Ordered on line and still had to wait over 20 minutes plus they had a kid help delivering food to customer outside why order on line

Went through around 130 am with an order lady on speaker told me they were closed drive around to the window to get a picture like I'm supposed to and both women were being rude kept asking me what I was doing like I was causing them an inconvenience neither of these "ladies" should be working in customer service anywhere if I were the manager I'd fire them on the spot and already going to be in touch with their corporate office in the morning even though they were not wearing name tags like they are suppose to I know their names :) have a lovely day all and stay away from Krystal in millington they seem to hire only the rudest uptight "ladies" pfft read more

They are very slow to fill your order Nice people Never any biscuits Food ok for a Krystal so if you're not in a hurry not a bad place to eat breakfast only Would not recommend lunch at any Krystal restaurants read more

I really don't expect much at Krystal. ANY Krystal. But the night of New Years Day 2020 at approx 8:30 I had few food choices, and decided on a couple Krystal burgers. I actually had to ask a question when ordering at the speaker, and IMMEDIATELY noticed by the order takers response that I was bothering her. She barked one word answers, and instructed me to pull around. Things went downhill from there. I've never seen a clerk act more "bothered" that they had a customer. She opened the window. Without ever looking at me, "Four fifty nine." A hand reaches out. I handed her my card. She closed the window. EIGHT MINUTES LATER - yes, I timed it - she opened the window, and again out comes a hand with my bag. The second I take the bag, the window slams shut. No thank you, kiss my foot, nothing. I will have to be literally starving before I'll ever go back. By the way... there were ZERO cars in line, either in front or behind me. Again, I realize... this IS Krystal, after all. Store hours state the place opens at 6am but 9 times out of 10 they will tell you they can't serve before 6:30 because they're 'just now warming up the grill'. Shouldn't a place be ready to operate at opening time? I finally had to give up on ever getting breakfast here... read more

You can be the only person in the drive through and it will still take a minimum of 20 minutes to get your food. Lord help you if there is a car or two in front of you, you're looking at least 45 minutes to a hour wait. read more

I stopped by The Krystal in Millington, Tn. yesterday 7/20/2022 at about 12:30 PM for lunch. A large sign in the window said the dining room was open from 6AM to 8PM daily. The problem was that the doors were locked. Really? This is the WORST run Krystal anywhere. I will not go back. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Got there at 11:30 and they were closing at 12am, waited the 30 minutes in line and when finally got close to the speaker they said that the car in front would be their last car and gave them a huge discount but being that I was there the same amount of time while the cars behind me showed up 5 minutes til closing they couldn't at least serve me as the last car as they could of checked the cameras and saw that I was indeed supposed to be served next as I was there well before closing. Not the first time, but never again!! Things have changed A LOT, obviously since I last visited home!! Hung up on twice, inquired about an order placed with Doordash, pretended like they had no idea what I was talking about, I contacted Doordash to have the order sent again. Once again...they mysteriously knew nothing after not receiving the order again. Worst. Krystal. EVER. I have made sure to report this location and the Doordash driver to Doordash. I will be contacting Krystal's corporate office as well. read more

Reasonably priced food when you have a craving & the employee at the drive thru was personable & was given my food with a smile & thank you. Difficult to find that these days. As always, the burgers were authentic Krystal & had the moist buns which I love. Yum! read more

Worst krystal ever stopped to pick up food on the way to pick up my kid from work sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind 3 other cars and the line never moved had to leave only to see 3 employees hanging out in the window bullshitting with friends in the line won't go back and when I ask the employees for the store number 3 different employees refused to give me the store number bunch of young kids not a grown up in the place read more

It's too expensive for a simple slider thats mush. My husband says so many good things but you can tell the patty was previously frozen and the cheese was unpasteurized...and rubbery. Like sorry, I took 1 bite and had to spit it out. Pregnant women can't have this food. The bun was soggy so it didn't feel right in my mouth. read more

Stopped at Krystal's as we visited my hometown of Millington. This location is great! We ordered cheese Krystal's with extra pickles and Nashville chicken Krystal's. All were made as we ordered them and they were put in the bag with care! The staff was very friendly and I appreciated that a lot. On our way home two days later, we stopped at a Krystal's in Nashville and the service wasn't anywhere near the service we received in Millington. They had no Nashville chicken Krystal's in Nashville and they didn't add extra pickles like we ordered. The sandwiches looked like they were just thrown in the bag. Not happy at all with that order. Thank you Millington Krystal's for treating customers the way you do! It doesn't go unnoticed! read more

Never been to a Krystal's before and I had been told so many good things I looked forward to it but after going today I may never go again. The lobby was not so clean one of the work staff was yelling at another about a personal matter the whole time we were there. The burgers looked pretty good but turned out to be very soggy and just barely warm. Was not enjoyable at all and I couldn't wait to leave. If I go again it will certainly be in another town at different establishment. read more

One of the better Krystal in the metro area. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. This is however a fast food restaurant so not looking for anything spectacular. Will continue to stop by and get my Krystal fix. read more

Very slow and RUDE service at drive-thru! Had my daughter not wanted lunch from there I would have left without buying a thing!
