Unfortunately Kritical towing destroyed my Nissan Sentra SE-R. My Sentra is a performance car and a show car. It is in PRISTINGE condition. We were trying to tow the car to her new home and requested a flat bed. Kritical towing had such wonderful reviews and we were hopeful the driver knew what he was doing. If his truck was not able to handle this type of car he should of called his boss to see what he should do. The driver had zero experience working with a car like this. The front lip and bumper were torn/cracked due to his carelessness. The front head light popped out. Easily $2000 in damage. The driver showed zero remorse. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend it. The driver even ran into a light in the parking lot.

Manny did what we thought was the impossible. Pulled out a 12,000+ 1978 commercial bobtail truck that hadn't been moved in decades. After calling 5+ towing companies and explaining what we needed towed, he was the only that came to our business to physically see what the job entailed. Adding a second review. The guys at Kritical Towing are in your corner and have your back. They answer the phone immediately. No BS if they are busy they tell you. If they give you an ETA they stick to it. If you ask for a time window because your car dealer gives you an appointment, Kritical gets you there on time. Let's be honest in you need a tow you are already having a bad day. Don't take it out on the guys that are working to help you out of a jam. Towing is not cheap, but Kritical's pricing is 100% reasonable and they are cautious about hooking up your whip. Support local business y'all.

Once again I used Kritical Towing for my 68" camaro they were on time , called me when they were nearby. There very professional in properly securing my car. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

That moment when it is Mother's Day on a Sunday evening and we hit a huge pothole that totaled two run flats and of course all the tire shops are closed and Pep Boys does not have a solution to help you get back home to Irvine. Other towing companies wait times were 2hrs+ and we had just landed at the Ontario airport after our flight was delayed for 5 hours. So, we didn't want to wait anymore. Luckily Kritical Towing was available within :30 min and at a reasonable price. They were reliable and punctual. They were a referral of a good friend and they didn't disappoint. I will definitely save their contact for next time :)

It was Sunday afternoon. I was driving on the I-10 in West Covina when my driver's side tire literally blew up and started smoking. I immediately looked up yelp for a tow, and the first 2 tow businesses that I called had 5 hour wait times. I called Kritical Towing, and Manny responded right away. I told him I was stranded in the middle of the freeway, tire was smoking, and I was running out of phone battery. He gave me a time estimate of 20-30 min on arrival and came to pick me and my car up promptly. Manny was super friendly and professional. He allowed me to charge my phone in his tow truck, use his phone to look up Tire Centers, and dropped me off at one of the tire centers that was open on Sunday. Like another commenter said, Manny is super fast, friendly, and professional and I'd highly recommend him to anyone. read more

I called the number on the Yelp page and was able to get my car towed fairly quickly. Manuel was very nice and considerate. He even recognized he has trouble receiving texts from customers so made sure to send a text to me first to make sure we could communicate before he arrived. Great, quick service! read more

My husband and I were in a bind and stuck in the middle of the freeway at a dangerous merge and Manuel definitely came in and saved the night. We had been moving all day and finally around midnight we were heading home when something in our engine popped and suddenly we lost the ability to accelerate, and the engine was shaking. After waiting for 1.5 hours for the insurance company and ATT roadside assistance, neither were able to find a tow company. Thankfully, Manuel answered his phone and was there in a matter of minutes. Super friendly, super professional and understanding. He even helped my husband push the car into the parking space at 2 am! Most drivers normally leave after the drop off. He is very affordable and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone and everyone. We had our rear toe link snapped while driving and were stranded on the side of 10fwy on a narrow shoulder. Called AAA towing and after 3+ hours they didn't show up. So we resorted to calling a third party towing company. We called Many and and he showed up within 30 minutes even when it was late at night already. He towed the car quickly and delivered us home safely. Highly recommend him if you need towing! read more

My car's transmission gave out and I called AAA for a tow 3 times in the span of 5 hours and they did NOT send a tow truck or a flatbed when they said they would for the span of those 5 hours. That's ridiculous and I got tired of waiting and I decided to look up towing companies and Kritical towing was the best one I saw and I called them up and Manuel answered promptly and told me he would arrive to my location in 30 minutes and he did. I'm thankful for Kritical towing and their professionalism. They dropped my car off in my garage nice and safely. He even backed up my car in the garage for me which was greatly appreciated. They are really fair with their pricing as well. 10/10 recommend if you are in the near by radius of La Puente or West Covina area. My car overheated on me and I immediately went to Yelp to see where I could find tow service at 7pm on a Monday in the middle of industrial Montebello. Luckily Kritical Towing was there and was quick to do so. Everything was easy from the mounting of my vehicle, to the efficient pay process, to getting my car towed to my parking spot. I requested a quote via yelp and got a fairly quick response from the owner, Manuel. I needed my car towed from home to a dealership which was fairly close. I set up a service for the following day and Jesse was the tow driver who assisted me with my tow. Had a good conversation with him during the time he hooked up my vehicle until it was towed away from my driveway . This is my first time having to call for tow services but I believe the price is very reasonable, response time is great, and the service is great. This company was dispatched to tow my wife's vehicle to the correct tire center when the previous tow company dropped off our car at the wrong location and didn't want to come back and deliver it to the correct address. My feelings are mixed on this. I had to different towing experiences. On August 21st I had…read moremechanical issues. The tow truck driver "Ali" treated my motorcycle with care and loaded my bike and brought it to my home. The next day August 22nd my motorcycle had to be taken to the shop. The driver "Rod" hooked up my motorcycle totally different than Ali. My Victory Vision has tow points that are dedicated to minimizing damage. Rod ignored them initially and began going for my forks. I stopped him. He argued that he'd been doing this for years. He connected the bike, torqued it so much and cranked down on it so much it bent and cracked my kickstand. I suspect he's been damaging bikes in the past. After loading it he exercised the flat bed back and forth in a jerking action. I will never use this company for motorcycle towing ever again. Their trucks are not prepared for non wrecked bikes. They will damage your bike if they are summoned to tow it.

I had parked there for dinner with my wife--just a couple hours, after the diner had already closed for the day. As a local with a city business parking pass, I didn't think it would be an issue. Clearly, I was wrong. We returned to an empty space and a knot in my stomach. A quick call to the local police confirmed it: towed. They told me it wasn't a city-initiated tow and to call the towing company directly. I did, and the man who answered (polite tone, light accent) confirmed the car was in route to their yard and would be ready in 20 minutes. He also let me know I'd be paying $485. We drove over and arrived at a hard-to-spot location off Valley Blvd. The setup was typical of these types of places--intimidating signage warning of dogs and firearms, a narrow gate, and a small window for human interaction. The guy working wasn't the same person I spoke to on the phone. He told me the car had been at their lot for less than an hour--apparently, we missed it by 10 minutes. I asked if the overnight fee could be waived. He got on the phone to check, but the answer was no. The moment the car passes through their gate, the full charge kicks in. And since I paid with a card, there was an additional fee, bringing the total to $501.97. At that point, what can you do? He checked my license, verified the registration, and brought the car around. I noticed a sign stating you can request documentation for your tow, so I asked. He said it would be available Monday. I followed up, and after a couple of calls, a woman eventually texted me photos of the paperwork. But here's the part that doesn't add up: the tow form requires the signature of the person authorizing the tow. The woman said it was signed by the owner of Rick's Diner. Problem is, the diner closes at 3pm, and this happened after 10pm. Unless the owner just hangs around at night authorizing tows (doubtful), I'm not sure how that checks out. To their credit, the staff was polite--but let's be honest, they know they're dealing with people in a frustrating, powerless situation. The real issue is the system that allows this to happen so easily. $500+ for parking in a closed business lot for a couple hours? It's legal, sure--but that doesn't make it right. I got my car back, but left feeling like the whole thing was more about profit than policy. If this happens to someone without the immediate funds, I can't imagine the stress it would cause. It's the kind of situation that sticks with you--and not in a good way.
