I had to go to the Spine Institute in Burlington. He could have paralyzed me from the neck down or even killed me. I was lucky all he did was sprain my neck. Dr. Chad Volk does manual adjustments and uses his entire body weight to force your bones into whatever position. I wanted to continue my care for my back. I sought out Dr. Molly as I heard she has an instrument called the Activator. She doesn't put you in a pretzel shape or whatever and use brute force to snap you back into place. The Activator uses speed instead of force. Dr. Molly was very caring and considerate of my hesitation after my horrible experience with Chad Volk. She has absolutely done wonders for me. She is not like other doctors. She actually cares about her patients. She even gives out her home phone number just in case you need her, and believe you me, she will come in on off hours, weekends or she even has come in while she is on vacation! Now what doctor does that!!! My husband even sees Dr. Molly. He was in a lot of pain and she even saw him one Sunday night. She didn't make him stay in pain until the office opened. She came into the office that Sunday night. We both have been her patient for some time and will definitely continue to be. Dr. Molly definitely knows what she is doing and she is extremely good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!! I completely trust Dr. Molly and the care that she gives. They rob people blind!!…read moreMy family and I were vacationing in smugglers notch this past christmas we had to bring my 8 month old son here to be seen. We were told that his insurance was accepted here. The woman at the front desk even took the insurance card and photocopied it!! We eventually got a bill in the mail for 300.00 dollars we thought this was a mistake and called the bill processing center they started an investigation. Later I got an email telling me that they didn't accept the insurance and that the bill was our responsibility!! I am currently still disputing this! My husband and I don't have insurance and we got sick a few days later and figured we better be seen. We called the clinic 3 separate times for a price on the visit, we were so sick that we were willing to pay out of pocket they told us $90.00 for the visit, we thought okay that's fair..after the visit mysteriously their credit card machine was broken so we couldn't pay for the visit...later we got a bill in the mail for 274.00 each!!! So we disputed these charges later for them to come back to tell us that the 90.00 was a self-pay co-pay? These people are CROOKS!!! Nothing was disclosed to us at all. DON'T EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!

I was sent here by my current therapist at the time, never have been addicted to drugs or alcohol…read morebut I trusted it was a good idea at the time being. I met with Laurie and she diagnosed me with bipolar one and put me on lithium the day she met me. this is a medication not many people use anymore, pharmacist don't really carry it and there is usually a wait for them to order it. This was alarming from the start for me but I put trust within a professional once again and was put farther behind in life because of it. I delt with this office for 4 months and many hiccups within that time. the last straw was when there was a snow storm there computers were down and they said they would contact me with my next appointment. I never received another call from them after that, but a letter in the mail saying i missed an appointment and that they had decided to drop me as a patient. How does one know to go to an appointment, without any indication? No call, email, text, or follow up call when all the info was available. My 12 year struggle with mental health treatment has been a huge headache and this was my last attempt at trying to help myself. I feel safer in my own hands. Vermont, maybe try to help the people that haven't been drug addicts or alcoholics yet, and stop wasting your time on those you didn't help in time and are too far gone. Seeking mental health treatment has taken a chunk of my life, but Laurie took a whole year away from mine that I will never get back or recover from. The debts that came with being a zombie on a medication that was recommended by someone I was meeting for the first time, that I trusted because they were " professional" I've learned my lesson for the last time. I hope our community finds some real help, becuase it truly needs it.
