He (and still is) answered all my questions, no matter how odd they were. It's nice to be able to change things a bit, and know that Jeremy will do his best to help me. Earlier in the day, I called to inquire whether a family member was at the funeral home so I could assist my grandmother in sending a Red Cross message. Later, I called again to confirm that the family member had not yet been handled or transferred, as I had been informed otherwise by a relative. I'm not sure if this lady is having a bad day or what, but regardless of the circumstances, I believe it is wrong to speak to or treat grieving individuals, especially service members, in such a manner. Based on this lady's demeanor, I am glad my relative is not at this funeral home because a business is only as good as its worst employee.

I went in several times to go over the details as my dad was a stage 4 cancer patient at the time, and was only given weeks to live. Every question I had was treated as an inconvenience. Only "certain" people could help you if you walked in. They disregarded several of my requests. They think they have the monopoly on the Catholics on the West and South sides of South Bend. More, on prepaid arrangements, you are a thorn in their side. I took a year to think before I wrote this review. It wasn't done on raw emotion.

We brought our snowblower here after we called the place that we bought and were told they were an…read moreauthorized warranty service center. I started out by giving them a call and explained our situation with our snow blower. The lady who answered the phone was both friendly and helpful. She let us know that they would be able to have our snowblower back in a day or two. About an hour later we took it in and were greeted just as pleasantly in person as we had on the phone. She answered our questions and got us taken care of and let us know they would give us a call when it was done. Here is the best part! Just a few hours after we dropped it off they called us to let us know it was fixed and ready to go. While they were at it they adjusted a couple things that would allow the blower to operate better... and not just because they could charge us for the additional work. The amount they charged us for the work they did was more than reasonable. It was much quicker than expected and very thorough. This place may not look like much from the outside, but we would definitely recommend this place and take other stuff here for work if we need it. They were super friendly, accommodating, and know what they are doing!
