Came all the way to this kroger late night because it close to my house, only to find out they close 2 hours early. Even though when you look it up, it says 1am.... highly disappointed. I guess I will stay with Inman Park location or Walmart across the street. I wish I could give it less than a star but oh well.

Organic section. The employee stated that everything had to be thrown out because it all went bad. They never keep it stocked.

This is the worse Kroger location that I have visited over the course of my life. The produce is always gnat infested and terrible (literally already bad or going bad). That is, of course, if the produce that you are seeking is even present in the first place. The organic section is a complete joke and rarely stocked (please see picture). Self checkout is the best option as they are always poorly staffed. This would not be tolerated in a different community.

Dirtiest place. Moldy food. No help. Worst place ever. The workers are pretty much lazy.

The only thing that stood out to me was that the two managers (two white gentlemen) near the entrance didn't acknowledge or greet customers as I walked in, which is unusual for Publix. However, the rest of my experience more than made up for it. I want to give a special shout-out to Precious in the deli. She was handling a very busy rush by herself, helping multiple customers, answering questions, and keeping everything moving with a smile. When it was my turn, she took the time to help me decide between different sides, gave her honest recommendations, and never made me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service really stood out. The cashier who checked me out and the gentleman who bagged my groceries were also friendly and professional. Overall, this was a great shopping experience, thanks to employees like Precious. I'll definitely be back.

You used to be able to count on Publix being the only store where prices were correct but I guess times have changed. The one saving grace is that if you do catch an incorrect price, they are usually willing to fix it. So I'd say overall the service is ok. The atmosphere is definitely better than Kroger and Walmart in our area but generally just acceptable. The quality of the products is ok but that quality is outweighed by the high prices and by incorrect prices at checkout. I wish I could say I loved this store but unfortunately I only come here because it's the closest bearable option in my neighborhood. If you come here, you'll most likely find what you need and the quality will be pretty ok, but I really wish they would check their prices more carefully and stop raising them so sky high.

I decided to pay this store a visit because I haven't been in it since it was renovated and changed names. The looks are pleasing. Interesting color scheme. Black and Red. The store has everything you need for the most part. The only problem is the expense. Everything in here is a dollar or two more than other stores. I feel like this store is strictly for the neighborhood people and the convenience. Years ago you could find a lot of cheap items in this store when it was Way field but I get it. They now have specialty items and a better selection of some foods. They have a salad bar, hot food bar and a sandwich making station. I purchased and 8 piece smoke chicken and some bread pudding. The chicken was seasoned, tender and juicy. I paired it with a nice salad. The bread pudding was like home. Not overly sweet and the perfect consistency. I wished I had bought another one. One other thing. Everybody in there speaks to you. They have a full staff and they are very friendly. That's what matters most these days. I will be sure to visit again.

When the oxtails and other meat go on sale the meat is not quality. It seems as if they are trying to get rid of poor quality meat, There is so much fat on the meat that it is not worth the money they are asking. I can say that the fresh squeezed orange juice is very good. The service from that racist manager Ann is ridiculous. Not sure if she is still employed there but she ensured that the most professional and kindest person Lamott was transferred to another store. Everyone loved Lamott because he ensured that as a customer you were satisfied and well taken care of as a customer. If an item on the shelf was mispriced , Ann would not honor the price because it was an error. When an item is mis-priced on the shelf, then it is not the customers fault and should be given to the customer at the price that is marked. There is an alternative school that is up the street from the store which brought in younger black males in the morning hours. Ann would always make distasteful comments about them and asked you to watch them closely when they shopped. She made snide comments saying, why do they wear their pants like that? When the white kids from the academy shopped their, she was all smiles and never one negative comment. Customers would wait in my line for check out because I was a real peoples person and always made them laugh, when the other lines were much shorter. Ann stated to me that I talked too much. WTF. I gave the customers an experience when they shopped, and if they did not mind waiting then why was it a concern. She hired none black high school kids with no experience at a rate higher than she did experienced older black women. I do and did understand her train of thought. Ann definitely gave people of color less respect, especially if they were using food stamps as their payment source. She would make unprofessional comments about what they were purchasing and the amount of food stamps they had in their possession. Was this not monthly revenue for the business ? I wonder if she has made a positive change ? Probably not. I will not shop there as long as she remains employed there.

We got there and the blenders were on the other side of the store with the hard ware. Once we got all the way back to the front, we got some snacks then we went to checkout. Then we went back out to the car and got the card they said they didn't take tap so in summary we spent 45 minutes just for them to not take tap or Apple Pay. Like I said this was not a very good experience for me and my friend. 2/10 would not recommend

Most recently on Thursday are relative of mine did some shopping for me and had a similar experience where a female manager was at the checkout at the end of the day and she's Had rung up a heavy watermelon three times and there's only one watermelon there my relatives did not catch it until she left the store but went back later on and got the money back but the manager knew what she was doing though I had seen this kind of thing time and time again it's not a simple error they're trying to take from their customers. All in all the very accusation that they make toward me that I'm stealing every time I come in there makes no sense because you spend large volumes of money in there almost every week to where they recognize you the leadership knows what's going on cuz I file complaints about this previously but they don't care.

I don't mind the knock off brands for what I purchased because the taste does not vary and again it's fresh food with good coloring. Door Dash had no delivery fee and I received a discount for the service fee. I will definitely keep doing it until the brakes fall off.
