The freezer and juices are rarely stocked. There is a lot of customer traffic and seems there isn't enough staff to replenish the product on the floor. They need to hire more staff to stock!

Great experience during my grocery pickup today. Even though the main item I went to get was out of stock, Cory provided excellent customer service. There was little to no wait upon my arrival and Cory has a kind and professional approach and tone.

This Kroger is my favorite Atlanta location due to its size, cleanliness and availability of products. This chain is usually well stocked with items that are fresh and the bakery is well stocked. The location also has a gas station, therefore I can save time by filling up right after I shop. My only complaint about this location is the Starbucks. The Starbucks at this location is constantly unable to produce the drinks due to mechanical difficulties and issues. It is almost to the point that it needs to close because it is usually not operating.

Shopped here 9 weeks ago because I was in the area after eating dinner nearby. I was looking for some snacks and bottled water. There were a lot of empty shelves when I went there. So many that I ended up not buying any of the snacks that I like (dark chocolate), and didn't find the bottled water that I wanted, so I ended up buying two large bottles of Smartwater. One third of the self-checkout registers weren't functional, so I had to wait in a short line. Parking was easy to find in the large free parking lot. The store looked relatively clean and well maintained.

This Kroger is petty big. It includes a gas station and a pharmacy and is conveniently close to home. With the Kroger Pay App we saved at the pump too and get all the store coupon discounts (I think). While I feel like I am here weekly, i am still uncertain of all of the items on each of the aisles which requires me to backtrack a little more. Otherwise, this place as nearly everything I could ask. There is generous parking outside. Folks are friendly.

Smaller pack priced at $6.49 per pound - cheaper per pound than the large pack.

This Kroger is scamming customers with deceptive unit pricing. One of the oldest tricks in the book and I almost fell for it. Absolutely appalling. Larger pack is priced higher per unit than the smaller pack - and the larger pack is marked "Big Deal" as if it's a bargain. This is a blatant scam.

I love this Kroger... However this will be my first time ordering a sandwich from their deli. Sadly this will be my last. This lady is soooooo slow. She's been making my sandwich for the last 15 minutes. It's like she doesn't care about people time. SMH But I love Kroger tho!! ‍

Shiny new Kroger with lots to offer. It's unfortunate they offer the same poor customer service as the rest of the Krogers.

I went this past week because I was looking for 2 specific items that I wasn't able to find at 2 other large Asian markets. Someone had suggested this Market because of the extensive ethnic choices. It has Asian (Korean, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Filipino), European, South American, Hispanic and American items. There are sections that have premade Asian meals, fresh seafood, extensive fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, pantry staples, bakery items, almost anything you might want. It's a large market and you could spend hours going up and down the aisles exploring. I was surprised to find they even had a favorite pop that I only thought I could get in Michigan. Now I know that I can go here and get it, without having to have it ordered online. It can get busy on the weekends when everyone is doing their weekly shopping, but I went later in the day and was able to find parking and not bump into people or long lines.

It has slowly gone downhill since then. I have bought their quart container of squeezed pink grapefruit juice many times, it used to be very reasonable. For the past couple of months the price has risen to $13.99 a quart !!! Whole Foods has the same thing for $8.99. Other sources are no where near $13.99. That's price gouging. All the daily house hold products are also much higher than Target, Walmart, Kroger, Publix. I cannot believe people pay the prices. Unless they are on special, berry's and fruit's are more expensive than Publix or Kroger and they look like they are second or third tier quality. The same for the vegetables, some literally still have dirt on them and are definitely poor quality. I bought sushi the other day at the counter in the back, for the price it was great. I decided to buy extra Wasabi, there were three kinds on the counter. None had a price, not on the container, not on the shelf. I asked the person behind the counter what were the prices, they said they didn't know, I would have to carry the wasabi literally diagonally across the store and get a price. The person couldn't call and ask ?!?! How does an employee not notice these items are not priced !?!? I have always loved the cafeteria, their entrees are delicious. Now some of the trays have nothing in them and some have been sitting in the trays and have a skim on the top because they haven't even stirred them up obviously for hours. 40% off after 4;30pm, great deal, but half or more of the food is gone, by 5pm they have pretty much closed up. The Mex part is closed at 4:30pm. So sad, a great resource, just about ruined. They also used to have cooking classes, which were great. They haven't had a class in years. Today I go in and by 4 items, the lines are long, so I took it to the quick checkout near the entrance. A person in front of me had over 10 items, each bag was like 5 pounds of vegetables each. He was not an employee, be paid cash. I asked the cashier so the line is no longer 10 items or less? She shrugged her shoulders !!! There used to be 10 items or less registers, at least two. Both of those have been long gone. It looks like BHFM is adding self checkout, the registers are installed and have sat there 2 years !?!? Still not open. With skyrocketing grocery prices and the competition in the area BHFM management needs to wake up. The outside isn't looking its best either. I hate to write this, but come on BHFM !!! Yes, there are some good deals, especially specials, but they are no where near the quality / price of Whole Foods or Dekalb Farmers Market. The same for H MART, I want competitive pricing and quality products, as a local, the "novelty" effect means nothing to me.

Upon entry, the warm smells of steaming sweet potatoes greets you! I think you can buy a bag & snack while you shop! I highly recommend eating BEFORE you go here, or you'll be tempted to buy a little bit of EVERYTHING! All the eastern Asian flavors and popular brands as well as the generics, Latin items, American staples, from fresh to frozen! The fresh seafood and hot deli items was cool. There were people stocking more things while I was there on a mid-Friday. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but they were around in case I had a question. There are cafe vendors and a dining area past the cashiers. They had Korean BBQ, hot dog on a stick, shave ice, & more. There's even a minimal area offering clothing and Korean skincare! For the kids (& the kid in you), there was an arcade including the Gacha games! Prices weren't outrageous and actually comparable to other international markets. Now that I know where I can get all my childhood delicacies, I'll be coming here often!!
