covered but not drowned in the chili. So not that it's bad but as you can guess this got pretty messy LOL. I thought it was tasty. It's not like home but it was pretty good. When I try other hot dogs from there, I would actually. I definitely would. It was a pretty good experience because I got the wok and see what other places were there so that was nice. But I had to do the Coney because it reminded me a little bit of home LOL.
