Their dough is very thick compared to most other pierogi businesses' dough. The result is that the flavor of the dough overpowers the flavor of the filling. Here are my reviews for the fillings that I chose: Potato vegan cheese - 3 stars - I tasted just potato and no cheese. Potato smart bacon - ? stars - I received no pierogi that looked or tasted anything like bacon. Instead, I got a second pierogi that tasted like plain potato.
