The customer service is great. Always very helpful and friendly…read more However, there are some quality issues that can be improved in future. 1. Carrying bags' craftsmanship are extremely poor. Zippers fall out of the track or they don't line up, and most are difficult to operate. When you are shooting weddings, you don't need bags don't want to open easily. 2. Sewing quality is so poor the Einstein carrying bag started falling apart after 2nd time use. I had to sew them up myself since I didn't even take it out of the box for over a year due to the pandemic and their return policy is only 30 days regardless. 3. Shipping cost is WAY too high. Everything ships via FedEx and I feel like I'm getting charged for freight every time. And if you are not satisfied with the product or ordered a wrong product, you will end up paying for return shipping again. One time, it costs me $25 to return the wrong size of the umbrella I had purchased and I had to pay for another shipping for the right size, so three dippings there. 4. Einstein strobe lighting does not have hi-sync feature. I wish I had known.

The quality of their work is outstanding. The scans don't show any dust and the color is awesome. I am now experimenting with some Fuji 400 film and look forward to those results. Been using Kodak 400. I highly recommend this lab for your film!

As a professional photographer, I often rent camera lenses and camera bodies. It's the best and…read moreleast expensive way to try out new equipment before purchasing it. I'm really glad to have this place so close to home. They also ship equipment for those who are out of town, but I love the convenience of being able to pick up and drop off locally. The staff is friendly, and you can reserve your equipment online or over the phone. You can pick your equipment up after 3 PM the day before and it's due before noon the day after. My only complaints are the parking and no straps for the camera bodies. The parking situation is a bummer, but you can usually find somewhere to park in the street while you run in and grab your equipment as long as you don't stay there long. When I rented a camera body a couple weeks ago, they didn't include a camera strap which is just asking me to drop it. I primarily shoot with my 70-200mm, and that thing is just too heavy to constantly carry in my hand and worry about dropping. They need to include neck straps with the body rentals.

Produce is the only section I've found that is sometimes a bit picked over. The best time to shop is a weekday morning (if your work schedule allows). Weeknight evenings also aren't too bad, as long as you can avoid the after-work rush. I almost always use self-checkout, and the team members working in that area have always been friendly and seem engaged. While this is not my favorite grocery store in town, it's a good spot to stop when you're in need of a few items.
