They were very polite to me and very attentive with the manager even coming out to hand me my food. The atmosphere is very clean and well organised, I didn't even witness a single crumb or stain on any of the tables as well as zero trash littered about the floors. While I generally dislike chicken in general, their grilled chicken wrap was very neatly made and was well seasoned. Today is our 11th wedding anniversary. My husband asked what I wanted for breakfast, and I said let's try Chik-fil-A since we've never had their breakfast. He drove 15 minutes to the nearest location in Millington and ordered a 10 piece of the chicken minis. When he got home, it was a 4 piece (they must have misheard him), and 1 of the 4 didn't even have a piece of chicken in it. He called to let them know, and the lady that answered said he could come back and they would replace the one chicken mini - not one order - one. When this location first opened it was great. Now it's just slow service and waiting long periods of time for your order. Then you get your order and it's incorrect. They either left off something or give you something different than what you ordered. I'd rather drive to the Bartlett location or Raleigh location for better quality. read more

Let's be clear; after hearing so much about this Franchise my expectations were pretty high. I didn't want to be disappointed. Upon arriving, we were greeted and told that the service was in between breakfast and lunch and that the food would be delivered to the table. We were given our drinks and I walked to the table observing things that elude most. The ceiling tiles, corners where dust and cobwebs hide. Places where hands frequently touch, leaving tale-tell smudgy greasy palm prints. To my amazement the restaurant was clean, even the sitting area appeared recently washed. Sadly, the same could not be said for the kiddy area: the windows were smudged with numerous handprints. I suppose that is to be expected when dealing with kids; yet, it's things like this that should not be ignored. My food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. After finishing our meal, the manager cleared our table. He was quite friendly and spent a few moments talking to us. As for the food; since this was my first visit I ordered the classic fried sandwich with waffle fries. I'm not big on pressed meat and I'm especially particular as it concerns fillet meat. To my surprise the sandwich was hot, moist and quite flavorful. The fries were well seasoned and the Chick-fil-a sauce added another layer of taste. Side by side, I'd choose a burger every time but if I ever have a taste for a chicken sandwich I plan to keep this place in mind. Thumbs up! read more

Stopped to grab breakfast on April 22 for my daughter before her soccer game. We placed a "to-go" order in the dining room. Waited over 20 minutes to receive our food, that never came. Everytime I inquired about our order, I kept getting told excuse after excuse. We eventually had to request a refund and leave, after now being late to our soccer game. This chik fil a has become our go-to when visiting my husband at work on base! There is always a crowd, but they do not disappoint. I'm always impressed by how quickly they manage to take orders and deliver your food to the table, despite the long line. Flavor is amazing, as usual chik fil a! And the service at this particular one is top notch. Always have someone asking if they can refill my drink or take my trash. And one thing I really appreciate is their ability to be kid-friendly! Kendra at this location is extremely rude. Rolled her eyes at my friend the whole time, and argued with her about the kids meal. She ordered and said she didn't want a drink with it and she continued to say "it has to come with a drink" while rolling her eyes, and then didn't want to take our second order and told us to pull up to the next window. Also put in that we just wanted the CONE not the ice cream cone. So she really had the lady at the window try and hand my friend a cone without the ice cream just to be funny. Just like any Chick-fil-A in the world this one is awesome. The food is fantastic and the service is second to none. Man, I love Christian chicken! Every time I've been here I've had the same thing - Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo with pepper jack cheese. Every time the food is perfect and the service is stellar. The business model that Chick-fil-A has set forth is possibly the best in the business. More businesses should assume this model of high quality service and good food. It's a winning combination. This particular store sticks to the model with perfection. Definitely come by here and grab some food. You will not be disappointed. This Chick Fil A has the sweetest staff. I don't get to go to this one often as it's out by my mom's and a good 30+ minutes away, but when I do, the staff remember me and say hi! As with any chick fil a, they are fast and serve great food. The only downside to this location is that the drive through lane wraps around the entire parking lot...normally I would say this is awesome, however there are curbs the entire length of the drive through...so once you're in line, you're committed, whether you decide you don't want Chick Fil A anymore or not.
