The service was terrible. Worst Chick-Fil -A in memphis. I told the manager the young man was not listening while I was ordering and she said he might be new. what does him being new have to do with him listening.I can see if if I ordered a bunch of thing I ordered two of the same items. I also didn't receive my receipt and they acting like they are going have to call the fbi to retrieve it. i worked in resturant you can pull up recipets at counter for 24 hrs which it def. has not been. i will never order anything from her again. Tried to order breakfast was there in time but the guy just made it a 4 minute issue talking with someone one the walkie talkie i wasn't able to order breakfast anymore. No sympathy what so ever. Pretty quick service, but that's the case with most "chicky fila" restaurants. This visit I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and although a basic sandwich with not much, if at all flavor, it worked for me. I was satisfied and was pleased with the order, my fries were hot, and the sweet tea is always my favorite. Anyway, the sandwich comes on a multigrain bun with lettuce and tomato. I asked for mayo and added a little chick fila sauce when I got home. I would order again, but would perhaps try the deluxe version (maybe) The filet isn't a huge hunk of meat like the fried chicken sandwiches, which I always find myself struggling to finish. I've never had a meal from here that I didn't like or an order that was wrong. Even with their delivery, my order arrived hot and on time, the one time I used delivery. This location is my go to and I encounter friendly faces no matter the weather conditions or time of day. read more

This is a great location. The customer service is next level. Everyone is always friendly and serving up a smile before your order is even placed. They have a lot of moving parts with people working the drive thru line (and might I add rain, sleet, or snow). My husband and I get chick fi la at this location every Thursday. We have been doing this for a year now . I loved how fast and efficient the system is in getting our food through the drive through. The speed of service is what sets them apart from other fast food chains . However , this recent drive through renovation is TERRIBLE. Why on earth do they need a mobile drive through when there is nearly half a parking lot dedicated to pick up a orders . It's redundant and frustrating! A young man I mentored over the past ten years works here. So I dropped by to check on him and to grab lunch. To my surprise, he had just finished his shift and was in line ordering lunch. When he saw me he insisted on buying me lunch. WOW... What a role reversal :) Over the years, I have eaten at Chick-fil-A stores in many different states because I appreciate the consistency of the Food and Service. Occasionally, I have visited a store where the Service has made me say... WOW!!! New Restaurant - Same Excellent Service This is a delayed "Shout-Out" Review for this new restaurant, and for an exceptional server, Connie. When they first opened in April, I was not able to find a Yelp page, but now I can post my review. Here's what happened. I went to this new Chick-Fil-A when they opened to try them out. Of course they were busy, but it was worth the wait. I had some credit left on my Chick-Fil-a Gift Card, and wanted a couple of sandwiches. Well, when I placed my order, we found that, apparently, there were "Insufficient funds" - the card was empty. I was crestfallen - but still hungry. Then Connie steps in! She said, "I could have a manager check the card", but I decided to leave. Connie then offered, "Why don't you let me take care of that for you?" - I was confused, but she then proceeded to comp me the sandwiches. I could not believe it, but I was very grateful - and told her I would write up a good review based on my visit. (Sorry for the delayed review) Alas, the business was so new that they didn't have a Trip Advisor site for me to post my review - until now. I have since gone back, waited for Connie to be available, and purchased the same 2 sandwiches - this time -I- paid for them. I made sure she knew that the reason I returned was the exceptional service she provided on my first visit. I think it's no surprise that Chick-fil-a is my favorite fast-food restaurant. They have the best service and friendly employees. Plus, the food is amazing! I've never had a bad experience with them. My go-to breakfast is the chicken bowl and the cookie parfait. Combined, they both are really fulfilling. However, I wish they would make the chicken bowl a double. The parfait is a hidden gem. I'm not a fan of waiting in line. And, upon a first glance at just about any Chick-fil-A in the Memphis area, you'd think that's exactly what you're about to do. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see how fast they run that line at this location. The fact that I was met by an employee, outside, rather than talking into a speaker! Then, said employee offers to take my payment right there on the spot. Next was another employee waiting with my receipt. Then I pulled up to the window...thirty seconds later...I'm on my way! New restaurant, very clean. Exactly how many times have I had an unsatisfactory Chicken sandwich or most everything else here? If you guessed ZERO you're correct. I love that a place like this has come to Bartlett, and there is the same great customer service here just like any other CFA. There are not many places that sell food in this fashion that ensure there are staff that come around to refill your drink, or even offer to throw away your trash! Particularly this Chick-fil-A newest layout is the best I've seen. The lines and pick up area for food are completely away from seating/play area. This is very nice for customers as dining areas stay out of the way of ordering and pick up. Other high-marks: Their App is SUPER useful for ordering & rewards you often for scanning at the register or when you place to-go orders through it. ApplePay/Android Pay works here - leave your wallet in your pocket/etc. CURBSIDE pick up! This is a new option specific to this location. I tried this out- it was beautiful. Park in the specific marked parking spots, mark the app with your vehicle type/color and I had my food to me in less than 5 minutes. Finally, as I mentioned before: if you have an issue, simply asking a manager will result in complete correction and sometimes even a nice surprise. The food is standard Chick-fil-A. If you order from here always check your entire order before leaving, including looking inside boxes. I place orders for 3 to 5 people 2 to 3 times per week and 80% of the time, something is missing or wrong. Lately, I've ordered the 12 piece grilled nuggets on multiple occasions and have received 7 or 8 chicken scraps. At $8.19, I'm essentially paying over a dollar for each piece of chicken, many of which are the size of about half a nugget. Multiple times they have forgotten entrees or sides. A couple of times I've gotten 4 stale breakfast minis instead of 12 regular nuggets. On a good day they'll just forget your sauces. It wouldn't be hard to give a higher rating, but it's hard to appreciate the good things when you're missing parts of your order every time. I contacted customer care and requested a call back from a manager, but received no response. read more

Interesting. Never had such poor service from a CFA restaurant. My chicken minis were severely undercooked. Biscuit was like dough. I had to get out of my car to take the order back in - once because I was delivered the wrong order and twice for undercooked food. The service/training manager attempted to tell me that the food comes in already cooked and that's how they are supposed to be. Meanwhile I overheard another team member apologize to the store manager about the food because they weren't leaving them in long enough in the kitchen. He didn't even acknowledge this fact. I went through the drive-through two days in a row at different times and got the same painfully slow service.
