Unfortunately Kritical towing destroyed my Nissan Sentra SE-R. My Sentra is a performance car and a show car. It is in PRISTINGE condition. We were trying to tow the car to her new home and requested a flat bed. Kritical towing had such wonderful reviews and we were hopeful the driver knew what he was doing. If his truck was not able to handle this type of car he should of called his boss to see what he should do. The driver had zero experience working with a car like this. The front lip and bumper were torn/cracked due to his carelessness. The front head light popped out. Easily $2000 in damage. The driver showed zero remorse. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend it. The driver even ran into a light in the parking lot.

Manny did what we thought was the impossible. Pulled out a 12,000+ 1978 commercial bobtail truck that hadn't been moved in decades. After calling 5+ towing companies and explaining what we needed towed, he was the only that came to our business to physically see what the job entailed. It wasn't easy but he was professional and got it done. We appreciated his professionalism and efforts and highly recommend Kritical Towing.

Adding a second review. The guys at Kritical Towing are in your corner and have your back. They answer the phone immediately. No BS if they are busy they tell you. If they give you an ETA they stick to it. If you ask for a time window because your car dealer gives you an appointment, Kritical gets you there on time. Let's be honest in you need a tow you are already having a bad day. Don't take it out on the guys that are working to help you out of a jam. Towing is not cheap, but Kritical's pricing is 100% reasonable and they are cautious about hooking up your whip. Support local business y'all.

Once again I used Kritical Towing for my 68" camaro they were on time , called me when they were nearby. There very professional in properly securing my car. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

The guys at Kritical Towing are where its at! reasonably priced and they are down to earth, they provide the service that you need with no frills ,no jerking around and they treat you with respect unlike most towing companies who basically try to get you out of the way with an attitude. Setup a tow with my roadside assistance program and they were at my doorstep within the hour, had to get towed over 40 miles and the whole process was smooth and without any issues. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone who ask! They are local to La Puente which is my neighborhood so i will definitely be hitting these guys up in the unfortunate case that I ever need a tow in the future, if your in a La Puente and find yourself in a crunch definitely give these guys a call and support your local businesses. read more

Ive dealt with towing needs over the years and I have to say Manny and this company has been my best experience. Not only was the price fair, they picked up right away. Great service! We needed a tow after our car stopped working on the side of a windy road and Manny got there on the double after barely any time of notifying him. Very friendly, very helpful and surely fair price. You can tell he's out to really help people! Got us out of a pickle and even accommodated us going to the bank for payment. Long story short, quoted me over 200 for 4 or 5 miles with a wrecked but driving car, and tow starts from less than a mile from their yard. Just for reference I had my car broken down non running before and for 250 I got it towed from Arcadia to Santa Ana and that driver came from 20 miles away. read more

Fuel pump was giving me issues and needed a tow in timely manner to make it to the Toyota dealership in time before it closed. I was stuck in West Covina. Manny came to the rescue within 20mins. Found this towing service on yelp, our car shut down on the freeway and miraculously we were able to merge to the right shoulder. I Immediately got on yelp as my road side assistance could not provide me with an ETA. I called Manny and he was there within 15 minutes. He got us off the freeway and even helped up with our gears as the shift had locked. He's extremely nice, helpful and affordable. Thanks Manny! read more

Got a flat tire on the 10 East Freeway at 1am on Saturday morning before Halloween and Manny was quick to assist me. He was patient over the phone and took only about 15 minutes to get to me. I strongly Recommend Kritical Towing. Even though the tow was 50 miles Manny was in Excellent spirit of towing my 69 charger with flat tires and not running. Manny was also able to accommodate Circumstances at Drop off area. Manny showed up right away after calling for tow and was cheapest from all around towing companies. After a long at the Renaissance Fair in Irwindale and my car battery was dead and attempts to jump it from other cars failed. I called Kritical Towing and even though it was a Sunday afternoon, they came out quickly. It was hard for them to find me in the large parking lot, but they did it and were able to start my car in no time at all. It was such a great response and service.
