The Manchester exit off 24 has become my go to stop for a filled up tank and belly on my drive to and from Nashville. My latest trip found me swinging by ole BK for a burger and onion rings. This location is well kept and clean. I popped inside to order, but took my food to go. The cashier was okay, not the friendliest, but got the job done. The lady who handed my food and drink was great, kind and helpful. I went with the bacon double meal with onion rings and a coke zero. The coke zero slapped, the onion rings were fried well and the burger was stacked with patties and bacon. All was tasty and a tad better than expected honestly. Prices have gotten insane though as my meal was pushing $13! Overall, solid BK location when the craving hits! read more

I rolled up to Burger King ready to mind my business and eat my fries in peace. Before I can even breathe, the drive-thru person hits me with: "Do you want ketchup or a crown?" Uh, ketchup, obviously because I'm grown and I don't need a paper crown, I need condiments. So explain to me WHY I get home, open my bag, and guess what's inside? Not a single drop of ketchup. Not a packet, not a smear, not even the IDEA of ketchup. Just vibes. Why ask me a whole survey question you're not prepared to back up? Don't play with my emotions like that. This is fast food, not a trust exercise. Burger King, I'm gonna need you to stop offering ketchup like it's a luxury item you might bless me with. If I say ketchup, GIVE ME KETCHUP. I have waited in this drive thru over 30 minutes multiple times, the food is never hot and fresh. Would rather starve than eat here

Double cheeseburger was cold. Not warm at all. Service was poor. Probably won't go back there again.

We just waited in the drive thru at the order screen for 20 minutes and still no one took our order. Everytime we said "hello" or "excuse me" they just replied "we will be right with you". We finally left. This is not the first bad experience we have had with this Burger King. They never get the order right. read more

This is by far the worst BK I have ever been to. Two separate times I have had it delivered, both times items were missing from my order (fries and onion rings) and today, I went throug the drive up and ordered a fish sandwich-it was horrible! The bun was so greasy it could barely be held, and there was so much tartar sauce that the fish was soggy and kept slipping from the bun each time I tried to take a bite. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

This Burger King is SUPER slow!!! Every time there may be one car in the drive thru ahead of us, and no customers inside, but it takes them so long to even take the order! Most of the time, we just leave & go elsewhere. Surely they are capable of helping more than one customer at a time. read more

I went thru the drive thru yesterday and ordered two original chicken sandwiches and two small fries. I asked for tomato to be added to both. I had a coupon for $4.99. I order this a lot. My total was $6.14 which was correct but when I got home my sandwiches did not have tomatoes on them. I also did not receive the correct receipt. I use the app for rewards points and was not able to do that either. I am extremely upset about this. I went to the app but could not find anywhere to let them know about the mistakes. It was about 2:30ish when i was there. If they see this review I hope they contact me with a solution to this problem. read more

The store was dirty, floors had napkins and food over them. Tables were not cleaned, we cleaned our own. When ordering the cashier got the order wrong and had to redo one of our sandwiches. The kitchen was also unkept, food, paper towels etc, on the floor. Seemed really disorganized, will not be eating there again read more

the order taker left off part of our order when I went to let her know that she had left off our chicken fries, she was standing over the fry vats with an open sauce eating them. she didn't say any thing, she didn't wash her hands she went and ran her hand in a bag of chicken fries and dropped them in the basket and turned her back to me. the other employees didn't seem to care on way or the other I believe she was the shift leader read more

Lots of new staff members, can't seem to get an order correct. Go thru at least 3 times a week and usually have to check order and 90 percent of the time it is incorrect. Just drove thru today and didn't check got home and no french fries. But I paid for them. I have called several times and the put on the list. I don't want to have to go back every other time, waste of gas. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We were in the drive through for over 30 minutes, placed our order and when we get to window, she asked what our order was and then when we handed her our credit card, told us she couldn't accept it because their machines were down. We had zero cash on us which is never usually a problem. They should have asked how we were paying when we were ordering. So we sat for 30 minutes in the drive through and got zero food. They didn't even try to make things right by offering us a beverage or anything complimentary for not telling us their machines were down and us waiting in line thinking we were going to get the food we ordered. read more

Typical BK fare, stopping off to take a break from driving from ATL to Memphis. Quick service, friendly staff, and a clean place overall. Convenient since there is a gas station nearby, very well-lit parking area, and close to the interstate...Not much else I can say. read more

25 minutes sitting in the drive thru to get 6 chicken sandwiches is beyond ridiculous. I knew there was a reason why I no longer went to this store, but after hearing how my mother was treated, is beyond acceptable. She is elderly and handicapped! They asked her to pull to the side of the parking lot and wait while they prepared them. My mother eventually called me, not knowing what to do. I finally called Burger King for my mother who was sitting in a car in 92 degree temps. I was assured by the girl claiming to be the manager, that they had gone out to speak to my mother and would get her food out to her right away that "they had forgotten about her order". Ten minutes later, when I called my mother back, no one had been to her car at all and she STILL did not have her order! Finally, my mom drove back around the restaurant to the window. The boy working the drive thru handed her sandwiches out to her and gave her her money back and said the manager apologized for her wait. Really??? Still not acceptable to leave her waiting in that heat for that long and then lie to me on the phone that they went out and assured her that her order was almost done. read more
