This is for Kroger delivery. I had an order that was suppose to be delivered between 2-3 on 11/3. I got the Tex saying I was next on list. I came out at 2:06 and he was out front. I went in to get my id and he pulled off. He did not come on my porch. I have ring details showing me coming out. I called customer service more than once. The bot hung up on me, then after 58 minutes the girl hung up on me. I was finally told I was not home was the reason. The delivery service is going down here lately. I was home. it was within my window. You should be able to pull up when he cancelled. about the time I'm on the porch waiting. read more

I've spent 2 months trying to get an issue resolved so that I can get delivery service reinstated. Every time I've called, I'm told it's resolved and the issue is fixed only to get the same error message the next time I try to place an order. I've e-mailed them several times and placed a BBB complaint. I'm told to contact their customer service number again. It's just a continuous loop with no resolution and no one at Kroger has taken any responsibility or tried to resolve this for me. I'm done with this company and will never shop with them again! I have not provided business to this company and have chosen to take my family's hard-earned money to companies and local businesses that care about their customers. dear corporate, there's only 2 reasons why you won't ever get more successful. 1. your software is terrible. since you started grocery-pu years ago, i've never had an order that didn't have some sort of software glitch!!! an hour for choosing the order and another hour & 1/2 for speaking to individuals that i could barely understand, (but that's entirely a different matter). then calling the store to verify if my order went thru or not and no one answers. 2. if you need to close a couple stores to properly staff the others do so. constant frustration with shopping any of your stores. take all the profits from installing self-checks, for those who want to use them, and invest in more employees. and for quality employees invest in customer service training. sounds old school, eh? --customer service matters from: grocery office mngr retired (not kroger) read more

I am concerned about the systems at Kroger and personal information possibly being released. I had Boost set up for another 18 months free from a register transaction and then a free year from my Kroger credit card bonus. Suddenly a $59 boost charge appeared on my Kroger Credit Card. It was not an auto renewal which was turned off. I called kroger and they said they did not have a charge on my account for that. But it was on my Kroger credit card. 6 hours of edealing with US Bank Kroger Credit card and Kroger corp and nothing has been resolved they have no idea how it happened. Their systems were hacked and they have not notified the public. They could not even turn on the boost that they cancelled incorrectly. I am shopping other grocery options read more

I have been a Kroger patron for years, and an online shopper for about 5 years now. I have always had excellent service, and very few problems with the online service, until today. I placed an order online on 1/21 for next day delivery. I shopped the sale prices, and coupons advertised for the order I placed on 1/21 . I was actually urged through emails to order before I missed the savings. I ordered and was given a total for the order and it was reflected in my checking account. Today I was texted a message informing me that I could add to or modify my order before shopping started, I did add a $3.99 item to my order. when I received confirmation of the modification I was charged an additional $43.29 for this! I contacted customer service and was told that they would not honor any coupons or sale prices I had received on the original order on 1/21 because it was the last day of the sale, even though I was prompted to shop because they were expiring. My ordered was modified with the item prices as of 1/22. If I hadn't added to my order I would not have been aware of this until final receipt. Prompting customers to shop a sale, letting them take the time to order, actually showing the savings in the online purchase, and not informing them that because it won't be delivered until the next day the sale price won't be available seems like a very deceptive practice on Krogers part. I canceled my order, with charges pending, tying this amount up until a refund is made. I can see where this could cause problems for people on a tight budget who can't afford to have anything over the amount they intended to spend unavailable. Bottom line this is just a misleading, and Bad Policy. read more
