Decorating genuinely PAINS me in a way that is probably unusual and unnatural for a woman but this is where I am SO lucky and thankful to know Shanna. She has saved the day for me and has stopped the shedding of tears with her genius creativity and patience. To set the scene appropriately, this was not some beautiful new apartment but rather an apartment from 1971, complete with popcorn ceilings, brown plush carpet, a pepto pink front door and a green AstroTurf walkway. Shanna immediately saw the potential in this little Santa Monica gem and encouraged me to get it and she would help me make it fabulous. Shanna worked with me for MONTHS on every single room and consulted with me on just about every single thing that I have purchased from big furniture to rugs to pillow covers to shower curtains, to dining curtains, to wall décor, even to plants that would work in my space due to my lack of natural light in some rooms. I found myself sending Shanna excessive photos options at all hours of the day before I would make a purchase and she always helped me figure out exactly what I needed with an eye that I sincerely trust. Besides the decorating, Shanna is simply a jack of all trades when it comes to pulling your home life together.
