I went in for my first visit about a month ago and I was an anxious mess! The office manager made me feel at ease, she was so supportive and comforting! Dr Kronson was very informative and made me feel confident that he's the perfect fit to help me with procedure. I really appreciate the ladies in the front as well, they're so sweet and on top of things! They made sure to give me a call after Labor Day to ensure my referral would be sent, the called me right away with my approval and have been so accommodating with my work schedule. And apparently this happens often according to the other reviews!! I'm thinking of looking for another vascular surgeon. Dr.J. Kronson literally gave me my life back....! The best vascular Doctor in Arcadia and surrounding areas. I have been to many but none has taken care of me like Dr. Kronson. I have been suffering with all sorts of leg issues for the last four years and have given up hope until I came across Dr. Kronson. I have been unable to walk, sit, stand for more than 15 minutes at a time. I have had such severe pain and restless leg syndrome at night and hardly slept. I have gained so much weight and have literally given up hope.This is to name a few and the list goes on and on. I have had 5 procedures on each leg a total of 10 between July & October 12 was my last post op visit. I felt the difference in my legs after each procedure. It has been 2 weeks since my last visit and I am able to sit, stand, walk and sleep without any pain. I did my first walk at the rose bowl and I cannot express the gratitude!! Dr.Kronson does all procedures himself and is professional and has the best bed side manner when dealing with his patients. If you have any vascular issues I Highly recommend Dr. Kronson. My mom went in for her appointment on June 13, 2019. She had been informed by her general practitioner that she possibly had PAD and he recommended Dr. Kronson for further evaluation. During her visit, Dr. Kronson checked her circulation (feet and legs) and began to review her labs to see what other health issues she had. Dr. Kronson found that the labs showed an issue with her lower discs in her back and that the pressure was causing the pain in her legs and feet. He also found that a test showing kidney problems was incorrect. We are so grateful for Dr. Kronsons evaluation of my mom. He took the time to throughly review her case and help guide her in a direction to becoming pain free. His honesty was much appreciated. Our family highly recommends his services. read more

I first saw him after 7 years of pain and suffering with the dr.'s I saw not knowing what the problem was and them trying everything guessing at what the problem was with my leg ...2 different times amputation was a possibility I spent probably 5 or 6 months in the hospital with excruciating pain I elevated my legs up to 16 hrs a day , I lost my job ,I gained 130 lbs..... I first saw dr. Kronson and he knew what it was, but couldn't do the surgery because I was to big he then encouraged be to lose the weight I lost 17 lbs he did the surgery and I've now lost 53 lbs and have 60 lbs more to go he and his staff have helped and motivated me to live again ...I am forever grateful for angie the one that runs the place clyde one of the most caring and kind people I have ever met and dr kronson who had the knowledge and desire to help me out , the only way I can return the favor is tell people about his practice ! I was an old patient with Dr. Kronson 9 years ago when I had my legs treated. I came back because they were hurting and the office was very nice and helped set up my ultrasound and then helped me scheduled with the procedures. He may be a good doctor but shouldn't have to wait 3 hours to get into his office for him to see us. Took 2 months to get first appointment and then they kept changing my husbands appointment and took 3 more month. He had my husbands CT scan CD and didn't look at it until my husband finally saw him and then said he couldn't do the surgery. Said he would call with another doctor referral and after 3 weeks just found someone else myself. My husband my loose his foot before he see's another doctor. Am very upset. read more

Great doctor knows what he's doing and has a great attitude! But he needs time management skills. We have had two procedures with him and both times he has been late on starting. I understand maybe an hour late, but this last time we came at 11:15 for an 11:30 am Appt and I'm still here waiting for my hubby who wasn't seen until almost 3. Unacceptable. Others have a life and consideration would have been if he was gonna be late to call those with appts and let them know this so we wouldn't be sitting in waiting room for hours. I'm editing it after taking my hubby to the car without a consultation after the procedure. I realize we had one after the first one, but hey that was a year ago and I can't be expected to remember what happened a year ago. The doctor was so slammed with patients that he sat one man down brought another in a wheel chair in and then wheeled my hubby out with a nurse. While I stood there. I even said "ok I guess we don't get a consultation" my hubby said "oh he talked to me.." oh ok the one on pain meds, and slightly high. Really? How about the one who's gonna take care of you this weekend?. I realize he was late almost 3 hours to take us in but at least finish one patient before starting on the next one. read more

I was sent to Dr. Jeffrey Kronson for a second opinion from my primary doctor. I was so touched by his bed side manner and the time he spent with me. I had a list of questions from A-Z and he patiently and professionally answered each question without me feeling rushed. I felt like he was honest and to the point. He didn't order any unnecessary tests to rack up my bill, and reassured me about my current condition. I felt well educated and informed of what the plan was moving forward. After having 3 surgeries and 3 mini strokes I've been very nervous about a 95% blockage diagnosed at the ER through a CT scan with contrast. Dr. Kronson ordered a duplex only to find out that the velocity was good so I could stop worrying about the plaque build up. He put my mind and body at ease which reduced my stress level. With everything I've been through he treated me as if I was a long time patient when I was only there for a second opinion. And because of this I switched surgeon's. Not only was he 10+ but his entire staff Was as well. From the time you check in with Christian, taken back with Andrea, to his ultrasound technician... Can't say enough about this team! If you have the chance to meet Dr. Kronson take it before its to late! I feel as though he saved my life by reassuring me and cutting out the stress. read more

Save yourself the trouble and see another Vascular Surgeon. It's one thing to wait 30 minutes, but not HALF your entire day!! I had a 10:30am appointment consultation last Thursday. I even had arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled time. The doctor did not arrive into the office until 3pm!! How does one wait to see a doctor 5 hours later? This is really upsetting and mind boggling that this doctor thinks he has this power. This is not okay. I am calling my insurance and filing a complaint. I feel really bad for the staff, they were continuously and continuously making up excuses for the doctor as to why he was late, or not in the office. Please be very considerate of other peoples time. Just like you, we all have jobs, we all have places to be, we have children to attend to, we rearrange our work schedules, we phone call our babysitters, we ask our spouses to pick up dinner...just to be at our doctors appointments. Time is precious, we are not here to waste your time, please do not waste ours. If I have a 10:30am appointment, please be respectful of my time, I will wait 30 min for a doctor, but not 5 hours. Doctor Kronson, if you are reading this, you should take this advice: "A [PATIENT] is the MOST IMPORTANT visitor on our premises, he/she is not dependent on us. WE are DEPENDENTon him/her. He/She is not an interruption in our work. He/She is the purpose of it. He/she is not an outsider in our business. He/She is part of it. We are not doing him/her a favor by serving him/her. be very aware of Miss Angela she runs the front desk and this is her office not Jeffrey kronson she runs the show and she's one day dr. Jekyll and mr. Hyde. If she sends you a bill please contact Holly their accountant manager because she can't even keep track of the payments that you make and she'll bill you for a higher amount than what you owe . Always check with their accounting on the payments that you've already made she completely ignores the proper amount due based on your payment history. Angela speaks for dr. Kronson and I don't believe that she really contacts him when you ask her to she will give you answers that she feels she wants to give you because of the trouble or hassle in might cause talking to the doctor like I said she runs the office she runs the show . Don't waste your time begging her to ask the doctor things in your favor she's just leading you on day by day day by day ..... I learned the hard way and I'm still paying the bill for it. read more

After arriving 15 min early as requested and waiting another hour & 15 min, I asked how much longer I would have to wait. About another hour I was told. I chose not to wait 2 1/12-3 hours for my consultation! From the reviews I've read this is the norm here. I can't comment on the Dr since I was not seen. The staff was nice. But being expected to wait over 2 hours when you have an appt (which I waited weeks for) is unacceptable to me. The Dr should have enough respect for his patients to not expect them to have to plan at least half their day to accommodate an office visit. as a former patient of Dr. Kronson's I could not recommend him at all. my first visit I was 1st appointment I waited along with other patients for 6 hrs. normally I would not wait but ask for a better time. since I needed his vascular opinion after taking several ultra sound test. The next appointment I was scheduled 1st appointment at 10.am. patients started to arrive. The office girl informed us the doctor was leaving the hospital and was running a little late. At around 12 noon she put us in a waiting room telling us the doctor would be in shortly. my personal visit was to schedule or refer me to a Vascular surgeon. at approx. 1 pm myself and the other patient asked the office girl is the doctor going to see us today. reply was "shortly" well a about 2 pm I told the office girl I had to leave when the doctor had time to see me call me I can not nor can the other patients that were fit to tied. wait unnecessarily for 4-6 hrs. I had not left the office 10 minutes he called my cell an left a message that he had been working with the insurance company because they had declined my visit then approved my visit and had spent all his time working on my approval. This message also said " you leave and don't come back I refuse to see you again" I then called the insurance company immediately for information. 'They Informed me that there was never a problem and no one from Dr. Kronson's office had been in contact with them" "IS THIS A DOCTOR THAT CAN BE TRUSTED WITH ANYONES LIFE. PAST REVIEWS AGREE HE SHOULD NOT BE PRATICING MEDIIEN. I found another Vascular doctor bring him up to speed with 3 visits. Each visit my wait timer was no more than 20 minutes or was any one else waiting. read more

I had respect for this surgeon even looking past the 3-4 hour wait time. They recently switched to new staff, that being said they were booking a follow up appt for my mom after her ultrasound had already been done. They had no clue as to what was going on with her care, didn't bother to check her chart or else they would have known that she had already signed consent for the procedure. The next time she went to her appt the doctor only gave her a courtesy visit bc apparently they weren't even sure if the ultrasound she had done was covered. Then I called the insurance, they said the doctor had not shown any proof stating that my mom needed a procedure after he had explained all the risks and had her sign consent for it. I filed a grievance with the insurance as told by the lady in the office. The insurance approved it. So I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kronson only to be told by Vanessa that they were no longer contracted with the insurance. Total waste of time! If you plan on coming here then expect to wait at least 3 hours or request the day off. read more
