I ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea, which is described on their website as: "Sweet strawberry and green tea with fresh milk makes the best sweet, creamy, and refreshing drink. Topped with strawberry popping boba." After waiting about 20 minutes for my drink, I was informed they were out of green tea and was offered mango tea as a substitute. While I appreciated being given an alternative, the final drink was nothing like what was advertised. It did not include the strawberry popping boba, and there was nothing creamy about it. The drink tasted bland, watered down, and lacked flavor. I was so disappointed with the drink that I didn't even want to try the banana bread I purchased. After a few sips, the entire purchase went straight into the trash. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't come close to meeting expectations. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

My drink was medium size, and they made it with light ice as I requested. It wasn't the fastest drive through experience, but the guy at the window was cool, spoke clearly, and got my order right. For dinner, I had the mushroom burger, which was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. It came with French fries, coleslaw, and even a little piece of chocolate cake! This headache is the result of one persons oversight and theres no reason it should be this much of a hassle for me to get my money back for someone elses mistake. I'm frustrated because i have to do all this extra work and the manager never spoke with me themselves, even though i left my contact information with two different employees. This is also incredibly cowardly and unprofessional, you got my name and number, you know the situation. Call me yourself and tell me whats going on with my $50. Dont pawn this off on your employee.
