Taco Bell.... i used to love you. This is the first bad experience ive ever had with this taco bell after coming here basically my entire life. And its enough to make me delete the app and never eat here again. I placed a $50 order on the mobile app, and the employee gave the delivery driver the incorrect order. Now because the order was done through the app, they are unable to issue a refund. The app itself is not working, and im just going to have to file a chargeback through my bank. This headache is the result of one persons oversight and theres no reason it should be this much of a hassle for me to get my money back for someone elses mistake. I'm frustrated because i have to do all this extra work and the manager never spoke with me themselves, even though i left my contact information with two different employees. This is also incredibly cowardly and unprofessional, you got my name and number, you know the situation. Call me yourself and tell me whats going on with my $50. Dont pawn this off on your employee. It sounds like a shit job anyways, ive seen the position open on Indeed several times in the last two years. Nice turnover Taco Bell. I hope your employees unionize and you start paying them enough to care about doing a decent job. Never again. read more

Warning Don't order drink! Lids do not fit generic white cups. Received drink in drive up and when handed to me it spilled everywhere. Soaked my clothes. In high school I had Taco Bell EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR FOUR YEARS. So I like to think I know a thing or two about The Bell. This one is better than most. Why? One reason, it's always clean and also freshly remodeled. Second, the staff here are SUPER nice and friendly! One of the ladies even came up to our table, asked if everything was alright and if she could get us anything! Unheard of! This Taco Bell is so gross that they need help or just close it down. I've been to decent taco bells, but this one is bad inside and out. They just remodel the taco bell , but they should have hired all new staff or something. The food is extra gross. I'm always so disappointed in them because I live close and like Taco Bell, but not this one in Watsonville! The nacho chips even taste like ass. I was so upset today. I only had 10$. I had a choice to put some gas in my car or to grab a quick meal before heading to work. I didn't eat all day and decided to get a meal. I ordered Nacho and one taco. I think it's the number 5. My one taco was ok, but the nacho were so bleeping gross!!! They taste like it had a cleaning product in it or something, which can cause botulism. Yup, no, thank you. So I only had my one taco. This is a great place to come to usually but lately over the last year it has gone downhill. Whenever I ask certain things to be left out of my order they are still always added almost every single time. This new thing that they are doing with the workers outside taking orders for food has really slowed things down quite a bit and made it more complicated. There's a bigger line now than before, I can't even go through the parking lot when im not buying food because of how many cars are built up! The staff here is also incompetent and will always forget the drinks and the sauces when they have the sauce packets over the counter. Today I asked a person working there if they remember to put hot sauce packets in the order and they said yes and then I looked inside the bag and there were no sauce packets in the bag. I then told the staff member that there was no sauce packets in the bag and then she gave me a sour look and snatched the bag out of my hand and then angrily shoved packets into the bag and then shoved the bag on the counter not saying a word. We got our food through the drive through when we realized they didn't provide us with the receipt as I scan them for my points through the app. When we asked for a copy they claimed to have "already thrown it away", as we looked passed them and saw a pile of receipts they informed us that ours was not one if them and refused to reprint ours even when provided the items and the card which was used. I really have to say this is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced. It just constantly lets you down. Whatever you order is always skimped and or cold. It really is a bummer that this is the only Taco Bell around. When you order a bean burrito it's basically just cheese in a tortilla and don't even get me started on their orders of rice. Literally give you 1 spoon of rice EVERY DAMN TIME. I asked about this and they really told me that you pay 25cents per scoop even though you pay almost 2$ for the side. I found this hilarious as a sad excuse of poor customer service. They really need to go under new management and find new managers because when you try to speak to someone they just try and argue and justify their horrible service.
