Leftover Super Bowl balloon from the nice man working the check-out line. Happy camper!

I'm surprised this Kroger has mediocre reviews. We love this location! It is convenient to Pellissippi, has a Starbucks inside, and a gas station located in the parking lot so I remember to use my fuel points. There is also a USPS drop box and Red Box kiosk out front. I'm always particularly impressed by a young man named Cameron who has worked in the produce section for several years. He's very friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. The employees in the bakery, deli, and meat department are great as well. The store is well staffed, so the lines are never super long. They also have a surprisingly good selection of seasonal decorations.

This Kroger has made a significant come up including a bank, Suntrust I believe, coffee and huge redesign and i do mean HUGE! The facility is clean and welcoming as are MOST of the employees. I had everyone ask me if I needed help which is a rare decency seen anymore. Holiday selections are preferred here as they do have quite a bit of sales. There are public restrooms inside and for parents they DO offer the car shaped carts for kids! The walk ways are clean and precise and it is convenient for travelers just about to take a road trip or get on the highway because it is last stop before the ramp to Pellissippi and/or 75 North/South

ClickList: Jar of jam, broccoli, strawberries, and cauliflower bag individually. Several bags only 2 items. Broccoli was old.

This is the best Kroger in town - make sure to take advantage of the Plus Card discounts.

I love this Kroger. I have shopped here since it opened and never had a problem. Clean and nice and well stocked with excellent prices.

Stole was spotless. Food on display had me wishing this was closer to my house. Just a feeling. There wasn't a willingness to help or engage. Happens. Would use this location again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a wedding cake from the Publix University…read morestore. I paid for the cake on July 21 and specifically verified that it would be delivered to our wedding venue at 3:00 PM. I even had the bakery double-check the order, and I was assured 100% that everything was set. When the cake hadn't arrived by around 4:00-4:30 PM, we had to start calling to find out what had happened. We were then told that someone had supposedly called on the 18th and changed the order to an 8:00 AM pickup. That explanation made no sense, considering I didn't even finalize and pay for the order until July 21. How could someone have changed an order before it was even completed? What was even more frustrating was that if the bakery truly believed the cake was supposed to be picked up at 8:00 AM and no one arrived, why didn't anyone call the contact numbers on the order? Instead, no one reached out, and we were left scrambling with only about 30 minutes before guests arrived, wondering if our wedding cake would make it to the venue. We were even told they weren't sure if they could get it there in time. As for the cake itself, the decorations were beautiful, and I do appreciate the decorator's work. Unfortunately, the cake was noticeably lopsided, and the cake itself was dry, especially considering the price we paid. It simply was not worth the cost. Mistakes can happen, but this was a wedding--an event that can't be redone. The lack of communication, the confusion surrounding the order, and the stress this caused on such an important day were unacceptable. I sincerely hope Publix reviews its procedures so that no other couple has to experience this on their wedding day.

Teriyaki bowl was fresh, hot, and good! Probably the best I have had at a Whole Foods in quite some time. Parking was ample at this location and boy did they need it when I visited. Pushy people at the check out line acting like I was in there way - even though my transaction was not completed yet and I was trying to get my bags. And the in a rush young people fulfilling Amazon Orders for Prime or trying to stock the shelves - I can't tell you how many times I have been treated as is I was an impediment to what they are trying to do even though I am a paying customer trying to navigate my way through the store. it gets to me sometimes. There are too many people trying to shop in this store for the size of it. Too many people "In a Rush" to get on with their lives. I do feel like I am back up in the North East sometimes when I go there. The best times to shop are during Tennessee Game Days or on a Tuesday night of all things. I go there because they do have things that other markets in the area do not have - fruits, vegetables, organic products. I do like the fish market guys. I do like certain cashiers and try to always go to them. I do like being able to find certain products there that I cannot find anywhere else - . I do like their supplements. There are things I do like. But the whole Prime thing (order fufillment) has put a huge black mark by the shopping experience. They really need to train their restocking people to be mindful of the customers and to be a little nicer while they do it. But between trying not to get run over in the parking lot when I am trying to get into the store and not getting run over while I am in the store by the oh so many busy people in there, it has gotten to where my stress levels goes straight up when I shop there. What I will do is try to go during off hours, and I do try to do that. But this is a pattern. My opinion is that for the amount of customers they have and the amount of order fufilment they do - the store probably needs to be twice as big as it is. I gave them three stars - but like I said - it is always a stressful experience for me.
