Then at the last minute we're all let down due to some scheduling mishap by an establishment that does this sort of thing for a living. Completely and utterly inexcusable. While I can understand that 'things happen' -- I really don't care what the excuse is -- you have an event planning business literally across the street from the local middle school and you choose to tell them, 'Ooops our bad... but YOU figure it out.' Unacceptable! YOU screwed up, find a way to make amends and make it work... period! I certainly expect our ticket money will be returned so that the school can use it to fund this event at the school.

They were helpful, responsive, and everything was clear and upfront. There were no surprise charges, or "gotchas". They gave us great advice on the set up of the tables, chairs, bar etc. They listened carefully to everything that was asked of them, made a couple of outstanding suggestions and dealt with the problems caused by strong gusts of wind at an outdoor venue with calm assurance.
