Ordered a birthday cake for my son's 31st birthday. The main reason I order from Publix is because their cakes are so beautiful and fresh. The cake was over baked and the decoration looked like they let a 10 year old do it. We've been ordering our cakes at Publix for years. Completely disappointed!

Ordered a giant sub for my buddies at work, feeds 7, and is only $19.99. Had to order 24 hours ahead on line. Made fresh to your order * Large sub sandwich * Serves 7 * Includes Publix tavern ham, turkey, & roast beef * Comes with Swiss cheese I asked for Cheddar cheese...got! It was delish, ready to go. Loads of condiments, mayo, mustard, oil, and red wine vinegar. Everyone cleaned their plates and loved the bread!!! YAY The salad selection they have is also awesome. And Great portions!!! The best store deli around. Kick the price up and order Boars Head! YUMO. I can not say enough about the deli, and bakery at Publix!!!

I drove the extra mile to check out this location. Everything was very well organized and easy to find. There are arrows on the ground to direct traffic flow. The customer service I received was top notch. I was asked several times by different employees how was I doing, was I finding everything okay, and if I needed help finding anything. One employee even entertain my son while I was checking out. I will definitely be back!

They always have amazing deals. This is like the perfect place for people who love looking for sales. I haven't ordered any of their premade food but I heard it was good! The staff are also extremely friendly; I feel like that's a requirement to work here. They have a wide range of options and it's basically another version of Krogers near campus.

Going to Publix for lunch is something that makes the work day so much better! I've loved PubSubs ever since I found out about them a year ago. You can order them at the deli counter. Or, what I do, order online at Publix.com. Online -- you're given all the options without having to awkwardly look down at the counter to see what they have. The meats on the sandwich are tasty and well-seasoned. I got the roast beef this time (delicious!) -- but one of my favorites things about PubSubs is all the veggies you can put on the sandwich. The bread seems freshly made as well. Whenever I've ordered online, they've always had my sandwich out precisely at pick up time or sometimes a few minutes before. Great experience, every time.

Publix The Supermarket of Excellence. When My parents, first took me grocery shopping at Publix Super market years ago. I was so surprise, how every employee went out their way to offer help in every department. Publix is the only supermarket, that has a friendly associate offering to help you find what's on your shopping list with a friendly smile. Every week, when I would go grocery shopping, there would be a happy associate waiting to help me save money each week. Publix is more than a grocery store, it's a super market that offer super amazing fresh quality food. Now, I love taking my two son's shopping each week at Publix Super market. What makes Publix the best quality of excellence is their fresh food and the store and restrooms are always spotless. Publix is the only store in my community, where every Publix's employees goes above and beyond customer service to help each shopper.

Very good deli and bakery. Many choices that you can't find at other grocery stores in the area.

I did find the prices high, if not unexpectedly so in most cases. I did find strange variation in sale items; some were substantial discounts, while in another case I saw a roughly $8 item "on sale" for twenty cents off, which seems bordering on a sort of unethical deception. The selection of produce was not huge but looked nice; this being Knoxville they had more meat than plants it seemed. Various natural and organic brands popped up. I always try to support the local businesses and I got a few things. This does seem to have a co-op structure so locals who really want to be in regularly might consider buying in.

Huge fan of this Happy Holler staple. Has such a wide variety of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free,…read moredairy-free, and straight from the local farm/vendor goods. The best part, the price is pretty competitive with grocery stores in the area. There is a hot/cold bar to grab lunch and sit in the indoor dining area or outside on their shaded patio. They also have a huge variety of grab-and-go pastas, wraps, salads, and sandwiches and a coffee bar with all the fixin's. The above is all awesome, but I head in here for the bulk items. Have a small amount of a rarely-used spice needed for a recipe? CHECK. Want to grind some fresh almond butter or coffee? GOTCHA COVERED. Dried fruits? YUP! (dried papaya are my family fave). Variety of healthy granolas, grains, and baking items in bulk, too. There is easy parking with their own little lot, friendly service, a discount membership program ($25 per year), and a punch card discount when you use reusable bags. Can't wait to come back.

Teriyaki bowl was fresh, hot, and good! Probably the best I have had at a Whole Foods in quite some time. Parking was ample at this location and boy did they need it when I visited. Pushy people at the check out line acting like I was in there way - even though my transaction was not completed yet and I was trying to get my bags. And the in a rush young people fulfilling Amazon Orders for Prime or trying to stock the shelves - I can't tell you how many times I have been treated as is I was an impediment to what they are trying to do even though I am a paying customer trying to navigate my way through the store. it gets to me sometimes. There are too many people trying to shop in this store for the size of it. Too many people "In a Rush" to get on with their lives. I do feel like I am back up in the North East sometimes when I go there. The best times to shop are during Tennessee Game Days or on a Tuesday night of all things. I go there because they do have things that other markets in the area do not have - fruits, vegetables, organic products. I do like the fish market guys. I do like certain cashiers and try to always go to them. I do like being able to find certain products there that I cannot find anywhere else - . I do like their supplements. There are things I do like. But the whole Prime thing (order fufillment) has put a huge black mark by the shopping experience. They really need to train their restocking people to be mindful of the customers and to be a little nicer while they do it. But between trying not to get run over in the parking lot when I am trying to get into the store and not getting run over while I am in the store by the oh so many busy people in there, it has gotten to where my stress levels goes straight up when I shop there. What I will do is try to go during off hours, and I do try to do that. But this is a pattern. My opinion is that for the amount of customers they have and the amount of order fufilment they do - the store probably needs to be twice as big as it is. I gave them three stars - but like I said - it is always a stressful experience for me.
