We were seated in…read morethe back by the patio, even though there were plenty of chairs and tables in the main dinning area (when we left, the dining area was starting to fill up with patrons). That didn't sit well with me. Anyhow, we continued to stay because we were hungry and this restaurant appeared to be the only dine in option that appeased us. Our waiter was very attentive to us and gave us recommendations. I opted for the onion straws which was tasty. I also got other menu items and it satisfied our hunger. Parking can be an issue as this restaurant is in another shopping center and the spaces were filling up quickly. I probably won't return whenever I am in the area because I just wasn't comfort dining here.

I advised I'd never come back and she said "that's your choice". So, lesson learned and don't go to Olympic Steakhouse!

This was my first time visiting Harry's in Millington. My dad had been recommending it for a while…read moreand wanted to take my boyfriend and me out to dinner because he thought we would enjoy it. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. While eating, I bit into a foreign object that I later discovered was a strand of steel wool. It scratched/punctured my tongue and made contact with a tooth. Thankfully, my tongue appears to be okay, but after thinking about the incident overnight, I realized that's not really the point. What concerns me is how a piece of steel wool ended up in a customer's meal in the first place. Steel wool is a cleaning material and should never make its way onto a plate. While I may have been fortunate that my injury appears minor, the next customer may not be. To be fair, the manager was very professional, polite, and accommodating when the issue was brought to their attention. The food was taken back and part of our meal was comped. My concern is not with how the manager handled the situation, but with whatever breakdown in cleaning or food preparation procedures allowed this to happen. I decided to write this review because I want the right people to see it and take a serious look at their cleaning and kitchen practices. My hope is that this incident leads to improvements so that no other customer has the same experience.

Otherwise, the actual service was very good. I enjoyed the spinach dip. My steak came out as ordered, medium and was also good. However, the loaded baked potatoes were not loaded and the cheese, green onions, bacon was barely there on all potatoes. The mac & cheese was super dry and was returned. Another guest had the chicken parm with broccoli was wonderful. Pictured is 20oz (2) but come 10oz (1). The price is what you'd expect so no complaints. 20oz ribeye was $33, spinach dip was $12. If there is another celebration I would go otherwise, I'm good.

Not trying it would be a crime! Our Outlaw Ribeye is bone-in, well-marbled, fire-grilled, juicy, and delicious.

We eventually got up to try to speak with a manager, and the interaction was incredibly disappointing. The manager was extremely rude. In all my years in the restaurant business, I have never experienced service handled this poorly. Sadly, I do not recommend this Chili's based on our experience tonight.
