She is very…read moreknowledgeable not just about teeth but how your oral health might be affected by or might be affecting other parts of your health. She's very thorough and honest. I had another dentist tell me I had a cavity and Dr. Lueck determined that I in fact did not have a cavity but my filling would need to be replaced to cover the gap between my teeth which would avoid breaking the enamel on my second tooth - something that should be avoided if possible. She also took my breathing problems seriously and gave me an excellent referral to an ENT which has changed my quality of life drastically for the better. She even prepared a report for me to give to the ENT so I could go informed and speaking the same "doctor" language with the issues she saw, which likely saved me time and added clarity to the ENT. I've referred other friends to her who have been equally as satisfied. She is not only highly competent and intelligent, but really great at communicating with patients, which at times it can be hard to find a doctor who does both. This is what health care should look like. So grateful to her and her team.

Even the inaccuracies. They are first and foremost a money making machine - just remember that. Next, they are not attentive, truly caring, or committed to the comfort and health of their patients. They partner with insurance companies to collect data. They receive compensation for this. They really work for them. Not you. You will feel this from the second you walk through their doors until long after you leave. The icky feeling just sticks with you. You will not feel quite right. You may find benefit from Physical therapy, the therapists treatment and massage tips, and you may need/benefit from a splint, but those WILL BE COSTLY, both literally and figuratively... and it really is the figuratively you should understand most. This place shares inaccurate records far and wide. Inaccurate records. Records that WILL follow you and may haunt or hurt you later. Other dentists and doctors and insurance companies WILL get a plethora of information and a litany of "conditions" they see fit to create. Just remember, they do not work for you. There are limited Specislists locally, sadly. If you need the treatment, get it, but listen to your gut, heed the warnings, and pay very close attention to your chart records, get/review copies - and demand corrections - immediately. You deserve good, honest care, and you should not have to work do hard for it (especially if you are injured or in pain) but, unfortunately, you do. Trust yourself and be well.

Showed them the tooth that was giving me the problem. They extracted that one. Provided them with insurance that I thought and they reassured would cover the procedures that were required to get me out of pain. Here I am now trying to schedule a routine dental exam can not even get an appointment scheduled or a payment put in place for a balance that I was reassured insurance was covered or I would've paid for it out of pocket just like I did for my cleaning and exam to see what the problem. I would just have them make sure what ever procedure needed or required the insurance company will pay and not have bad Debt added to your name or profile because in reality the insurance company don't cover the dental procedures required. Overall alright I guess just don't like hidden surprises fees or policy that have a bill added to you without you knowing. Just sad bad debt was added without communication of payment plan or other ways to take care of the bill insurance didn't take care especially if you're paying the bad debt to come to good standing.

He seems to keep up to date on recent dental research and seems very attentive to any of our dental needs without going overboard with recommending procedures. Also, the TVs with cable in the dental chairs are a nice touch. They were also excellent with our 1 year old son! I thought he would run away when he saw the dental tools, but they made it fun without pressure if they couldn't finish the cleaning. They were able to finish though with minimal crying. They made it fun for him! They had a cartoon on the TV and let him see the equipment before using it. He also liked his sticker at the end. The waiting room has a nice view of the river, but I never spend too much time looking at it. Wait times are always very short! Also, they are very flexible with us when scheduling or rescheduling our appointments. I can't speak for the parking, because we live very nearby and walk. There is a for pay structure attached to the building. I'm not sure if they validate or not. I love having such a great dentist so close to us!

HOWEVER: Please beware that this practice was…read morebought out/changed owners and it's no longer the dentist office that we all used to know and love. The hygienists have all been replaced and the good ones left are leaving left and right. The hygienist I saw 6 months ago is no longer there, what does that say? Today I had an appointment at 8am, and silly me I had it in my calendar for 8:45. My fault, yes. I'm a busy woman, and made a mistake. I received a call that they are charging my account $50 for a "no show" and that they will no longer provide care to me... Over ONE late appointment! I asked if I'd ever signed a document acknowledging the $50 policy and was told that I hadn't and that the new policy went into effect about a year ago. They are sending a final bill and refuse to provide my medical records to another office until the balance is paid. This doesn't seem legal yet alone I'm shocked that this is how they treat their patients. I'm just at a loss for words and respect for this practice and the new doctors that are running it into the ground. The previous doctor was incredible and so kind. This is so unfortunate. Off to find a new dentist and you should too! Don't get caught off guard like I did.
