Great layout, very clean, but could be better stocked with healthier options. The produce looked great and the aisles were nice and wide.

We pick up a click list about once a week as none of the employees wear masks! I'm appalled by the lack of managements ability to train their staff on how to properly wear masks. Even when we pick up the order, having immune compromised systems, the associates don't wear masks providing our order and don't have any mindfulness of others. It's very sad that they can't protect their customers. When approaching the manager she indicated that they have spoken to some staff numerous times but didn't seem to truly care that staff wasn't abiding by corporate policy. I will also be reaching out to corporate with photographs of the employees to show the lack of compliance. What's the point of a corporate policy if not enforced by management? Also the click list is never correct and complete. We ordered squeezable sour cream and got cream cheese. We asked for green bananas and got brown ones. We even were given a package of organic hotdogs that had expired over 2 months before they were provided to us during our pickup! I can't believe they sell us expired groceries! Lastly the Kroger brand mozzarella cheese no longer melts. I'm not sure why but cheese is supposed to melt. On the package it is backed by Kroger guarantee or money back. When we went to return it the customer service girl argued and wouldn't return the package even though we explained it wouldn't melt, and even with the Kroger guarantee. She had to speak to a manager and what should have been a simple return took about 40 minutes! They need to better understand their job responsibilities. read more

One of the better grocers we have visited. They have a good meat department, offer a variety of breads, cheeses, organic and not organic fruits and vegetables. Most anything you are looking for, you most certainly could usually find it here. read more

We've been using their free pickup service and find it very convenient to order online. We never have to get out of the car. When we have shopped at the store I've found the parking lot to be a bit cramped. read more

Love Click List, but going inside to shop is pure and absolute torture. Crowded and typically 1 or 2 lanes open for 50 costumers. Not everyone can use self checkout with certain items, so shopping here, or at least without Click List, is miserable and a test to ones sanity. read more

This is a great Kroger! Love the staff for the most part, only one or two odd ones in the bunch, but all very friendly. Would give it 5 stars but they have run out of items occasionally. However, if they do, get a rain check if it was on sale when you come back. read more

In all honesty, I don't have very many good things to say about this store. At first impression it seems small, dark, and dingy. Check lanes always seem really dirty as well. Employees aren't bad but I certainly wouldn't call them friendly. Most items that I go in for are usually available but the cramped aisles don't make for a pleasant shopping experience. I have used Click List at this location once and never will again. Long story short on that, I get that it's a small store but it seems a bit ridiculous that they only have one person working Click list at 5PM on a week day! Maybe it has something to do with their lack of staffing all around because I have never seen more than two lanes open (light on and ready to go) in this store. Every time I have done a full shop at this location, I end up standing at the check out being the fourth or fifth person in line. I have worked for Kroger before! Sorry, but I would hate to know that this store's 1+1 score is! All in all, I think Kroger could really benefit from building a new store in town! read more
