I ordered from here though door dash last night and wasn't sure what I was getting. I moved here and this was the one spot that we haven't tried yet. I ordered 3 burgers and a small fry. It's White Castle under a different name . I used to like these when I was in NY but didn't see any down here. They were good except I think they put mustard on their sliders . They're a lot more expensive than WC. I used to get 4 burgers fries and a drink for like 8-9 bucks . They had a 5 burgers fries fries drink for like 16 . That's just crazy . We were craving a late night snack after attending a concert and decided to give Krystal a try. We are familiar with White Castle and knew Krystal would be similar, offering small slider style sandwiches with a hot steamed bun, loads of onions and small square patties. We ordered a 12 slider combo which came with two fries and two drinks as well. We were not disappointed! The drive-thru service was friendly and relatively quick even though it was late at night. All of our food was hot and fresh and our order was correct. The sliders were deliciously greasy and onion-y and also come with pickles and mustard (slightly different than a traditional White Castle slider). I actually enjoyed the thicker cut French fries more than White Castle's crinkle cut. All in all, it was precisely what we were craving to take the edge off our hunger post-concert. read more

I was there on tues 12/30/25 @11:50 my husband ordered and then barley got finished when she said pull around with attitude and snappy. Their food was ok. The food was flavorless and very greasy. I'm very happy that other people love their food, but this was my experience.

When I was but a lad, back in the '50s, Krystals were everywhere and one of their little burgers cost 12 cents. Then the price was reduced to 10 cents. I liked to sit at the counter and eat five or six of them when I was feeling flush. I don't go to them often these days, but occasionally a trip down that memory lane is great. I know they aren't for everyone, but I enjoy that taste of bread, little burger, two pickle slices, onions, and a gob of yellow mustard. On my way Atlantawards, I stopped in Manchester for gas and food. The Krystal appeared new so in I went. The place was clean, the staff was on the ball, and the price was right. I don't know what a single Krystal costs these days as I always get a special. This time it was three Krystals, fries, and a small Coke for $3.00. Such a deal. You place your order and by the time you grab your napkins and a straw it's on the table. Assume you had bought this back in the '50s where each item cost a dime; you'd have had my meal for 50 cents. According to my inflation calculator that has the buying power today of $4.35. So, a better deal now than it was 60 years ago! I saw a few bad reviews, but when I stopped at this Krystal it was new and clean with a good staff, quick service, and hot food delivered to the table. Oh, yes, the restrooms were clean. Went through the drive through 3 times with cold Krystal's. Then we asked for a refund and they refunded us not for the whole sackful but only for 9 Krystal's. And they were ugly about the situation, manager was yelling out the window unlike any professional. SMH read more

Three people here about 1:30pm, so well past the lunch rush. Seriously took 15 minutes to get my food, and was told only 1 person could make a shake. My food sat out getting cold while the self designated expert fixed my shake. You can't say that these folks are slow, because they're more than slow. I sincerely feel sorry for the franchise owner, as this place has got to be losing money... but maybe it's a write off for profits elsewhere. My favorite 24 hour restaurant in town , one of only 2 .... but I went to the McDonald's accross the street one night first and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and asked them to make it fresh for me ( or made to order )and when I got to window I was very polite, and said ma'am"it is fresh right?" She responded , " yes sir" I said thank you ma'am ....so after I parked my car to eat it ...I pulled it out of the box and the bread was cold and tasted like card board... so I pulled back around to the window and knocked and asked for my money back, she responded with , I can't do that.... so I say, well I am never eating here again.... i have been back since, but she even had the nerve to say ,,, "it was made fresh ",(while being fresh) ....I've been back to try the smoke house burger that I love...but that night I went to Krystal's accross the street and my favorite people always are there for me with a smile.... tony is the night shift guy and his partner a big guy and black guy I like all of them... because they are fast friendly and good sandwich makers... the best item I love the most is the double Chz Krystal made the original way (extra bun) with bacon and mayonnaise... and I miss the boneless barbeque wings the most... and spicy chicks... the staff is good looking and well kept as well ...and floors clean always... read more
