Only one acknowledged me even though I stood at the counter finding out whether we had to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. There was one lady that finally came to take my order. After that there was the bartender, who also happened to be our waitress as well. Here I am thinking that she was the only one there, since it was pretty slow. But that wasn't the truth. My husband had to get up to pay the bill since no one came back to the table for him to pay. He found out that there were two other waitresses on the other side of the establishment that should have been working. But they weren't. They weren't helping us like they should have been. The food portions were very small and without seasoning. No one ever came to check on us during our dining experience until we had finished our meal. Our table never got cleared off until the end, because I am assuming that this waitress that did finally wait on us, who was also the bartender, was just too busy working at the bar to come back. Someone did try to help us at the end but it was too little, too late. We still left a tip though. The macaroni and cheese had very little flavor and my husband's was cold. My mashed potatoes and gravy was also cold. They need to step their game up. I'm also disappointed in those small buffalo chicken egg rolls as well. They were extremely small for the price. I've had much larger egg rolls than that for the price that we paid. For almost ten dollars, they should have been much larger. Reply to the so called owner.... What you just stated isn't true. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, packed with flavor, and easily earned 5 stars. The baked beans were delicious, and the mashed potatoes were creamy, homemade tasting, and just as impressive. Every part of the meal hit the mark. The only small area for improvement was the young gentleman who delivered our food. He simply slid the plate onto the table without saying a word. A little interaction, such as a friendly greeting or asking if we needed anything else, would make the experience even better. Overall, our first visit exceeded our expectations.
