My son loves coke products (me too) so we love their drink options. I do have a problem with cashier's asking if you want sauce for your side but not telling you it will cost extra. That's just not cool to me. Especially since their ranch really sucks. Our food was done quickly. My only issue is the onion rings were not hot, but I was too tired to say anything. The other had almost no flavor. This was immediately obvious to multiple people. This is not a matter of personal preference. I contacted the company with a simple and reasonable request to replace those items. Instead of addressing the issue, I received repeated scripted responses hiding behind policy: "We don't have a blanket 'money back guarantee'" "If it's a matter of taste... we do not refund or replace" "We always stand by the quality of our ferments" I explained multiple times that this was not about taste and that one product appeared spoiled. It made no difference. The responses did not change. The issue was never addressed. They continued repeating policy while ignoring the actual problem being reported. No resolution. No ownership. No accountability. Just copy-paste replies. What's most concerning is this: When a customer reports a product with an "off smell and taste," the response is not to investigate or resolve--it is to deflect and minimize. That raises serious questions about quality control and how potential product issues are handled internally. This was a small, easily fixable situation. Instead, it exposed a much bigger problem in how this business operates. If something goes wrong with your order, you should be prepared for resistance rather than resolution. The store is clean, well organized, and inviting, and the sampling station is a huge bonus. I was able to try several different varieties before choosing my favorites, which made the experience even more fun and personal. The customer service was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to talk about their products and the health benefits of their pickle juice. I ended up turning my brother and his wife into fans after introducing them to it, and I'm pretty sure they're hooked now too. I'm talking long dreads, natural fabrics, calm serene smiles, and an energy that says they own a crystal collection and know each crystal by name. The vibe inside was amazing. Everyone looked like they were on their own personal wellness quest, floating around the aisles with purpose, shopping carts full of things I didn't even know existed. I felt like I needed to level up spiritually just to stand near the kombucha section.
