Went to the millington location and it was straight forward, just as you would expect. I didn't wait long to order, the customer service was good, the food came out quickly and hot. The restaurant was clean and plenty of places to sit. Food taste was good. Overall I had a good experience and would come back if I was in millington longer. read more

There is no point in preordering on the app (20 mins ahead of time) if the food won't be ready for an additional 20 mins. 40 mins for a drive thru is unacceptable. read more

I usually like this location but tonight they lost some points.....I asked for my wings and chicken to be tossed in tongue torch with double ranch to replace the zax sauce where the cashier told me "it already comes with a ranch" ...ok cool. I get home and my chicken is not tossed in any sauce and the gave me a ranch and a zax sauce...great! so I had to drive back up there to get my order corrected. I ask them to make my food fresh because it had already been sitting like 15 minutes at this point ( and mind you I had not touched anything yet). They toss my old chicken in tongue torch for 2 minutes and give me the same cold food back..... And on top of that they tried to charge me for a "cup" of seasoning when it should go on the fries anyway! #goodbye read more

My only complaint is the prices other than that food taste as expected and the food comes in a quick amount of time.

We were quite pleased with the food and drive thru service. The Cobb salad was very good! The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh & much better than most fast food places. The other ingredients were just as good and the grilled chicken was well seasoned & cooked perfectly. The chicken sliders (3) meal was surprisingly delicious. The tenders were very well seasoned but the sauce and buns were the extra special part of the meal.... much better than expected. The fries were about perfect. We will be back for sure!! read more

Having an online order and a guy coming in after I did and leaving well b4 I did makes me think they forgot about the order. They were very busy so I understand. The food was very good and hot, however I was disappointed getting home and realized that even tho she told me ttethere was extra ranch in the bag, unaware that this was requested by the person that placed the order there was only one ranch and 2 BufRan... The drive thru is always slow. The employees have no sense of urgency. I spent 18 minutes waiting on my food. The fries were cold and the kickin chicken sandwich was dry. It's getting worse every time I go there. There are too many restaurants in the area to settle for nonsense. You will definitely come out better going inside to order. read more

My husband went tonight to get dinner. I ALWAYS get the grilled chicken salad with No cheese or tomato. First salad had both on there. We returned the salad to get the correct one. The second salad has cheese mixed in, and NO chicken. Really? You had one job. read more

Well here I go again. Some days I have issues talking. I stutter some. I went in to get some supper. Ms. Gabriell was very sweet helpful. My food came out quick. The lady giving out food was not as polite and wonderful as Ms. Gabriell. I checked my food asking for extra ranch. The lady said 25 cents I said ok I waited for a few seconds nothing I asked her ok let me switch the sauce she gave me to ranch she said sure. I even apologize for stuttering. I just want to be treated with respect like I treated her. I even called the store to compliment Ms Gabriell and tell management about other person well other person was management. Fries suck. Undercooked, cold and stale. Cole slaw is ok. Chicken fingers ok, though they're a bit stingy with their pre-packaged sauce. And they charge 25¢ a pop for extras. Never seen that before. Their loudspeaker is just that -- very loud, and they use it a lot. But not loud enough to cover the screeches of little screamers. But, hey -- it is a fast-food joint. read more
