This Kroger has dual personalities. My first visit was during a weekend afternoon. It was insanely busy with queues spanning into the isles for both self check out and the regular registers. More recently on a cold evening, it was empty. Albeit with less-stocked shelves. Overall, a large store with wide selection and fair prices. Small, filthy, tons of expired products on the shelves and incompetent management equate to this super market. They also fired all the check out people, so you now bag for yourself, if the staff can be bothered to actually work. Was there tonight, and the rude kid never brought back bags, didn't replace the receipt tape and spent the entire time i was working on getting things bagged playing on his phone. This is a relatively nice Kroger, but it isn't the biggest. However, it has a ClusterTruck in it! I didn't know that ClusterTruck was a thing in Ohio, let along really that ClusterTruck had a setup in Dublin, Ohio. We were just in town for the weekend, so we stopped at this Kroger to use the restroom and look for a particular bourbon that this grocery store supposedly had. They didn't have it, but we found an alternative. The restrooms are decent. read more

While this isn't my typical Kroger location, I have been on a number of different occasions and my experiences have been rather consistent. It's a pretty busy intersection out front but once you're inside the shopping complex, the energy calms down a bit. There's plenty of parking and it's very noticable how old this location is. While it does have a Starbucks inside (newer-ish perk), it's fairly dated and relatively small. The organization of this location is a little different from the others, likely because it's older. It's a little cramped but if you come here regularly you likely get used to how things are ordered. The staff has always been friendly and quick, whether I'm in need of assistance at the floral department or I'm in line checking out. I'm sure I'll be back but not often. I'll stick to the Kroger that's closer to home. read more

I'm done with their click list service. The past four times they indicate they are out of a deli sliced item (ham or turkey) with no substitution. If I went into the store at that moment I've seen it in stock. Additionally, every onion I've had (single or bulk bag) have gone bad in a day or two. Tonight I sliced the red onion I picked up curbside today. Pics below. It's unusable. It's gone bad. Everyone gets a bad baggie here and there, but it's consistent with pick up. I think they use the old items for pick up. No longer recommend. read more

The store is clean and the employe that I dealt with was helpful and polite directing me to the liquor center in the store. Very nice selection, well stocked with friendly staffing. Good selection of craft bourbon plus the stand alone standards. Rum selection is nice along with tequilas and cordial but the show stopper for me is the vodka / gin selection. For such a tiny liquor "closet" store the selection is great. read more

It's a very nice grocery market with all the specialty departments you want for any grocery stores. The parking lot was very full having only a few empty stalls especially in the immediate area. Perhaps this was due to the fact that some stalls were reserved for pickup customers only. Sushi counter was already closed around 4:30 pm when I visited on Tuesday afternoon. Selections were somewhat Lim ted to what I'm used to. Nonetheless, I was able to pick what looked good to me. Well, the only complaint I had was the rice was a little bit on the hard side, and California roll was tad loosely rolled as it sort of fell apart as I picked them up with chopsticks. Otherwise they tasted pretty fresh and good for a grocery store sushi. Though I didn't have their customer discount card, the very nice cashier lady gave me the discount anyway. That was very nice of her. That's customer service!! That's the reason for 5 star review. read more

One of the best Kroger stores I've stumbled upon in all of Ohio. Definitely much more appealing to shop at than the other stores. Larger selection of everything. Prices are fair. Definitely do wish they sold more individual hard ciders here than being inclined to buy a 4/6 pack. read more

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this already; I've been coming here for years. Pretty big, with a good selection, and good service. Prices are typical Kroger- a little high. Good meat selection, decent produce and bakery. Big parking lot, with the usual weird Kroger windy lane up front; be careful when walking or driving. I'd say I'm a fan, but their hours are too short. I often want to stop late at night, and assume groceries are open, but nope, this one and the one on Avery close at 12 or 1. Still, decent store, nice in-town location. read more

Hola Amigos! This is your amiga Tama-rita! When you come into this lovely Kroger's you will now have the chance to experience the "Taste of Mexico." I love anything from the south because it reminds me a little of my aunt's place in Spain. Plus in the south you have southern hospitality and if I didn't think I was in Kroger here in Ohio I would totally say that's how I felt here today. This is actually my first time in this Kroger's as a local grocery market to my home. Although I know I will come to love this location because the people here were just had that vibe I was looking for. I know most people find it a little crazy to review their local grocery markets but when they deliver good service and a fun atmosphere for all, you just have to show a little respect. Y'all just got to head out to your nearby Kroger location now, this taste of Mexico thing is awesome for tasting cultural food. I was surprised to find the dulce de leche coffee creamer here. I can't wait to try it and see how it tastes! Also, try the guacamole, it's wonderful and homemade as well! Ay caramba! I've shopped here a few times, and was here yesterday. I was very frustrated with the lack of accessibility of items on high shelves. I needed sour cream that was on a top cooler shelf and the light variety was clear in the back; it needed to be pushed to the front from the inside of the cooler. Lucky for me a manager happened along and I asked him to help. He had to stand on the ledge to get it. Not 2 minutes later I tried to get a particular flavor and brand of yogurt and guess what...top shelf, clear in the back. No one around. It took me 3 tries, but I jumped up on the ledge and stretched the best I could to grab some yogurt cups. I felt completely ridiculous. I'm pretty sure the same manager saw me doing this because I saw him talking to another customer just minutes before. I've never had this issue at other locations and just felt like it was completely unnecessary. I don't know if they were short-handed or what the problem was, but surely they have people working dairy on Sundays, right? read more

People standing around not helping with bagging. This after having to ring up my own groceries and every second or third product not ringing up quickly or needing "assistance". I'm taking my $300 per week of groceries somewhere else after coming here for 18 years. I give up. read more

Very shocked to see how bad this location was. Trash not pulled, boxes laying the floor with melting old looking food in them. All the coolers had condensation so bad you couldn't we inside. In the meat area packs of sausage patties just laying on empty boxes. Just overall a bad presentation by this store in Dublin of all places. Bread inventory was extremely low too. Floors needed mopped. I doubt that I will return to this location. By far the worse Kroger store I've been in. read more

I always come here . But I wouldn't recommend coming here on a lunch break from work or a time crunch . I just wanted to get a salad on my 30 minute break and I had to leave when I realize there was only two registers open with long lines and the self check out had a line of 15-20 people at 4:30 PM. I have a disability called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. It effects me in that I am at risk of passing out from change in position (ie: bending over) . This kroger is not ADA accessible. Every single lane is a self check out lane. This makes it hard for people with disabilities to check out their groceries. Pick up and delivery is an option but it is an extra fee. I understand for delivery why there has to be an extra fee. Pick up is an extra fee for orders under $35. Here's the issue. Not everyone has access to a car. This Kroger in particular is right next to the bus stop. Making pick up for those individuals not an option. Also for people who just have lots of groceries making them scan each individual item takes a long time and hold up the line. There should at least be one regular check out line. This was a very poorly thought out idea. I will not be coming back I will now only be going to the other Kroger across town. I shouldn't have to ring up $400 of groceries by myself. read more

Pick up service leaves a lot to be desired. If you bring paper coupons, be prepared for them to take the coupon without giving you the money off and without saying anything to you. This Kroger has been reliable for many years. Today, during the worst storm in many years, I went to pick up a prescription. The outside pharmacy pick up was closed and a sign said to walk through the store. So, it was required to park in the deep snow and walk through the ice. The pharmacy was not busy at all and could have easily handled walk up business at the window. Instead they cut corners and shut out the customer. read more

Small location but has all the basics. It has a liquor store so SCORE! It's a clean location and I can find things fairly easily. The entrances are weird because it's in a plaza but parking is generally OK to find -- I've had worse. The store set up is very weird and different than other Krogers but it's probably due to size. Checkout is seemingly fast and painless. read more

After a horrible experience with CVS Pharmacy (rude pharmacist and literally being laughed), I went to Kroger to receive my flu shot on September 25th, 10am. Mariah was amazing. She was super professional, friendly, and treated me like a patient. She addressed my concern with insurance and was very fast. Would recommend Kroger Pharmacies to anyone traveling! read more

I stopped at the wine tasting and found this to be so wonderful. Camilla does a fantastic job always with a smile and loving heart. She is perfect for the job and gives that extra effort. This tasting is the best around Columbus with a lot of this because of Camilla. read more

This Kroger has the most awesome free sample selection ever. They will have big pieces of deli sandwiches, various dips, meats and cheeses. If you go during peak shopping hours, you can do a lap around the store and have yourself a nice little meal. They also have a pretty good craft beer selection. Not quite up to the Giant Eagles that are up in Dublin, but respectable. As for everything else, it's pretty much what you would expect from a Kroger. I wish that it had a bigger organic produce selection, given that it is supposed to be an upscale Kroger. read more

I hate to say this given that I despise going to the grocery store, but coming to this Kroger store to pick up a few items is FUN! Always neat and tidy, you can never go wrong in this store at all. Samples are everywhere. Samples get customers to buy new items that they may or may have considered buying in the past. This Kroger is a lot smaller than I'm used to. You have to get here early after work because the rotisserie chicken sells out quick. I got here too late my first day working in the area on business travel I had to buy a cold one. But the next day I got out of work a little earlier and had my pick of nice hot chicken! Man Kroger makes good chicken. But while smaller than most other stores it stocks a lot of stuff and while the lanes can get tight with people shopping it has pretty much everything you need. read more

I can't think of one good thing to say about this location. And yes, before I get the proverbial message coming up saying "it's Covid time and everyone's trying their best," I've been coming to this location way before all of this happened. It has just gotten worse. I actually had to bring moldy bread that was on the shelf to the attention of one of the employees. The produce is awful. The selection is next to nothing. You think you've won the lottery if you're able to find the same item that was in the store the last time. I'm not sure if this is just a drop off point of all the extra groceries that other stores refused to sell? Every time I bring something home, it's either crumbled, broken, or inedible. The parking lot is a dystopian labyrinth which you can hardly find your way through once you've left the store. Does this help explain my one star rating? You can tell by the outside that this Kroger is ooold but that's perfectly fine - the interior looks like it's been updated within the past couple of years and it's fairly clean inside. My biggest complaint with this Kroger is that it's small and doesn't have the selection I'm used to. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard Kroger. read more

On numerous occasion I have found expired food on the shelves of this store. I reported expired chicken once to my cashier who (to my relief) immediately contacted the appropriate department. Problem was, though, that when I returned to the store the next day, the same expired product was on the sales floor. I now shop at the Anderson's or the Hospital Dr. Kroger... Which is a shame since this Kroger is located within walking distance of my house. read more

What a dump! This store was a mess and the employees were unbelievably rude. Did not even acknowledge me when I checked out, never said a word just started scanning. He didn't even finish bagging my stuff and told the guy after me he would have to wait till I could move my things which I had to finish bagging because the kid checking me out just stopped halfway through bagging. read more

Came here late on a Friday night in search of some pretzels and Gatorade. I could not find the aisle for sports drinks so I settled for the pack on the end of the aisle. They had at least a dozen self checkouts, not that this was a busy time, but I imagine it can be convenient for some. read more

Convenient and good for staples, but they need to bring up their game on the produce and vegetables. This is our main store (given that its less than a mile away from home), but I have been finding that I am getting my prepared foods, fresh produce at other stores. They have done a big remodel in 2015, but they need to bring up the key areas to compete with Wholefoods, Anderson's and other grocery chains. read more

This kroger has an upscale feel to it because all the employees including the cashiers and bag boys are wearing ties. However, the aisles are small and very limited selection. They also do not have a gas station to redeem your fuel points. They refer you to the Kroger on Turkey Hill but provide no address or no directions on the sign. Pharmacy has a walk-up window but no drive-through. They have a starbucks when you first enter inside. read more
