I'm so bummed Krystals closed in Collierville so now this is one of the closest locations for me to get it. The Original Krystal is good but my favorite is the Chik and the variations of it. i wasn't at the speaker for 10 seconds before the little girl was rude and rushing to get my order. she also cursed at me out the window as i drove off due to her unwelcoming greeting. i will not be treated as an inconvenience at an establishment where I'm spending my money. I haven't been inside here in over 2 years. The location was empty of customers, a young lady came out and took my order. I ordered 8 Krystals and a large fry. After waiting about 10 minutes, the young lady brought me my food. I left, got in my car and got a french fry from the box... they were "warm" I reached inside the bag to get a Krystal burger, I got one and bit into it. It was "COLD". The cheese was refrigerator cold, the meat wasn't even warm. I went back in and a gentleman approached from the back, I told him about the cold food and that I wanted my money back. I told him the cheese was "cold and not melted", he told me the burgers were placed from a hot grill to a warm grill and therefore the cheese would not melt. I AGAIN told him the meat was not even hot, I wanted a refund. OVER and over this man kept telling me he would redo my order, OVER and over again I kept telling him I wanted a refund. He then stated he "hated having to do refunds". Then he asked for my receipt, I produced it and them he looked at it and the time on it..... as if it was a long time ago when I purchased. I told him I had just walked out and that the 2 men at the counter were there when I just left. I told him again, I just want my money back. Krystal has gotten a lot better since an original review I left and it's only fair I raise it due to that. They were a very disrespectful attitude wise and very slow getting your order wise location but they've been much quicker and have been much more respectful to me as a customer lately so Im raising my review from 1* to 4*. After standing inside with 1 other guest a young employee finally walked up front and said with a big smile it's gonna be a 15 minute wait at least. I am unconvinced this establishment actually serves food. On the few occasions I succumb to my basest instincts and decide to eat here, the staff seems downright hostile to have customers. The last time I came, I waited in no line for 10 minutes before someone came on the mic to yell "SHIFT CHANGE" at me. When I asked what that meant, they just yelled "shift change" again and refused to elaborate. This time, I waited in the drive through for an Uber eats order for nearly an hour with NO LINE to receive the lukewarmest Krystals they had under the heat lamp. It's simply ridiculous to expect paying customers to patronize your business when the employees seem to not care if you do or not. This is my second issue with this establishment within one month and no one has responded to the previous issue. Tonight, I attempted to visit this Krystals location to give them another try after a disappointing experience on my last visit. Why even waste my time? There are 4 vehicles in the line waiting after placing their order. As I drive up to the ordering speaker, the employee quickly states "We're closed!". I look at the time and sit there for about 10 seconds Googling the restaurant and it says 2 AM. The employee comes over the speaker again, "I'm sorry, we're closed!". I say "mam, you just took the ladies before me order and now you're closed.?" She thinks says that she told the previous car what they had left over and they took only that. How do the employees decide when they want to close down and stop accepting peoples money?? Also, is there anyone aware that every night, they hang a "Cash Only" sign to turn away more customers? To start off when the cashier at the drive thru was giving us change she didn't bother to look and see if my hand was there so she ended up dropping it all over the street. There are so many things wrong with this poorly managed and operated store, I don't know where to begin. They almost always get your order wrong, I have pulled in the other morning at 5:45, only to be told they weren't serving breakfast, due to staffing and problems with one of the grills or something to that affect. I have went inside in the past and stood in line for forty minutes only to find, my order wrong, fortunately for me due to prior poor experiences I made sure to recheck my order to make sure and lo and behold, it was wrong as I suspected it would be. While talking to other customers in line, they all had the same complaints, as to how poor the service at this restaurant really is, my advice is to find somewhere else to get your breakfast, your mornings will be better off for it! read more

Never again!...Krystals serves breakfast until 10:30am. I got in the drive -thru line at 10:12 to order breakfast. The line moved slowly and it was 10:22 when I placed my order. She repeated my order and gave me my total. With the line still moving slowly I made it to the window at 10:32 and she opened the window and asked if I ordered 5 cheese Krystals. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I took myself and wife to get a meal through the drive thru . I ordered a number 6 and she got a pick 5 with 1 apple pie. We were told there was no drinks but orange juice tea and water I wanted the orange juice. They tol is to pull up for the apple pies to wait. I waited 10-15 min in the car and didn't get my food. Then went inside and the girl completely forgot about me so I had to wait an extra 30-40 min on my food then I told them I wanted my drink and now all of the sudden they only had sweet tea which I can't drink!
