I have been coming to this Kroger fir a wile now. I always have a good experience in the store. They are well stocked, have a great produce department & is well merchandised. My husband does the digital coupons on the App & saves a lot of money so worth it. The customer service is good too. Shout out to Daniel, one of the employees at the self check out who helps bag. Daniel is always so helpful & pleasant. My favorite time to shop is around Christmas & Y'all Christmas is in full force at Krogers so be sure to stick up stock up on goodies! Especially baking supplies! The only reason I cannot give this Krogers a 5 star review is because although the store is close to my house it is always busy on Mallory so makes it hard to pop in for a few items because you have to fight traffic. Only been to this Kroger a few times as it's in a highly condensed/busy traffic area of Cool Springs. We came post our weekly Costco trip and were able to get in/out relatively easy with close parking. I felt like the produce section & the wine/beer section were superior to other Krogers in the area. The store itself was incredibly clean, well organized, had everything I was hoping to find, and the staff was friendly at the self-checkout with coupons. read more

I am a Kroger guy at heart, so having this location so close to the office is fantastic for those after work trips to scoop up dinner! Located in the very busy area on Mallory alongside other major retailers and a few local spots, this Kroger location is convenient and a hassle at the same time. For the most part this is an old style Kroger that features a lot of interior upgrades. The footprint is smaller, but due to the way it is laid out, it flows just as well as some of the bigger stores. I really enjoy the perimeter aisles and specialty sections as they are the spaces that have seen the most updates. The store is decently stocked, well maintained and clean. Good amount of carts inside, even though I do wish all Kroger's would purchase more of the small 2-basket carts!!! Service is always good here and the register set-up for check out is efficient. Overall, this is not my neighborhood location near my house, but it is my office neighborhood Kroger, which I am good with! read more

Unfortunately not the best things to say about this location. While yes, staff are very kind and helpful, and it's a convenient location, that's it. Relatively dingy and dirty, shelves constantly not stocked. Seafood counter is literally EMTPY (clean, not one thing out for purchase) more times than not. And recently I've noticed that certain parts of the store smell of weed, so someone is smoking somewhere. My closest Kroger location so I'll still go for certain items, but will never be my go to store as they have a lot of work to do to up their game. read more

I tried to call the store and speak to a manager three times and also the dairy department. Was never connected to anyone. Our son in law purchased this milk for his one year old daughter. He bought it on 11/26. The carton is dated 12/22. She became Sick with fever, diarrhea and vomiting after consuming. They then realized the milk was sour despite being sold with a date of 12/22. I have contacted the company and posted a warning on next door. No ability to speak to anyone at this store. Feel bad that others may be sickened. read more

I have shopped here regularly for a while, and up until recently I haven't had much of any issues. However, recently, the produce I have been buying has become moldy within a matter of 2-4 days. This is honestly just unacceptable to me. The strawberries in the picture shown were bought 2 days ago. This is only one example; this has happened to roughly 4-5 packs of berries, including strawberries, raspberries, and strawberries, within the past 2-3 weeks. read more

This Kroger used to be ok, but they've been rearranging the store to get rid of all the healthy options of food. I feel like it's going to keep going downhill from here. I went and asked an employee where something was since the store was being rearranged, and she got upset with me because I should of looked on the endcaps. The store's being rearranged, and nothing is in the same place on a week to week basis. She also happened to be a manager. Usually the employees are super nice and helpful at this store, but I've never seen this particular manager. We go the same time every week, and I have been for 2 years. I hate to switch switch grocery stores, but if you eat relatively healthy you're not going to find a lot of options easily anymore. If they were updating the store to make it look nicer that would be one thing, but they're not. They're only planning on rearranging and removing the healthy section. They said they integrated the healthy foods, but I was not able to find one thing I looked for. read more

This location is older but the check out process is always much faster than any of the other Krogers in Franklin/Brentwood. This Kroger always has the "express" lane open while other locations do not. The employees are always kind and welcoming which is obviously huge. read more

I have been using this pharmacy since 2017 with no problems, except one big one. Now, the staff here is wonderful, I know them all by name. However, the one exception is Marina. This lady is always very rude, and I dread coming in and seeing her working. I don't know what her issue.is, but she treats people like they are beneath her and she can't be bothered to wait on them. The eye rolling, the sighs, the shaking of her head... it's all too much. She is extremely rude speaking to me as a customer. I won't quit going to this pharmacy, but something should be done about this person. read more

There have been so very many issues here...out of stocks, wrong pricing, etc. Yesterday, I placed a pick-up order and "assumed" that I would receive a receipt digatally. I did not. And, after contacting Customer Service, I still haven't received a receipt for my purchase. Would anybody accept a purchase without a receipt? read more

Your cashier just stole money from me. If your cashiers have a problem touching change, then YOU should provide gloves. I also didn't receive my receipt. I shopped in your store on 7/11/20 and I used the first checkout from your front door. I do believe that withholding my change is a crime. I also know that I should be given my receipt. We frequently go to your store and we can shop anywhere! I also told the cashier that if my change is under 50 cents, that he should round down. We ARE a US Bank customer, which is their credit card bank. We will also inform them of your practices. read more

Worst customer service of any Kroger in area. They are incredibly unhelpful and lazy.

While the location is a little inconvenient since their is usually traffic surrounding the driveway and it's in a little strip mall with lots of traffic, this is my grocery store. I prefer this store over the publix that is closer to me since the seafood and fruits and vegetables are fresher. It's also slightly cheaper and they are open longer hours. Just leave yourself a lot of time if you have appointments or meetings or other things to do. This is a bit of a time-consuming outing, unfortunately. read more

I have shopped at this Kroger store for 7 years, and I consistently have "above-and-beyond" experiences. It really is remarkable! From Mack in the parking lot to Ryan, Terry, Travis, Chrystal, and Camden at the registers to Kristy in the deli to Daniel who always makes sure stuff gets on the shelves (and, man, does he know where everything is!); the employees and management at this store -- MY Kroger -- are the best! Not only are they committed to the hard work it takes to keep their store looking good and well-stocked, but they're friendly. They greet me by name, they're always smiling, and they know what it means to genuinely care about their customers' experiences. Restrooms absolutely horrendous and management doesnt care! I go in once a day on my lunch break to buy my lunch, dog food and use restroom. There are initials on the paper in the restroom that it was cleaned every hour but it isnt! 3rd day in a row today, no toilet paper, no seat covers, middle stall hasnt worked in over 2 months and no one ever empties out the bin that holds the pads so nasty pads from 3-4 days ago overflowing the boxes. Today I went in to use restroom and no seat covers so I take multiple papertowels to cover the seat then sit down to take a crap only to find out there is no toilet paper AGAIN!! When you complain to manager he smiles and fixes it for the day but its same thing every day. I didnt even bother complaining today because manager does not care. Well I do. Restrooms amd customer service are important to me when I shop amd if they arent taken care of then I can take my business elsewhere. I shop in here not only daily but also weekly for my family groceries but I will not be spending my money here again. The store is appaling!! I am going to start giving my business to another grocery store because this manager shows no pride in his store and especially restrooms. If I need to buy milk I often have to go into the backroom to find someone to push it forward in the case because all thats left is in the very back. This is the worst store I have ever stepped foot in and the absolute nastiest restrooms ever. This store is not clean at all and customer service from the manager sucks! read more

This evening, after getting out of class i went to go pick up a few things. went into the beauty isle to look at some nail polish. my nails were already painted and were showing wear. I tested one on my thumb and another on my wrist to see if i liked the color, which most women do to make sure they will be satisfied. a store employee, TOM approaches and accusses me of stealing.... i showed him my hands and he still accused me of taking the polish. i went to the manager on duty TONY BALSTICK, he was completely rude saying that i was the proper age of a shoplifter... and that they get shoplifters 3x a week in the cosmetics isle. How innappropriate is it for an employee to accuse a shopper of stealing without actually seeing any signs of theft? the manager wasnt appologetic at all. im extremely disappointed, i showed them my purse, emptied it out on the counter and he just shrugged his shoulders. The humiliation of being accused of stealing is one thing but they knew they were wrong and wouldnt even appologize. Unprofessional. read more

It used to be better, but now they don't stay stocked well. The prices are great especially if you have a Kroger Plus Card and gas points are helpful. However, the lack of basic veggies and the service is the worst. Not all employees are rude, but the manager is always terrible. read more
