I ordered Zaxby's signature Chicken Sandwich with Crinkle Fries, and a small drink. Wife ordered a Southern Fried Shrimp meals, eight fried shrimps with Crinkle fries and Texas Toast. Less than 8 minutes later, the food was ready! Wow. The chicken breast in the sandwich was moist and hot. The pickle and Zaxby's sauce just added a fine touch to sandwich. Good, this will give Popeyes a little competition! The seasoning in my Crinkle Fries was little too strong while my wife's Crinkle Fries without seasoning was wonderful. Next time, I'll ask for no seasoning on my fries! My wife enjoyed her Fried shrimps. Zaxby's is a chain just like Chick-fil-a, PDQ and Popeyes. As we departed, the parking lot was full! When I got home and opened the bag, the sandwich was already disappointing--small, dry, and pretty lackluster. But the real issue was the 4-piece "all white meat" meal I paid extra for. Instead of four white meat pieces, the box contained one breast, one wing, one leg, and a back. That is not even close to what I ordered or paid for. Charging extra for all white meat and then giving customers random pieces is unacceptable. By the time I realized the mistake I was already home, so the entire meal ended up feeling like a waste of money. Between the incorrect order, poor quality food, and lack of attention to a very basic order, I won't be coming back to this location again.

BBQ wings was nicely prepared and the sweet BBQ sauce make this a finger licking experience! However, the bread is hot or too spicy and hot! We witnessed several pickup for take-out orders.
