I do not care for the service at this Kroger. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Ellen at self check out is great and very helpful! My experience with the other cashiers is frustrating so I try to always use self check out. They run out of stock on items often and remove signs and move items the day before the new ad is released so the prices are confusing or don't show at all in produce. I agree that the new HEB is going to put a huge dent in their business. read more

Like the store BUT FINDING MORE AND MORE THEIR PRODUCE IS SUB-PAR. Bags of Halo oranges with maybe 20% squishy soft, often have found rotten pieces in the fresh produce selections This has been reported and mgt says they complain and this is still what they receive. read more

Too many times for me to count, you have been out of stock of routine items...items that every grocery store carries. This time, your shelf was empty of ANY heavy cream from ANY brand. Horrible. I have not had an experience with someone so rude in years. Latisha in the front end was the rudest least professional person I have ever encountered. I went to the self checkout to purchase some clothing and a hat, a mens hat. In the location that we grabbed it from is a sign, 30% off Mens Hats. It doesn't ring up on sale, the cashier that was working the self checkouts was so kind and great, but she called over Latisha, and Latisha says "Carhart isn't included" I said it says mens hats, and showed her the photo we took of the sign, she says Carhart is never included, I know that is my dept. I said well if that is true the sign is right there, why does the sign not state there is exclusions? She says the sign is correct. So she walks with me, it is right down the aisle, I show her that the hats are right there with the sign, I will post the photo here, she says see its these not those, I said maybe you should consider moving the section that is included away from the section that isn't. She said " The sign is exactly where is should be" I am quoting her. So we go back to the checkout and she went onto help another cashier, I already rung up the hat thought it was in the bag, I guess the cashier had given it to Latisha. So I go over to her, she is helping some cashier and the cashier sees that I need to speak with her and she also has and attitude and asks if she can help. I said I need to speak with her as I think she has the hat I purchased. Latisha said she put it back and I said I didn't want it. I said I never said I didn't want it, she then snaps back again and says "you SAID you didn't WANT it" I said "Latisha, I didn't say I didn't want it" and went off to go get it again! She says " don't yell at me" LOL. First of all I didn't raise my voice, she just didn't like that someone matched her energy. I am not a pushover and I don't like being treated like crap when I am spending money somewhere for YEARS that employees people like this. Kroger Marketplace - Grocery Near Me - Montgomery, Texas

Since they spent all the money hanging signs saying new lower prices they have gone up on everything!!! Don't know if they think they are brainwashing us but it's not working! The digital coupons aren't worth it. Even the sale items are just blah. For years I have shopped at Kroger's and spent plenty of money there. I'm now looking forward to HEB coming into Montgomery. I was never a big HEB fan but they absolutely have better produce than Krogers. And one more thing, you could do your grocery shopping at Krogers and get great gas deals. Those deals are gone and now Krogers is constantly higher than anywhere else in town. read more

Do not buy the precut fruit in the 5 and 10 dollar bowls that are in the coolers, it is never ripe and tastes like bug spray. I have tried it multiple times, each time i have not been able to eat it and end up throwing it away.Today I bought it for the last time. I will get my fruit from elsewhere from now on. Calls to the home office remain unreturned, numerous times. read more

This is the 9th time in less than 2 months that my pickup has been over 2 hours late.I don't blame the employees. They didn't assign how many people can come for pick up at any specific time. I blame the chain, Kroger needs better software developers to maintain their systems. I live 30 min from the store, so when the employees come tell me my order won't be ready for 30 minutes I don't leave. People use the pick up service as a time saver. So it's costing me fuel and time. Unfortunately giving me zero convenience. I guess it's back to H‑E‑B pick up read more
