    Shrimp Bowl!!!!! $5 each.
    Abigail G.

Listen, Kroger is the way to go!!!! Their seafood is always fresh and you can always catch them on sale. I went to the store today and came out with some extra goodies. And they were just $5 a piece. I couldn't believe it. Shrimp bowl $5. Crab cake $5. Shrimp skewer $5. This is why I shop at Kroger. And their customer service is always pleasant. THANK YOU KROGER

This is for the beer and wine bar area . How cool to have a beer or glass of wine after shopping. Prices are better than bar prices for full pint pours. Plenty of wines and beer surrounding this area. Genius idea.

No gloves & seen eating bakery cake

Today I walked to the bakery department, no one was there for a few minutes stood. finally a lady appeared I asked the lady with the name tag "Kathryn" does this grocery store (Kroger) sell Artesian bread she said no they do not. then I also asked do you slice bread here, she said no they do not. I said okay and walked around the bakery looking for sliced bread. As I look around I see Kathryn pull down her mask and began to eat a huge slice of white & yellow cake A second lady appeared asked for her loaf of bread to be sliced because of the lack of sliced bread out. Not Kathryn, but a different bakery staff said "okay right away" took the ladies bread to a machine and began slicing it in seconds. As I walked closer to see if that's what was clearly going on, Kathryn began walking to the back room to hideout. Kathryns coworker gave the customer her now sliced bread and the lady walked away, I asked the second staff member do they slice bread here and she said yes. I informed her I was just told by her coworker "Kathryn" that you dont slice bread here. The lady said that's not true. Kathryn appeared from the back close to my face and being extremely aggressive saying she did not say this and that. Unprofessional, ungroomed and lying to customers about products and bakery services as well refusing to slice my bread while eating

    This many groceries needs assistance!

I could not believe that this Kroger did NOT have any ONE actual cashier checkout lane. I had a full basket of groceries with tons of fruits and vegetables. That means that I had to enter all the codes, quantities and amounts...which is extremely difficult when your 64 years old and can see small print well. After I backed up the "belted self checkout" they sent someone to actually open a cashier checkout. Twice the light went off and after over five minutes each time someone finally came to reset. They could have at least had someone help me bag. There are kind employees in this store, but their management is pathetic!! This isn't the first time I've had issues with checking out at this store. I'm done! I won't be back...I may not even shop at Kroger anymore... especially if we ever manage to get a Sprouts in our area.

Worst Kroger in the city to go to for produce. Today, no limes. Entire self check out closed. Ridiculous.

They have everything you need. Prices sometimes higher but I'd rather buy from krogers than Wally world.

Dorothy Lane Market -- Mason, Ohio…read more If you're looking for a grocery store that feels like Whole Foods--but better, check out Dorothy Lane Market in Mason! I stopped in today and, as always, ended up finding way more than I planned. First, you absolutely cannot leave without trying the bakery. I picked up their pecan salted caramel brownies, and these things are KILLER ( thus their name Killer Brownies) They have one of the best bakery selections I've come across, and everything looked so fresh and tempting. I also grabbed some sourdough bread and a salted soft pretzel. Their meat selection is fantastic too. We picked up some specialty brats, including Hawaiian brats with pineapple and brown sugar and Bourbon Peach brats. I also couldn't resist their gourmet blended burgers. For my wife, I grabbed the Steakhouse Burger, which is infused with provolone, A.1. sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. For myself, I went with the Philly Burger, loaded with peppers, onions, and cheese sauce. Talk about taking burgers to another level! Yes, Dorothy Lane Market is more expensive than your average grocery store, but you can really see and taste the difference in the quality. From the bakery to the specialty meats and prepared foods, this is definitely a place where you're paying for quality. If you're a foodie--or just like discovering great specialty grocery stores--Dorothy Lane Market is worth the trip. I walked in for a few things and walked out with enough food to plan several meals. The bakery has cakes, Dubai chocolate bars and many treats to choose from. There's seating upstairs if you decide to dine there. I saw staff walking around assessing needs of the facility and helping patrons. Everyone was nice and helpful and the vibes were chill, easy shopping experience. I've been before and will definitely return again and again. This has beat out Farmer's Market for me. They have a coffee bar that makes various coffee, tea and breakfast options. Great place for groceries and meals.

If you need to sit down and take a break because the first 3 hours of walking around still didn't afford you the opportunity to see everything, yes, you're in Jungle Jim's. This store is INSANE. After visiting, I can see why! This store probably has one of the most complete collections of products from countries all around the world. The store is enormous and feels a like a maze inside. It's fully stocked with almost everything you could possibly need (and plenty of things you definitely don't need too lol). I actually had to look at the interior map on their website beforehand just to get a general idea of where everything was located. I'm originally from Taiwan, so I was especially delighted to find an Asia department with a section dedicated specifically to Taiwanese products. I was able to pick up authentic Taiwanese snacks, cooking oils, instant coffee, and more. The store is also very clearly organized, with large signs and decorations marking different regions and countries. For example, I easily found German chocolates by heading to the Europe department and locating the Germany section. I used the same approach to find Malaysian durian instant coffee. This organization makes shopping much easier and more efficient. Even though this is an international supermarket, they also have a large selection of American products, so I didn't need to make a separate trip to another grocery store. I bought multivitamins from their USA department because I prefer vitamins made in the U.S. I was also very happy to find a buy 1 get 1 free sale on vitamins! I visited on a Sunday, and the huge crowd showed just how popular this place is. The supermarket is so massive that after spending 3-4 hours there, I probably only managed to explore about one third of the entire store. Crazy. I just wish we had a Jungle Jim's here in Richmond, Indiana, where I came from, so I wouldn't have to drive an hour to get here every time. This place truly lives up to its excellent reviews and reputation. I'll definitely keep coming back!
