That's just not true but I understand the frustration that led to a misunderstanding. I know the owner/chef was busy and working to try improve their marketing, ordering app, and communications. It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it. The first delivery was 2 days late and required multiple attempts to contact the merchant to get the ordered meals. Week 2 meals were delivered but be aware, if you happen to be in the shower when they show up with your delivery, they won't leave your meals on your secure porch and will just drive away with your order. Week 3- NO DELIVERY, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Again, I had too contact the merchant to try to figure out where was my food. Days later got a response that they had an issue with their refrigerator and simply neglected to let me know!!! With over a thousand dollars already tied up with this merchant, I had to scramble to purchase food for my family elsewhere. Due to the "NO CALL NO SHOW" for the week 3 delivery, I politely asked the chef to immediately refund me for the remaining 2 weeks worth of food that wasn't delivered.
