Ordered my first ClickList order today and received these two gifts!! Thanks!

I'm so impressed! This location is not only clean but is STOCKED! Anything you need is there. It's not overpriced as I expected from a Kroger in Upper Arlington. The sales associates are a pleasure. Unlike some Kroger's in nice areas, I didn't feel watched as a Black woman. One particular associate in the Floral section, BJ, was pleasant and helpful. I didn't want to leave! I plan to make this my regular Kroger especially since it has ClickList. I am not happy with the Pharmacy however. Though everyone was nice and helpful, my wife had just come from getting surgery and needed meds quickly, I was quoted 30 minutes and I received the meds in a little under an hour. It was unfortunate since I really like the location. I might keep my meds at the Hilliard location and shop at the UA location. Or maybe I will give them another chance!! No liquor store, unfortunately. But it has everything else you need.

    Add-ons not in standard Kroger.

One of the better Krogers in the area. Clean and always has what I need. Visit on a weekly basis with no issues.

Now as this was our first time here and we was so taken back by the throw back feel of the place! It gave me small town vibes! I instantly missed home walking into this grocery store! EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND NEAT! nothing was picked over and smelled so fresh! Until u got to the meat section then the seafood section was over whelming! But there is a spirits section and a local pop section and then local bakery! We seen the deli section and tried EVERYTHING! we took home so potato salad and the broccoli salad stuff can't remember what it was but it's good! lol They had a lot of prepared foods to but a bit over priced but available! Cute store! Only 5 lanes and 2 lanes open! They did take apple and Samsung pay! The cashiers don't really talk and the workers in the back were really nice and answered all of outlet questions! And loved their wine section! Also u can get balsamic vinegar fresh! Love that!

But - It's Tuesday so... Maybe lower your super-high prices (Like $35+ per pound) for Tuna. Maybe you will sell more and actually have some in-stock in case one of your customers want some. I think a "Gourmet Super Market" should stock some gourmet fish - Like TUNA :-) I can buy Salmon anywhere less expensively. I don't know why I keep going back - I guess it's the thrill of the chase now. Edit: I just saw Dan's response. Oh well Dan - losing stock is a cost of doing business and you can write it off - Meanwhile - I'll find somewhere else to shop. I never had this problem - EVER - before you remodeled the store and moved the fish counter to the back near the meat. YUCK

When you clearly know its the economy, lack of, and recession causing all this chaos. I'm guessing most the complaints are from people from the x generation who expect change to improve. This krogers feels like heaven compared to others in other towns. There are always baggers at this location. They also carry an organized system where items look stocked on shelves, always friendly smiles, and plenty of help, cashiers, and someone at service desk. On the other hand, the Krogers near me seems to have a negative virus. Its like no one cares. This is why most are being replaced with self checkout robots. Cashiers are mean or grouchy, no one at service desk, and finding old food on shelves expired or wrong tags. There are more workers blocking aisles doing ecart checks causing major traffic jams inside. Grandview location will always be my favorite memory. Some people take freedom for granted. I am grateful that we have workers who continue to push on despite this failing economy.

Serving Grandview Heights/Marble Cliff, and the Tri Village area, as well as OSU/Harrison West/Victorian Village. Offerings includes a full service bakery that can produce custom decorated cakes. Pro tip: try the white cake with cream cheese frosting. These are typically for birthdays, but sometimes you just really want this cake. It is ahhhhhmazing. There is also a state of Ohio liquor store, a large wine, selection, and extensive beers and ales available. Hot foods are prepared here with a deli also among the offerings, and sushi chefs on staff. If you don't want to cook, but you're looking for something to eat there is an answer here. Large produce section just inside the front door, and the meat department has butchers on staff, as well as prepackaged items. Huge dairy department. Regular grocery offerings are of course available in the central zone of the store. As with other Aldi's, you can go through a whole visit not interacting with a single employee, even at check out. The closest I had to employee interaction was a roomba-like vacuum beeping at me to get out of its way. (Not very customer-centered technology, huh?) The lack of employee interaction doesn't bother me too much, but it'd be nice for employees to say hello or ask if you need help when they inevitably pass by you in the store. Maybe that's too Midwestern a mindset? Anyway, one thing at local Aldi's that really stresses me out are the phones! I worked at a call center with the exact same ring, so every time I hear the phones, it really freaks me out. This isn't their fault obviously, BUT I shouldn't be able to hear clear ringing from across the store. No exaggeration, you could be anywhere in the store and hear this ringing clearly. I think there are enough employees at the front that there's no need to have the phones THAT loud. Recommendations: their prosciutto and goat cheese. This location sadly didn't have any of the honey goat cheese, but the garlic and herb is our favorite. These are great quality, reasonable prices, and an Aldi's staple.
